Aug 31, 2025Amazing, brilliant and restful holiday, adult scene, star class swim up
Everything about the last two weeks was fabulous. We had heard such negative reviews (mainly on Facebook) that we nearly cancelled our holiday. I am so pleased we didn’t. We had a swim up room in the Adult Scene star class and our butlers Angel and Edwar went above and beyond anything we could wish for. From booking all our restaurants, making sure we knew what was going on every day in the hotel, being totally attentive and secretly planning with my husband a romantic evening meal on the beach. The restaurant and bar staff were also amazing, especially Karina, Manuel and Erik at Braza at breakfast, Ivan in the sports bar/ main bar and Janet at the adults pool bar. Abigail was also brilliant with the aqua aerobics. I totally recommend this hotel and we often saw the cleaning and gardening staff around the pool and lobby areas. We booked this hotel a year ago and I would not hesitate to go back. Thank you Planet Hollywood Adult Scene, you were fabulous

Planet Hollywood Adult Scene was a great fit for our family. We traveled with no kids- just 6 adults. The food was good- lots of variety so you will not go hungry. We were star class( a family member is a “club member” so it was included). Our butlers were Robert and Alex- both excellent. They made our dinner reservations and took care of any minor issues we had during our stay. That’s no small feat for 21 people! Swimout room was very nice. It is just private enough and connected enough. AC was plenty cold and shower was plenty hot. They did come at odd hours with snacks/ mini bar refills- like after 9-10pm. We did rent a cabana one day and Rodger was excellent also! He made sure our drinks were refilled and anything else we needed. The only thing I feel like needs some attention is accessibility. They could use a cart to assist folks to some of the restaurants and far away areas. Overall it was an excellent choice for us. And if you have kids, they would love it- lots to do for them. The lazy river was a hit!

Beautiful Resort!
Alex and Roberto were our Butlers. They kept in contact and took care of us the entire stay promptly. They both were super friendly and kind. All of the restaurants were very good. I would definitely visit again.
