What We Love
- Privacy and seclusion are yours at Windsong Resort in Turks and Caicos. Enjoy luxury condominiums directly on award-winning Grace Bay Beach in the heart of paradise.
Things to Know
- The resort's Grace Bay Beach location is a rare and fantastic deal for families looking for an extended stay, kid-friendly place with pure, indulgent luxury.
This twice-blessed island not only boasts an awesome coral reef, but an award-winning beach. Cond? Nast Traveler and the World Travel Awards have identified Grace Bay Beach as the top beach in the world. Once your feet hit the powder-soft white sands and
your eyes take in the brilliant turquoise waters, you understand why. What's more, hitting the beach here is as easy as stepping off your patio. An oceanside pool featuring a waterfall bridge is the icing on the cake.
When your tummy lets you know it's time to eat, try a zesty Caribbean meal at Jojo's Cafe. The cafe also offers pizza, so your kids won't starve. And for those hot days, everyone loves the slushies and soft-serve ice cream.
Feel like chillin' to island tunes, or amazed by a magician? It's all possible at the 50-seat Havana Club. When the resort has no scheduled performers, you can catch sporting events on the two 5-ft LED TVs or 10-ft projection screen. Enjoy pastry and coffee
while there, or select from an extensive wine list. Or, if you dare, order the club's signature 60-oz margarita, the island's largest!
When your energies are finally spent, make your way to the Ocean Front Suite and prepare yourself for a luxury experience. Sliding glass doors bring the outside in and luxury amenities like Frette linens make the inside spectacular. With full kitchens and
laundry facilities, Windsong Resort is a steal for families. When you've gotten your beauty sleep, pamper yourself with a massage at the resort's Spa Tropique, or take a swing at one of the Caribbean's best courses, the 18-hole Provo Golf Club.

Windsong went above and beyond to make our baby moon extra special!
Windsong went above and beyond to make our baby moon extra special! They upgraded our room to a suite which was unbelievable. The view of the ocean was spectacular! The grounds were beautiful! The staff was so friendly and helpful whenever we had a question! A couple of our days on the island were windy and so our excursions got moved around--Windsong handled all of the communication with the different tour agencies we had booked with. The beach service was great! You didn't have to move a muscle if you didn't want to! Drinks and food delivered promptly to your beach or pool chair! It was just a short taxi ride to Grace Bay which we didn't mind! We would absolutely stay here again in the future!
March 2020 Vacation
The grounds are beautiful with lots of flowering bushes. The pools are nice and the chairs are comfortable. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast is continental; if you want eggs there is a small upcharge. The eggs were great. Many of the pictures are from rooms that not accessible to users. The beach is narrow, but it is located near an excellent snorkeling reef, where we saw multiple turtles. The food at the restaurant is good, and the restaurant Somewhere is a short beach walk away. There is also a Fish Fry on Thursdays, about a 3/8th mile down the beach that is nicely priced. Helpful at the front desk.
I just had a fabulous stay at the Windsong Resort with 3 great friends. Our suite was unbelievable. We sat out on our balcony overlooking the pool, beach and ocean numerous times and the view was spectacular! The housekeeping staff here does a wonderful job. From fresh towels to fluffed pillows it was top notch. Starting the morning off with the continental breakfast was perfect. The fruit was always tasty and the basket of breads/pastry had lots to choose from. I didn’t try the add ons but I saw numerous plates go by with eggs and omelettes that looked really tasty. We especially enjoyed the beach and all the included water sports. I had the “best” Hobie Cat ride. It was especially windy the day we went so we were whipping right along. It was so much fun! I didn’t snorkel but my girlfriend did and she said it was amazing to see all the colorful fish! The reef is right off the beach so it was so convenient. I would definitely make Windsong my choice of resorts if my travels take me back to the Turks & Caicos.
Poor Guest Service, Good Accommodations
We paid premium rates for a week-long stay at Windsong on the Reef in Providenciales, TCI and while we loved the one bedroom suite we had, we were terribly disappointed about the Guest Service. I was there for a scuba diving certification course and could not have the included continental breakfast before 7:30 am each morning which made it difficult to make the 7:45 am Dive Shop pickup. In fact, we were late for the first pickup, so upon our return, we asked the Front Desk what our options were. We were told that we could pay an additional fee to get room service at 7 am and we thought that was a great solution. However, the next morning, we were told that it was impossible to have room service at 7 am as the head cook would not arrive until 7:30. This is just one example of miscommunication about exactly what the hotel could provide us. I will definitely not return to this hotel.
I have literally heard about the beautiful island and waters of Turks and Caicos my entire life. I finally got to see it this past weekend with four dear friends and my what a wonderful experience. The Windsong resort on Grace Bay was absolutely stunning we stayed on the fourth floor with a view as far as you could see. The staff and resort itself were top notch. It is located right on the princess Alexandria national park reef so you don’t have to walk down the beach to go snorkeling . I got to see parrot fish and many others I don’t know the names of , it was like you’re in an aquarium. I’m pretty sure if there’s something you would like to do the staff would make it happen . I wanted to drink from a fresh coconut and the young man literally went down and cut coconuts out of the tree and opened them up so I could do it now that is service.
