Consider this sweet vision: you are on a secluded, sugar-white sand beach embraced by fringy palm trees. Classic Mexican Colonial architecture is on one side and the aquamarine Caribbean is on the other. Your kids set off on a treasure hunt (supervised, of course) while you sort through the many gems at the spa you can melt into. A day trip to the Mayan ruins sounds good for taking in some history, but making family beach history here just might be even better.
Your dream vacation package is waiting.
Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa has everything you have ever wanted in an all-inclusive family getaway, and so very much more. There's a name for all this awesome - Unlimited-Luxury®. Here's a snapshot of what you get:

Oct 16, 2026DO NOT BOOK
This experience has been horrendous. False advertising and bait and switch on booking. Paying thousand to stay here, expecting 13 restaurants and multiple pools, and several bars open. Come to find out, the whole place is under renovation. With the buffet only open and 1 bar, which is now overrun by 5 weddings here. DO NOT BOOK HERE. Save your money and go to a motel 6 worth $100 a night

Oct 15, 2026Great Vacation
Excellent customer service, shout out to the animation team, they are the best. Food options should include more Mexican food options on menu 24/7.

Home away from home
Amazon experience we loved Erick and Ronny they made us feel so welcome and at home.

Oct 14, 2026Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dreams Tulum
A beautiful Resort with excellent service and food. Ony downside is because of the rains there were too many mosquitoes which made our life very uncomfortable. Also the beach had too many sea weeds and the water was very brown and could not swim in it. The Pool was an excellent alternative with activities organized for adults as well as children. Overall excellent cuisine, specially at the World Cafe.

Do not waste your time or money!
Beware of this resort!! We just came back from a 10 day stay. Our son was getting married. There was at least 60 of us staying at this resort. The never told us they are doing a complete renovation of half the resort. The larger half with the bigger pool and most restaurants. Of the 9 restaurants and 7 bars, there were 3 restaurants available to us the entire time and only 1 bar. Most disappointing vacation EVER. I will never stay at a Dreams all inclusive ever again.
