We had an amazing time at Planet Hollywood by Royalton Costa Rica, and the biggest reason was the incredible entertainment team. From the pool games during the day to the shows at night, they brought nonstop energy and made every guest feel like part of the fun. A huge thank you to Alexa, Christian, Hassler, Terry, Esteben, Genesis, Allan, Nayad, and Jordy. Every one of them was friendly, upbeat, and remembered our names after just one day. They had a gift for getting everyone involved, whether you were the first one up for a game or someone who just wanted to watch and laugh along. You can tell they truly love what they do, and it shows in every activity they lead. Add in the beautiful views, great service, and relaxing atmosphere, and this was a vacation we'll be talking about for a long time. We can't wait to come back and see the whole crew again. Pura vida!

Besties B Day
Great spot on the beach very close to airport. Jean Carlo of the PH Spa was amazing attentive and courteous. The atmosphere is laid back and immersive with food and concierge always available. The rooms are large with rain fall showers and large balconies. Views are amazing. The pricing is a bit high, but the experience is enjoyable. I expected a bit higher quality from a 5 star resort.

A Wonderful Staff That Makes the Difference
The highlight of our stay has been the staff. From the friendly greetings to the attentive service, the employees have made a genuine effort to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their friendliness, hospitality, and willingness to help have really stood out and made our experience more enjoyable. They deserve special recognition for the care and effort they put into making guests feel appreciated. As for the food, I would rate it as average. There are some good options, but overall, there is room for improvement in the variety, quality, and consistency of the meals. The resort itself is also average in terms of its overall condition. While it has its positives, some areas could benefit from additional maintenance, updates, and attention to detail to bring the property up to a higher standard. Overall, the staff are the resort’s greatest asset. Their positive attitudes and excellent hospitality go a long way toward making up for some of the shortcomings in the food and facilities. With improvements to the dining experience and the condition of the property, this resort could offer a much better overall experience. The staff deserve a sincere thank-you for the effort they put into making guests feel welcome.

Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation
We were hesitant to come because it was the rainy season, but it only rained for about 30 minutes a couple of days and the weather was absolutely beautiful. First and foremost, the food was delicious. We have been to several all-inclusive resorts, and this, by far, was the best. The rooms and the resort are beautiful. There are shuttles to take you to everywhere. The concierges were amazing. If there was every an issue or concern, they were on top of it immediately. I highly recommend this resort if you are coming to Costa Rica.
