The restaurant aims to achieve a balance between tradition and uniqueness by bringing together three different styles of Japanese cuisine-teppanyaki, yakitori, and sushi.

    The best massage spa ever! The pool amazing in the Jacuzzi too. Also, the food was amazing. Every day was different. Thank you Roger and Israel.

    Dream honeymoon location

    From check in to check out we were completely taken care of. The whole process was very seamless and we were greeted early by our local host Raul and he made sure we were taken care of all week long. Whether it was information about/booking excursions, getting dinner reservations or signing up for chocolate/wine tasting classes, or setting up our room in honor our us celebrating our honeymoon, Raul truly went the extra step in each possible instance to ensure we had the perfect vacation to Unico 2087. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more from Raul, and we are already looking forward to coming back to visit!

    Unico 20 87 - come and enjoy!

    Our experience at Unico 20 87 was wonderful! There’s so much to say! The resort is designed and decorated beautifully, creating an immediate vibe of relaxation and comfort. The drivers to and from the resort who welcomed us kindly, the staff greeting us as we arrived, our bellman who explained the features of our room so we could enjoy it to its fullest during our stay, our wonderful concierge Martha who explained the specifics about our stay to us and was flexible with our needs, our incredible butlers Israel and Roger who worked diligently to make our stay all we hoped for, made us feel like family, and provided lots of laughs along the way, our sales rep Izabela who listened closely to our thoughts and hopes, the staff waiting on us each day at the pool: Manuel, Eugenio, Erik and others who were attentive, knew what we wanted almost before we asked, and made sure we had all we needed to relax, have fun and enjoy the sun, those waiting on us at the restaurants, our sommeliers who took great care to talk us through pairings to enhance the delicious meals, the spa staff that created a soothing and wellness focused environment, my masseuse Julia who made sure to understand my needs, the housekeeping staff who personalized our room and made it a clean and relaxing space, the athletic trainers who created a fun and lively space for all to enjoy a workout, the grounds staff working to keep Unico beautiful, and so many more all paid attention and took care of all we needed to make this the relaxing and fun vacation we were hoping for!
