Beautiful property and top notch service
Our experience at the TRS Coral resort was so amazing because of the services of Eladio,Hector, Laura, and Oscar. It was amazing experience having concierge service right at your door and this team did not disappoint. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely visit again.

Trs is a beautiful property, and the pools are the best part. Apart from that, there is much to be desired — speed of service across all aspects, room service, towels by pool, service at restaurants all extremely slow or nonexistent. Room service especially was 2-3 hours wait and stale. For an all inclusive, it is above average but for this price we would expect a lot more.

Great Honeymoon
Our butlers, Adrian and Chaviel, were outstanding throughout our stay at TRS Coral. They were professional, friendly, and always one step ahead of our needs. From reservations to special touches during our trip, they handled everything quickly and with genuine care. Their service made our vacation stress-free and unforgettable. We highly recommend both of them and look forward to returning!

From not having our prepaid and confirmed room available upon check-in, and then arguing about it, menus that don't list allergens and under cooked meals, this resort has let all the publicity from hosting Love Is Blind go to their heads. Although we can make the most out of any vacation, this stunning property is wasted by staff who treat you like an inconvenience and a hindrance on their social time. There are some staff that do put in an honest effort, but they are greatly over shadowed but those who would rather be anywhere else. If your looking for a true adults only experience be forewarned most of the entertainment is located in family friendly areas (we knew this going in). If you're coming here just for pictures for Instagram you'll have lots of content, but if you're looking for a true luxury experience, prepare for disappointment.
