Apr 29, 2025Perfect Wedding at TRS Coral
My entire family including myself and my fiancée had a wonderful time at TRS. It’s an absolutely beautiful resort with amazing amenities. If you’re interested in holding a wedding here and need a family side I would highly suggest this resort. The only two thing I would say is that the resort it HUGE. Which sounds like a good thing! But it can be a bit troublesome to get from place to place between the adult and family side, even with the golf carts and boat ride they offer. The second is that the food wasn’t the best either. Although I will say the Thai restaurant and the lunch time wood fire pizza place were excellent. All in all it was an amazing time. I wanted to throw special shout out to a couple of our butlers Adrian and Daniela. Both of them were kind, welcoming, and made numerous harder requests like adding family members to an active reservation an easy, and stress free experience. We spent a majority of our time on the beach and the people that brought us drinks Fernando and Alberto were both incredible. Fernando was with us our first day and after excellent service he gave us all a bracelet or necklace, which was so special. Alberto helped us the rest of the week and was so funny and kind. We truly appreciated both of them. Lastly I want to shout out our waiter at the Thai restaurant Mario for not only an excellent meal, but excellent service. He truly gave us the best experience we had eating there. The biggest shout out goes to our travel agent Ruth DeMuth at Tripguy. She not only made this wedding an incredible experience for all of us, including the newly weds, but made sure each guests experience was seamless.

I have been to many resorts in Cancun that offer similar services but TRS has the best food by far and overall the staff were just extremely friendly

April 2025 almost perfect week
An almost perfect week at the Resort while attending a destination wedding. Due to loud music at the Gravity bar (adult TRS Coral side) until 2 am keeping us awake on our 1st night, the hotel graciously changed our room to a different location. Happy that a room was available. Our new beautiful 2 level loft room near ocean had a musty smell when the ac was functioning. The smell disappeared when opening patio door. Since this was our 2nd room, we did not bring this issue up and lived with the musty smell especially at night while ac was on. Staff, pool, beach, food, wedding was all perfect and excellent.

April vacation
An almost perfect week. Loud music from the Gravity bar until 2 am kept us awake on our first night. The hotel changed our room to be away from this noise.

Relaxing in a beautiful resort
Beautiful huge resort, very easy to get around. Excellent service, shuttles. Gorgeous gardens. Staff so helpful friendly! Great mix of people.
