Great day out and all the staff were really friendly . Don't miss the guided tours on the hour. John our guide was great fun and so knowledgeable. The cafe was great too.

The pool (diamond club) was great. I love that you have everything right there- food and drink. Juve and Sergio were amazing and should truly be trainers in customer service. They made every day great for our group. There are definitely some areas around the resort that need updating- which we hear is coming soon. Altogether, we had an amazing trip (21 of us).

Butlers, Ulises and Estefania did a great job seeing to our needs!! The resort was wonderful! Will be back again, hopefully soon!!

Poor experience Pavel from the Cave Mayan show was extremely rude. He refused to seat our family together after we were sold a show in a family like environment. They refer to you as “familia” throughout the trip but they refuse to set a family like environment. They refused to seat our family together, he was extremely rude and didn’t care that we said that we would place a complaint or grievance. Do not come here waste your money somewhere else.
