We came to celebrate our friend getting married. Luis and Edgar were amazing at the water aerobics. They got everyone involved and kept us all entertained. We would definitely return again. Well done for the amazing experience 😍🏖️😍😘😊

Amazing time. Coming back again.
The staff here is amazing! Always smiling always saying good morning. The gym is awesome! Clean and equipment is smooth. Edgar does the yoga. Both of my knees have been replaced. He structured his class around me! That never happens! He's sweet and his energy is calming. The classes are the best I've ever taken. Massages are expensive, but so worth it! Addy is a sweet little thing with hands of gold. My husband is a very muscular guy. Not many massage therapists can get into his back. He was amazed and very relaxed after. Food is hit or miss, but again the staff makes this place!

Brenda is amazing! Needs a raise asap she’s a people person and she has great hospitality! She was here the very first day and the very first bartender we had, her drinks are amazing she’s very patient and very sweet! She goes above and beyond for her customers and I love that she took care of me and my husband!

Third time in mexico
Great fitness service, Edgar and Louis were great people, food, everything was great. The pool was also pretty warm and nice. The weather was also great and overall the resort was also nice. 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋🫡🫡🙃😊😊😊🤛🏻

Visited in April 25. Orlando and Samuel in the buffet restaurant made our day every morning by being so friendly, helpful and welcoming to me and my family, These guys should train more of the staff customer service because they were both brilliant. The hotel itself needs some more coffee outlets/stations so you can just make one yourself,one coffee shop for a hotel this size is crazy. Same for beer queuing for ages while people are getting frozen cocktails made. A simple fix that you can get at many hotels. The shops are very pricey too. The restaurants are great specially the Japanese,texmex and Italian where the matredee was amazing for my little girls birthday.Thsnk you. Kids loved the splash park and the lizard that lives in the crack by the Italian restaurant. Be sure to be up early for sunloungers as no chance after breakfast.
