  Fun in the sun

  The vibe was perfect from start to finish! From the bellhops and security welcoming you “home,” to the bartenders — Christian, Josue, and Ivan (Chivo) — holding it down at breakfast. The entertainment crew is top-tier: Areeeeeeta, Cowboy, Maluma Jay, and the rest bring nonstop energy and fun. The food hits the spot with about five restaurants on-site — Sutra is my personal favorite (sushi + hibachi 🔥). The music at Bash, the outdoor club, keeps getting better every night. Don’t forget to book your round trip transportation and tip the housekeepers. Huge shoutout to the security team for keeping everyone safe and chill. Come with an open mind, relax, and enjoy — you’ll have an amazing time here! 🌴✨

  My best friend and I loved it

  My best friend and I recently stayed at Temptation Cancun Resort, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated excellently. Having studied Tourism Management and Hospitality myself, I tend to notice the small details that make or break a guest experience and Temptation truly delivers. The entire staff, from reception and housekeeping to the bar and restaurant staff, radiates genuine care and joy. Every single person contributes to this incredible sense of belonging, comfort, and fun. A special shout-out to Giovanni, who was so heartfelt and always made sure we had dinner reservations; and to Alex, who, although usually a concierge for Premier members, treated us as if we were his own guests after being introduced through a friend. The Entertainment Team: the way they moderate games and interact with guests is absolutely hilarious, playful, and full of charisma. Pretty Boy, Cowboy, Diego and Caliente made us feel seen, confident, and even a little worshipped (in the best way possible). And let’s not forget how talented everyone is. The way the guys and girls dance is pure fire. As a dancer myself, it’s impossible not to get swept up in their energy. And of course, a heartfelt thank-you to Daniel and Alejandro from Security for making sure we always felt safe while still being able to fully let go and enjoy the party. Their presence gave us the freedom to relax, dance, and live in the moment. What could have been better: While we’re fully aware this is a party resort, we’re generally people who prefer quieter dining experiences; especially in the mornings, when even breakfast can be quite lively and busy. A calmer option for those who enjoy a peaceful start to the day would be wonderful. The same goes for dinner: Sutra and Flame have an energetic atmosphere, but after a full day of fun, we really appreciated the more tranquil vibe at Romanza and Sea Flirt. Our other note would be that our room in the Garden View block was in the middle of ongoing construction, which made mornings very noisy. Earplugs should be definitely on the packing list, since the walls and doors are not sound-proof at all. However, Temptation is truly a vibe. A place where judgment doesn’t exist, where you can laugh too loud, dance too close, and simply be your most authentic self. If you’re looking for a vibrant, high-energy escape that celebrates freedom, fun, and connection in every sense, this is it. Can´t wait to come back!

  TEMPTATION

  Our fourth time at this hotel, and everything is amazing from the food to the pool atmosphere! I love that there are different themes every night; it really makes you feel part of the vibe. Playmaker Paola is the best super sexy and so much fun to talk to. She made this vacation an unforgettable experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back to see her again! ❤️

  Not lucky his time

  We arrived 3 September staying 10 days. Our Trip no: 14 We were 11 couples We love temptation As always the place is clean the reception is good the restaurant staff are friendly and the service is very good This time we were not lucky with the butler he was not in the mood to work He was laughing at us. every time we asked him about Restaurant reservations or spa Reservations His answer was. ah it’s reserved. I'll see what I can do. He was write on the small book and then he disappear. Place wasn’t full We had to make a reservation with the reception staff. All respect to them and thanks for helping us I don't want to mention the butler's name now And finally hope they will found solution for the dj The music is very bad 😒 at night and. Since years many guests complaints about the music but the play maker monger don’t listen to them. That’s the only issue we have long time hop will meet the owner son to explain to him
