    Best staff in the World

    We were not sure about our room when we checked in because our toilet made a horrible sound, our safe and TV didn’t work. But with in about thirty minutes they had everything fixed. The hotel staff is what separates this hotel from all the others. Starting with our Butler’s Marianna and Mario. They were both amazing and so attentive. They took care of everything and their communication skills were excellent. Next is the other staff members. We visit every year at this time, so many of the staff members remember us years after year. They see thousands of people every year and take the time to welcome us back. Two servers Jorge and Jones even remember our orders. (We do order the same thing every day) but it’s amazing to me how they always remember. That also goes for our Coffee girl Karla. She even remembers my wife’s name each year. Natali who works at the Sky bar is amazing as well. As soon as she sees us coming she has our order already coming to our table. We have had some great meals at Sutra but the chef Alberto is the best Hibachi chef we have ever had in any country. We had another amazing trip thanks to the wonderful staff members! See you all next year.

    STOP BEWARE!!! Dont buy a premier contract. They dont honor contract after has been signed and increase rates however they want… they include a BS excuse about economy but they go more farther than that…since they are in Mexico they can do whatever they want to the contract. Think twice before signing

    I like to party but wtf

    If you want a minute of peace, stay away from this place. The whole hotel is poorly designed with an open air bar that blasts music until all hours of the night into every hotel room. Absolutely fing awful vacation

    Weekend getaway

    I want to share my recent experience with Premier regarding our upcoming New Year’s reservation. Due to an urgent injury, I may not be physically able to travel, so I contacted Premier to ask what options might be available to us—whether a credit or any type of accommodation could be considered. I spoke with a representative named Madai Aguilar, and unfortunately the interaction was extremely unhelpful. I was initially told we could be penalized 2–3 nights, depending on what they decided. When I referenced our original reservation terms, which clearly state a one-night penalty, she refused to confirm the amount or provide clarity. After I requested to speak with a supervisor, she returned and then stated that it would be only one night. The inconsistency and lack of transparency were very concerning. As Premier beneficiaries, it’s disappointing to see how little flexibility or support is offered—especially in a situation involving an unexpected medical issue. It feels like the focus is solely on penalties rather than working with members in good faith. Just wanted to share this experience, as it’s troubling to see the level of service decline so quickly.
