Warm smiles and Friendly staff
Spent the day at the resort from 9am to 5pm on a day pass. What stood out to me the most was the consistency of the the friendliness of the staff throughout the resort. From the very first employee encountered in arrival to the last person who cut off our day pass band. The young lady who welcomed us at the Front desk dealt with the large group of individuals who were vying for her attention with calm and professionalism and mulititasked like a pro! The Hostess gave a warm welcome at 1461 when we arrived for breakfast. We enjoyed a combination of local and international fair while we sipped on a mid morning mimosa. We then headed to the main pool area where we settled for a table seating as all the cabanas and loungers were already occupied as it was a busy day. The bar staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I watched in awe as one of the male staff dealt with a group of kids who could not agree on their order. He was so patient and kind to them repeatedly throughout the day, encouraging them to be nice to each other. He never once displayed any frustration either them although it would have been warranted. I only had a ceviche of mahi mahi and shrimp roll while my friend had fish and fries and later a burger which we enjoyed. We lazed around enjoying the down time. We did not walk around or swim in the pools.

Top tier resort in a certifiable paradise.
I had an incredibly hard time leaving this place. 1461 was for and away our favorite place for dining. The staff is super in all respects.
