This place is following all the sanitary protocols and the service is great. The grounds look good considering they have been closed more than 2 months. Overall I would recommend a stay here. Say hi to all the great people working at the front and throughout the property.
Very kind staff, great food, great experience! Felipe is the best! Fun activities and great location and weather. The whole week I was there felt like a dream. Such a kind and friendly environment. 100% would go again
First Mexico experience
Resort was older and some of there advertised amenities where long since shut down. Food was ok however it was the same every night. All of the staff where more than friendly and the bar tenders filberto and Roberto where top notch they never missed a beat and kept my wife and I smiling the whole time. We would go back just to see those two again.
Le personnel est le Coeur de ce site - The staff is the Heart of this site
My husband and I and some family members went on a trip to this hotel before the pandemic and it is the staff there that made our trip a special one, namely: Gilberto Mascorro at the Aquamarina Restaurant who made us feel like family and saw to our every needs, he made us feel special every day of our stay, he is a remarkable employee and person. We also wish to thank for their excellent service and warm welcome: Capitan Omar, Cesar Bailon, Adriana Santiago, Marlene and Gladis from Aquamarina Restaurant, Eduardo Martinez and Capitan Gerardo from Lunch, Rosario and Xochitl who made our succulent omelets every morning, Isaac the Bellman who looked after our luggage and money exchange needs whenever he could, Raul - Berenice - Carmina - Josue - Leonel at the reception as well as all the other staff members from reception to Jeronimo the Bellboy, Regina and Luis, Rosario from room service, the cleaning staff, and all the other personnel members who work behind the scene to make our stay a most memorable one. We also want to thank Martin from Air Canada Vacaciones for taking care of us. I wrote in English so the staff could all read this comment about them. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You to each and every one of you ! J'ai écrit ce commentaire en anglais afin que tous les employés de l'hôtel puissent le lire. Merci, Merci, Merci à tous et chacun ! Booked a 2 week stay through WestJet Vacations. There were a few staff members that were friendly, helpful and gave great service. However, overall our stay had quite a few disappointments - the rooms could have been cleaner, we had to call everyday to request hand towels and bottled water otherwise we had none, the wifi wasn't always reliable, the a la carte restaurants lacked ambience, and the food wasn't great. The main restaurant was shut down for the last part of our stay which meant we only had the pool restaurant to go to. The buffet had a very limited amount of options, was busy and the staff had trouble keeping food trays full and service at tables was poor. We found some fantastic places nearby to eat, however it was unfortunate that we had to go off site and spend more money because even though we were at an all inclusive. Would NOT recommend this resort especially as a 4 star resort - was more of a 2 star vacation.
