The whole experience was amazing, the stand out performance was the Entertainment Team members, in particular Antonio. He and the team led us in a hike to see a volcano, played games with the children, and gave classes in Speaking Spanish as well as dancing. Book here and find Antonio!

Monkeys green and fun!
I LOVED Raul and Kattia and Valeria are amazing. They were so much fun and the best part of the resort. I’ll come back only because of them. The service was up and down over all. There was one lady in the preferred lounge that was super rude. It was weird.

Week trip
Amazing people. Amazing drinks and amazing bar at the preferred club. They made amazing drinks and they were there for anything you need. I was hot and sunburned and they brought me cold towels and were very friendly. Thank you all very much.

Very poor customer service. Do not recommend. Lock of fans for outside dinning. The premier level even locks professional customer service. Don’t waste your money Room service, didn’t replace items as needed.the only division that provided excellent service, was room service.

True place of paradise!
I booked this resort a year in advance for my 40th birthday and it met my expectations and more! All of the staff are polite and helpful and made my special day the BEST! Singing to me happy birthday during a music trivia game, leaving birthday gifts in my room I had the one of the best birthdays ever. The resort was clean and landscaping was absolutely STUNNING. 🤩 6 different pools, wildlife and nature all around with a clean beach! Monkeys were at the resort looking for food, feeding them is pretty laxed so I was able to experience hand feeding and one crawling on me letting me hold him! The beach is public so the usual locals selling merchandise can be a little bit bothering. Will for sure be returning with family and friends so that they can experience the wonderful time I had with my husband.
