  Great time but...

  I was at Temptations from December 3 to 10, 2025. I had a great time. All the staff are so good. The bartenders, service and restaurant staff and of course the Playmakers. Special shout out to Samantha. She is an absolute delight! She is so good with the guests and I truly appreciate the time she took to make sure I was enjoying myself. One minor issue and one major one: First the minor one - my pickup on my last day was 14:30. When I checked out at 11:00, I was told by the front desk that I was NOT allowed to use the pool or bars or restaurants before I was picked up and had to stay in the lobby. Apparently this is a new policy. After some discussion with the staff at the front desk, I was given permission to use the pool. This is such a petty and poorly thought out policy. When I checked in at the beginning of one holiday, I didn't get to the resort until 20:00, meaning that I was "paying" for five hours that I wasn't able to use. This should be a "No brainer". Please reconsider this policy as I heard other guests complain about it and it's not a good look. The major one - This issue wasn't the fault of the resort and they helped me solve it. Nexus Tours was contracted to transfer me from the airport to the resort. I was on a shuttle with three other groups (Four drop offs) and I was the last person to be dropped off. At arrival, the bellhop immediately grabbed my luggage (It was the last piece in the shuttle and I didn't see what bag he grabbed). After tipping the driver, I went to check in. After completing the process, I found the bellhop and went to go to my room. Unfortunately, the driver had given my bag to someone else and I had theirs. The driver had long since departed so there wasn't much I could do. The concierge tried contacting Nexus Tours but could not get a response so I had wait until the morning to solve this. That next morning, I went to the concierge again and explained what happened. She had been left a note by the night shift person describing what had happened and was ready to assist me. She (Monse) tried contacting Nexus Tours but they were NOT responding. She then asked me if I could remember what other hotels we had stopped at and contacted the resort we had stopped at before Temptations. They confirmed that they had the guest whose luggage I was given staying at their hotel and long story short, I took a taxi over to the other hotel and exchanged the bags (The "gentleman" who had my bag was very unappreciative of my efforts to correct the situation so I'm hoping he got sunburn and diarrhea). I want to thank the staff at Temptations for helping me during this stressful moment and I want to personally thank Monse for all the work she did to help me. Please include my appreciation and thanks in any employee feedback she receives. When I contacted Nexus Tours to complain and to seek remedy for the costs I incurred to address this, they told me that they have to "investigate" it first.

  Amazing Hotel with a Unique Style

  The experience was amazing and the Staff makes you feel special. BRAI from the entertaiment staff, has a full comprehension of what service means. She is very respectful but caring. The restaurANts as the SHE is an experience you need to have. The rooms at the tower are sexy and cozy. A place to come back !!!

  The resort is so much fun but the staff will make your vacation great!

  I wrote the review at e few paragraphs down just a couple years ago, we have gone for many years. We are not the typical guests but we had a nice time and met many nice people,,,,, However I am reposting to update. Temptations has changed considerably the last 5 years… food has improved. You see how we loved getting to know the staff, they were so excited to see us return. Temptations owners do not seem to value their employees. They go through general managers often… Butlers, especially the Spa staff lately. Basically everyone I mentioned below all gone??? Excellent staff… the prices have gone up ridiculously. The add on charges? It’s SAD! We went to Temptations for years..the atmosphere is uniquely entertaining! But the staff makes the resort special. They go well beyond taking care of us! Leo in the Spa is an exceptional masseuse! Thanks Leo for always treating me to wonderful massages. Mike reserved our pool chairs, Sexy Poppy makes us feel remembered…. Norma in the Premiere Office! And Lefranc our butler!!! The best! The general manager and the girl head of the butlers went out of their way to accommodate us on an issue! Thank you all for making us feel so welcome and our trip perfect!

  Unhappy with new changes

  While the staff and playmakers are doing their best to make your stay enjoyable, unfortunately the management has been making changes that have greatly affected our experience at temptation. The management has decided to strip all membership privileges from beneficiaries even though they sold memberships based on members being able to sell some of their nights to benificiaries who would then enjoy the membership privileges. This change was made without any compensation even though full price was paid for all these nights. Other changes include closing the pool and hot tub at 6 instead of 7. Temptation has also been doing a tower takeover of their own thus preventing members from being able to access the rooftop sky bar. The latest change is confining people to the lobby after check out, which is at 11, until their shuttle pick up. Not even allowing them to eat lunch in the buffet. I would suggest if u do come to temptation that you avoid buying a membership because they can't be trusted to honor what was promised before signing.

  Temptation contract not worth the paper it's written on

  They ripped us off thousands. Don't buy a contract. Can't get regular tequila fireball. They consider it premium. We are beneficiary. Everyone is mad vibes are bad. Staff so great. People yelling at them. New management is poor. Checkout 11 Can't have lunch have to stay in lobby. Playmakers are doing a great job
