    Amazing service and hotel

    Writing this review because this hotel exceed all my expectations. The beach service was amazing and attentive. We had the pleasure of being helped by Fernando “speedy gonzalez” by the beach. He gave us amazing service by delivering drink after drink after drink. Even when i didn't order a round he would still come with another like he knew we wanted. Amazing service and amazing hotel.

    Amazing Customer Service

    We had a wonderful experience. This was our first trip as Palladium Travel Club members and our butlers, Alondra (for the Travel Club Members), Adrian and Brian (for our room floor), made our experience above and beyond the standard of "exceptional". Not only was every need anticipated and met, we were also blown away by how personalized and caring our experience felt. The staff at the hotel in general really made you feel like they care but these three members went above and beyond to make us feel like "family" which might otherwise have felt like a marketing term used to entice guests. These three individuals are exemplary employees and made us feel confident and secure in making the investment into the Palladium Travel Club. We can only hope that our next experiences are as good as our first as we continue to explore the vast array of resorts the Palladium Group has to offer. PLEASE take care of these staff members as they will be the heart and soul of your brand!
