The entire staff is amazing. Every need and want is taken care of from the minute you walk through the door. I can't say enough good things from start to finish. I hope to be back soon!

Phenomenal Resort
This is a wonderful resort. The staff goes above and beyond to give you the best experience. Everyone is very friendly. The food at all of the restaurants was great. The spa was very nice, and the massage therapists did a great job. We will be back.

Bury me at the villa premiere because I never want to leave
How can I begin to formulate the correct words to accurately depict how great of a stay I had at Villa Premiere? Do I start with Paul at the pool? The man who made sure every towel was tucked to perfection? The man who could converse with any person at any time about any topic? Paul made you feel like you’ve known him for your entire life while also bringing stories you’ve never heard before. Absolute legend and one of VP’s secret weapons. Or I could say that the service from the front desk, to the servers, to the bartenders, to the maids, to the concierge, was the best level of service I’ve ever had at an all inclusive resort. Drinks, food, requests all taken care of before a 2nd thought entered your mind. But wait, maybe I should actually start with how incredible the food was. Everything cooked to perfection, the cheese melted right, the tortilla crispy but not over cooked, the meat tender and flavorful. Not to mention the drinks were strong but not overdone and unlimited options beyond a regular margarita. And finally, the facilities are top tier but without feeling that you can’t relax and enjoy yourself. The pool is clean and relaxing and the ocean chairs and day beds perfectly placed with prompt and timely service from servers. 10/10 - if I’m not back in the next few months, I will likely have suffered some sort of major injury because that’s the only thing that will keep me and my wife away.

A must go to resort
Villa Premiere was an amazing experience. We went to on our honeymoon. We had previously been to Puerto Vallarta but have always stayed at the large resorts (north of the boardwalk). Morning forward we will no longer be using the large resorts and instead will be coming back to Villa Premiere. This resort is small but has everything you need. The staff takes amazing care of you. Shoutout to Paul! Paul was super friendly and got to know all his guest. He made sure you had everything you needed as you spend time around the pool/bar area. He became family during our week there. The ability to walk right outside of the hotel and be downtown was pretty cool. Even being close to downtown it was very quiet resort. It opens up the ability to try other restaurants and walk the boardwalk to see all the shops. It is very safe and everyone is there to help. The only downfall but wasn’t as much of one as I thought was the beach. It has beach access but some of it has rocks that hurt your feet so if you want to swim in the ocean bring water shoes. You won’t be disappointed at Villa Premiere. I know we will no longer use the big mainstream resorts and will only use Villa Premiere.

Best all inclusive in Puerto Vallarta!!
Villa Premiere is incredible - hands down the best all inclusive resort I have been to in Puerto Vallarta. The rooms are spacious, well kept & every room has an ocean view. We vacationed with another couple and continuously raved about our experience. The food is excellent, we were beyond impressed & honestly surprised. The staff truly goes above and beyond. I can not speak more highly of the entire staff, they are ALL EXCEPTIONAL. Have to shoutout Paul, he made our experience next level and he’s hilarious so that was an added bonus. I promise you will not regret booking here. We will absolutely be back.
