Fernando Speedy from the pool!
Fernando Speedy is the absolute best server at the pool! Highly recommend for fun and a good time! On the ball with drinks and comes around often, the kindest man and knows how to make sure everyone has so much fun!

Everything was great except miner issues. Something we couldn’t find our butler and service in the restaurants were a bit slow. No animation at all except chick cabaret which you need to pay extra.

Stayed on the adult side. Service was terrible, resort was dirty and the food was absolutely the worst we have ever had in 15 plus trips to the area. We had a butler that never introduced himself to us, didn’t make a single dinner reservation for us and never checked on us the entire trip.

Amazing Wedding Resort!
We had our wedding here and it was a fantastic experience! We had nearly 100 guests and everyone loved the resort. Resort: It was modern, clean, and beautiful. All rooms are beautiful and all of our guests were very impressed with how nice they are. When you stay at this resort, you can go to all of the GPCM facilities, which was great to explore other bars and restaurants outside of just TRS Coral. The resort is not too big and it is easy to walk around all of GPCM, but there are also golf carts available. The spa is probably one of the highlights of the facilities at the resort. One of if not the best spa and hydrotherapy we’ve seen at an all inclusive resort. Food: The food at the resort overall is okay. The best restaurant for lunch is probably Helios and for dinner is El Gaucho. For breakfast we enjoyed the a la carte restaurant and liked how we could order food a la carte instead of waiting in an omelet line at a buffet line most resorts. Of our 100 guests, no one got sick (which is great considering it happens often in Cancun). Staff: The staff here are wonderful! They’re very kind and help you with what is needed. Each room is assigned 2 butlers and in addition to meeting them in person you will also be able to contact them via WhatsApp for any questions. They helped us coordinate dinner reservations, spa reservations, room service, bellboy service, and even bringing champagne and water to our room. Our butlers were Karime and Mel and they were FANTASTIC! They did such a great job helping us with everything. Overall we would highly recommend this resort! For the price point, it’s a great resort and we are so happy to have had our wedding there. We booked and coordinated all travel with TripGuy.com which made this a seamless experience for us and all of our guests. They coordinated hotel bookings, transportation, and an excursion for our big party and I couldn’t recommend them more.
