    Halloween and Dias de Los Muertos

    Halloween and Dias de los muertos are something you should see. The staff costumes and the whole experience was beautiful. Yamy and Leo are fantastic butlers so helpful. Norma in premier office All Premier staff bartenders top notch special shout outs to Gerry, Adan, Julio, Tono!!! Lulu makes the best bloody Mary's Johnny at bash is the best! Lincy at Flame Sinue and Philipe at Sea Flirt Naty in the kitchen

    Great resort!!!

    Temptation is lots of fun! Our butlers Yamy and Leo were fantastic and very attentive. They were very helpful with keeping us up to date on daily activities, checking in on us several times a day, and making sure that we had everything we needed. We go to see Miguel for breakfast daily. He is a great waiter and gets us everything we need. Carlos, Gerry, Manolo and all the waiters at the Premium bar are excellent. Charly and Giovanni made sure we always had what we needed at the restaurants and that our group was taken care of. The food is always good. The Playmakers are lots of fun and keep the party going.

    Temptation experience

    The entertainment crew was great, but CALIENTE was outstanding, great personality, performance and super friendly.. The services were excellent as well. ALIN and MICHELLE made my stay easy and fun with their positive attitude and services . Thank you all

    El lugar de mi coraçon

    Temptation never disappoints Clean rooms , clean premises, excellent service Parties where amazing and Caliente from the entertainment team is like the Duracell bunny , full of energy , polite and very professional , always with a smile on her face . I would also mention that all the people working there are hard workers and very attentive , best servers Alin and Michelle This time I brought a new guest and it was very impressed , for sure we will return

    Judgment free party for all!

    Just returned from our 3 visit. This place continues to be a great time. High energy daytime and night time party. Food: It’s crazy that people continue to come to All Inclusive resorts and expect Michelin star food. The food was good to great, and we always found something we really liked. If you don’t like something, order something else! Easy! We ate every restaurant, and don’t have any complaints. Pool: chair games, like ANY resort is something you need to get used to. We got chairs in front of the pool everyday. No issues. There were plenty of chair available throughout the day in the rows behind the poolside rows. Games were fun to watch, although repetitive, still fun. Music was good. Night time Bash parties: This trip was a disappointment as the Bash Party area was closed the entire time for renovation. Renovations need to be done, so just unfortunate timing for our trip. The Bash parties were held in the lobby, Score Bar and the Roof top. The playmakers made a good effort to keep the party going, but you really can’t replicate Bash in these locations. Having bash in the score bar is TERRIBLE. Too small, too hot. Not an issue going forward as the newly renovated Bash is set to reopen before Halloween. The themes were well represented. Lots dressed up…. DRESS UP! It’s so fun. Room: we stayed in Bash Tower. Room was clean and what we expected. We were celebrating our Anniversary, and we received daily acknowledgment by way of banners, and special desserts. We had a butler for the first time as part of the playful package and it was well worth it. Our butler planned all our reservations and was able to make special arrangements for a cabana and beach dinner. Shout outs: Wendy our poolside server was a boss! She remembers our drinks and never left us thirsty. She served a massive area and treated everyone like she was only serving them. Azul our butler was so great. She checked in with us everyday, she kept us informed of when her shift started and ended, and details of the daily events. Sinue at Sea Flirt is hands down the best waiter we have ever encountered. He was so genuine, funny and attentive to every detail our dinner service. We were celebrating a birthday and he played Happy Birthday table by side on a pan flute! Great time, can’t wait to go back.
