    Birthday behavior

One of the best vacations you can have ! The food was amazing , service was UNMATCHED. A big thank you to servers in buffet that went beyond Andy, Ian and Benji. I can't forget the awesome bartenders that made my birthday weekend fantastic Brian, Brennen,Kandice, Jamaal and Leo. Will definitely recommend and return.

    Poorly cleaned rooms

First, there is NOTHING luxurious about this hotel. The rooms were poorly cleaned and not comfortable. Their towels need to be replaced. I asked a housekeeping staff for extra washcloths and she gave me one that was badly stained (I brought it to her attention and gave it back to her) the floor lamp in the room had what appeared to be a blood stain on the shade and the shade was not attached to the lamp. The floors were trashy and the bed linens had hair from other guests all over them. I enjoyed my visit to the Bahamas but this hotel is unkept. If you’re planning to visit this area, DON’T stay at Warwick hotel.

    Luxury is an overstatement...

Aside from the location on Paradise Island, there was a lot left to be desired from this proclaimed 'luxury' hotel. Upon check-in we were told that the gym would be unavailable for the duration of our trip with no contingency plan. Not the worst news, but that's only the beginning. At check-in, we were also sold on the benefits of upgrading our rooms, so we did. The upgraded rooms included warped doors, peeling paint, brown caulk, minimal water pressure, and air conditioning that sounded like a train leaving the station every time it kicked on. The food in the restaurants was decent at the absolute best. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the place. If all you require is a place to lay your head and hot food, this might work for you.

    Lakeisha and Marvin are fantastic.

The staff is amazing. Marvin at the front desk is Beyond accommodating. Lakeisha was our first interaction over the phone and she was amazing and the rest of the time all of the staff were excellent as well.

One person makes all the difference!

Guess who absolutely made our trip in the Bahamas... Michelle Williams, our sweet, wonderful housekeeper! She made us feel so special, like we were assigned our own personal mama away from home to take care of us! She gave us great recommendations for activities and local places to eat. She also helped us celebrate my husband's birthday and our anniversary by decorating our room, even adding a personal note. We wish we could have taken her back with us lol. You can see she lives a life full of kindness and love. Thank you Michelle for going out of your way for us and making the trip so memorable! P.S. My husband would like to remind her supervisor that she deserves a raise 🤣🥰
