Dec 22, 202510/10 Resort, 100/10 Staff. Couldn’t recommend Serenity at Coconut Bay enough!!
My wife and I just got back from our honeymoon here and are already planning our next trip back. This is, by far, the most fun trip we’ve ever been on. The rooms/suites, pool, restaurant, beaches, etc. were all some of the nicest venues we’ve been to. They offer some extremely exciting excursions that I highly recommend doing as well (they cost a little more but so worth it). When it comes to the people, starting with our awesome butler, to the rest of the amazing staff, I cannot give enough complements to how amazing everyone was. We were lucky enough to get paired with Butler Daniel, and he was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to help us with anything we asked for, and he’s just a great guy all around. Next, to the entire staff, they treated us like family the entire week. Just to name a few: Solange, Sabby, Lee, Nella, Charles, and so many more, the list goes on. These people truly were so much fun to be around at all times. My wife and I felt like we truly made new friends with everyone there, and they are our main reason for us to want to visit here again. We are so thankful we chose to spend our honeymoon here and hope Serenity knows how highly we think of them and their staff!

Amazing way to spend a 60th Birthday and 35th Wedding Anniversary with our Serenity family
Where do we start, this was our third visit to Serenity at Coconut Bay and it was like returning home to our Serenity family and we will be returning for a fourth visit in 2027 . The moment we arrived we were greeted by McCarthy our fantastic butler with a lovely coconut and rum. The coconut theme carried on throughout our stay with Jonathan the coconut man supplying us with his Jonathan specials daily. Also Kevin and Ray made us our own coconut cocktail the "Coconut Sharon" which had the fantastic homemade ginger beer in it (we miss it) Our schedule was sorted by McCarthy who was always there when needed, like all of the Serenity team nothing was too much trouble. The manager Chris has a great team and it is clear everyone of them enjoy their work and interact with guests at all times. The rooms are always kept spotlessly clean by the many housekeeping staff that you rarely see - a big thankyou to Tracy for her great work and the many towel animals. As everyone says Serenity is such a special place that really gets into your heart We can't mention all the staff but a big thankyou to our Butler McCarthy who was the best - even getting us a special Gin for our room and booking numerous Beach Cabanas and ensuring we were well and truly spoilt especially on the big 60th Birthday. Kevin, Lee, Ray and Charles at the bar (and wherever else they popped up! you are fantastic guys (you must do Kevins wine tasting) Ginel, Tyler, Toya, Nerrisa, Hannah, Gemma, Sabby and all the other fabulous team in The Greathouse. The food and service was fantastic It was lovely to catch up with Ali our butler from previous years and Ginel - both of whom we keep in touch with whilst back in the UK A big thankyou to Tyler who braided Sharon's hair twice (thanks to Ginel for organising) Nothing is too much trouble for anyone. The hotel is Serenity in itself and the guests all enjoy the service, surroundings and tranquillity. We met some great people during our stay from both the USA and the UK and everyone had the same opinion on Serenity as ourselves - 5* plus..... Thanks again to Chris and all the Serenity team what a way to spend both a 60th birthday and 35th Wedding Anniversary Love to you all and see our Serenity family again in Feb/March 2027 Sharon and Andy

Superb honeymoon experience.
Went there for our honeymoon and had the most amazing time. From the first coconut drink on arrival to the last day by the pool, everything was more than we could have hoped for. The staff are absolutely superb and can’t do enough for you, and there was no ask too big at all for our butler Kert who made sure we had everything we could want. The excursions are all superb and run like clockwork, however you do not need to leave to have a great time any day or evening. The food in the Greathouse is fantastic and the service always brilliant and so friendly. The evening of rum tasting with Kevin followed by a meal by the pool was a particular favourite evening. The poolside bar provides any cocktail or drink you could want with the highlight being the Tiki time with Toya and creating our own cocktails. Whilst the quiet serine nature around the pool helps you totally switch off. It is definitely somewhere we will visit again !

Wonderful Relaxing Holiday!!
Let me first say what an amazing week we had, and this place is well worth it! We went for a week and were totally spoiled, all of the staff were wonderful and helpful and you could ask any one of them and they would help you out even if it was not your butler. Special shout out to our butler, Daniel as he was very attentive and was always asking if we needed anything making us our dinner reservations, among other little requests. We are not used to asking for things on vacation, but he made us feel very comfortable asking and not like we were being demanding. All of the restaurant staff was amazing (Sabby, Solange, Sadie, Tessa and so many others) as well as the bartenders Ray, Charles and Kevin. Shout to Dr. Quade (another butler) who got my husband a glass of cold milk to help with some heartburn also. We ate so many wonderful meals and tried lots of new things, the meals are quite rich so if you do have some heartburn issues bring some extra meds as this might help. We had the Premium Plunge pool and were back in a nice quiet area, and totally enjoyed our pool deck and also had breakfast on the "porch" in our robes two mornings which was very lovely. The room was very spacious, and clean always and turndown service was very romantic when you arrived back from dinner. One tip- we learned after a night or two is to shut off your ice maker at night and put back on in the morning then it makes no noise during the night. Would we stay here again, absolutely!!

Only disappointment is I can’t give 6 stars! Place is amazing!
Stayed at Serenity for our 20 yr anniversary. The amenities, food, service, room, and staff were all 5 stars. Would give them 6 stars if I could! It was an amazing trip!
