Maria was the best!
Maria was the absolute best waitress at the pool bar. She always had a smile on her face and you never went without a drink. She always remembered what we were drinking and checked on us several times each day. Hands down she is the best!!

Great holiday . Woud recommend
We had an amazing time at this hotel. We stayed on the adult side and check in was so quick and easy. The rooms are big and spacious and the air con stayed on 24 hours a day which we needed. They do need a little tlc in some areas but nothing too bad. All the restaurants were great. We visited every one of them and never had a bad meal. The buffet was also very good with lots of choice and the coffee shop with sandwiches and mini deserts was great. The lazy river was great. The location is right on the beach and there is a bar on the beach with waiter/ waitress service. We went to the spa which was great. We had a couples massage with a hydrotherapy session. They always have offers on so don’t go on the price in the brochure. We also rented a cabana round the pool which was so good. There is the same old problem with not enough sun beds and people reserved them from 7.30am but if you can’t beat them join them. The evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss. Some evenings were great. Others not so good. Not a lot happens in the daytime. All the staff work tirelessly and always have a smile and say hello when they pass you. We did tip the staff but well earned. All in all we had a great holiday and would return here

Great family trip
Great time, I loved the shows and pool, especially the Michael Jackson show. Jose with the star troop is great telling us about events and activities.

Going to Planet Hollywood was such an amazing and respectfully trip, i love the activities. And last but not least, i had The best two butler’s during the lodging, Enrique y Juan ❤️
