    Luxury Beachfront Hotel

    Visited in early March before the horrible crisis hit. Hotel is fairly close to the airport, very secluded place, amazing staff. Beach is narrow, soft sand, quiet and excellent service. Food is really terrific, water is filtered of course, top-shelf drinks. Great place for affluent couples. Gym is fair, older machines and on the small side. Beautiful grounds, room was very large with ample balcony.

    Quiet, relaxing, wonderful.

    We have been to many, many resorts over 40 years and this is our favourite. We were spoilt on every level. Room is beautiful and spacious. Food is an exciting experience every meal, plus a few extras, because, heaven forbid you should feel hungry for a second! Amazing room service, poolside service, beach service plus 3 restaurants. Don’t forget afternoon tea and the surprise snacks poolside when suddenly 10 waiters show up with plates of canapés or bowls of paella. The spa is beautiful, lovely salt water pool, that you basically have to yourself plus hot tub. The staff are amazing, really anxious for you to be pampered at every step. We didn’t go anywhere, we didn’t need to. It was peaceful and nurturing. Wonderful!

    The most relaxing vacation I've ever had

    Small resort (100 rooms) and only 3 restaurants. What that means is plenty of room by the pool (never had trouble finding a lounge chair), outstanding personal service and limited selections on food. We did go to two other resorts nearby for dinner 2 of the nights. My only issue was with house cleaning- one time they didn't show up until almost dinner time. Two nights they knocked on my door at around 10:30 pm to do the turn down service, but we were already in bed watching Netflix. The mini-bar was only stocked the first day and from then on out, I had to ask room service to bring drinks. But, on the plus side, room service was awesome. Overall I'm happy but they definitely have opportunity for improvement in house keeping.

    Cozy, Welcoming & Beautiful All Around

    From the property to the staff to the taste and presentation of the food. Zoetry does not disappoint for a relaxing getaway with top level service from everyone. If you find yourself getting a little bored with the quiet you can head next door to Breathless for a bit to go wild then return to tranquility. An Anniversary/Birthday trip to remember!

    14th Stay and Getting Even Better

    This was our 14th trip to Zoetry Paraiso in the past 7 years That alone should tell you how much we love this resort and all of the staff that have become our friends. The biggest change for us was another new GM (not unusual for most resorts ). In this case, GM Salvador Gutierrez, was the Best Improvement we have seen in years. All past GM's have treated us well, but Salvador went over the top. To be honest, our last couple visits were beginning to lack a few of the amenities we had become accustomed to. Not Any More. We probably had our best visit ever. It was also our 30th anniversary, so that didn't hurt. Salvador is extremely interested in what you want or expect and makes sure that it happens. He spent a lot of time getting to know us and getting our opinions on the resort and how to make it even better. But, best of all, he made sure that we never needed to ask for anything because he knows how to treat customers as VIP's. Who wouldn't love that? I have written many other reviews on this resort in case you are interested and they will give you an indication of how things have transformed over the years. One fact I always feel like I need to stress is that even though the menu at all the restaurants seem a bit limited, do not hesitate to ask for something off-menu. If at all possible, the chef will make it for you. My wife, being vegetarian, will often ask for something that will suit her needs. We have found it is best to let the chef use his own imagination and skills to come up with something perfect. We have never been disappointed. As always, I need to tell you that the very best part of Zoetry is it's staff. Everyone there will remember your name and treat you as if they are happy to help you because they really are. Cesar, our friend who runs Kaax restaurant and one of our best friends, unfortunately was not there this time due to an illness, but his staff, including Francisco made sure that we were in good hands. Our very best friend Antonio at the pool/ beach area previously, has been promoted to Bar Manager and no one is more deserving than him. It took us awhile to realize this, but he, more than anyone, will make sure that "anything is possible". Congratulations to him. So many others to thank: like Omar-bell man; Manny -best bartender at pool and La Canoa and really everyone. I could go on about a lot of other things that others have already mentioned, but what is the point? The #1 takeaway from this review is that in our opinion, you can not find a better place to visit with friends, relax, and expect to to be treated like you are wanted and appreciated because you really are. We have just spent a lot of time selling our house and relocating. All of this being quite expensive, so we may not get back to Zoetry in our usual 6 months, but be assured that we will return ASAP.
