My husband and I went to Serenity on our honeymoon — it was everything we could have dreamed! the property is literally a 5 minute drive from the airport, so your vacation can start right away. Every single member of the Serenity team is kind, helpful, genuine, and professional. Specifically, our butler Kaisha, was so attentive and lovely. Kaisha set up our dinner reservations, massage, sunset cruise, and more! We also LOVED Ray and Lee at the bar (the drinks were delicious) and Kevin who seemed to be the man of many talents!! Sabby, at The Greathouse, was so careful with my celiac disease requirements (gluten free food was readily available) and such a delightful waitress. Jonathan made the yummiest authentic coconut cocktails. Walking into our villa each night was peaceful and clean thanks to Trisha! Speaking of the villas - from the king size bed to the rain-head shower, cozy hammock and personal plunge pool you will feel like you’re in the lap of Caribbean luxury! Since there are not a lot of villas the Serenity pool is never crowded and it’s easy to make friends (if you want!) since you’re seeing the same people often. Since Serenity is on the Atlantic Ocean side of the island, the water is more rough and there’s more seaweed than the Caribbean Sea side. We happily spent all of our time by the pool. I would 1000% recommend this resort to any couple looking to vacation on St. Lucia.

A Healing Stay at Serenity
I’ll preface this review by sharing that many people visit Serenity to celebrate honeymoons, anniversaries, or other joyful occasions. My husband and I came here for a different reason. We recently lost our baby girl, who was almost seven months old, to cancer. It’s been an incredibly difficult year, living in the hospital and being thrown off the course of what we thought our life would be. After her passing, we wanted to take a trip to try to find some beauty in the world again after such dark times. We came across Serenity at Coconut Bay because of its stellar reviews (the amenities and food, wow!), but we weren’t sure how a couple visiting under such circumstances would be cared for. It’s safe to say that the staff here is truly one of a kind. Our butler, Neri, treated us with such tender care and grace, planning an itinerary that perfectly balanced relaxation and adventure. We were able to take in breathtaking views of the mountains, beach, and volcano on well-planned excursions; unwind with a massage and private beach and pool cabana; and enjoy incredible food paired with amazing entertainment. Everyone at Serenity is so special, and we are endlessly grateful for their warmth and hospitality. They helped us see beauty and grace not only in nature, but also in people — especially in the remarkable Serenity staff.

Perfect Luxury, Romantic Honeymoon Experience
We had the most dreamy honeymoon at Serenity at Coconut Bay! Our butler was Davidson, who went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs and desires were met at all times. All the staff are incredibly welcoming, attentive, warm, and kind, and they all do everything in their power to make your stay perfect. The suites are spacious, clean, romantic, and just beautiful. There is daily housekeeping and nightly turndown services, in addition to 24/7 room and butler service. The resort is only a five minute drive from the airport, and they provide free transportation to and from, which is really nice. The food is delicious too. Breakfast was my favorite every morning! One of our favorite parts of our trip was the beach cabana! They drop you off via golf cart to a private cabana with breathtaking views right on the ocean. They’re stocked with a filled cooler, towels, loungers, a beach chair, and a swinging bed, and of course, your butler delivers you anything you’d like right to your cabana (lunch, drinks, etc.). There are lovely hammocks right on the water, and there’s a fun tiki bar and burger shack. Just perfect! The resort also has tons of activities going on all the time, from wine and cheese pairings and rum tasting to fire-breather shows and late night chocolate fountains. They bring the fun, vibrant Saint Lucian culture right to their resort for you to experience. We had an absolutely incredible time, and we were so sad to go home.

65th Birthday trip
I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday with my husband at Serenity. Everyone is so kind and always asking if you having a great time. I like to give a special shout out to our butler Neri, our room attendants Trisha, Simeon and Shirley, resturant staff Sabby and Hannah. My husband and I will be looking at our schedules to plan another trip here soon.😀🎉 D & R Vaughn

October 2025 Honeymoon Experience
Went on our honeymoon here and it was everything we wanted and more! The resort is beautiful and well kept. The rooms are magical and the food was delicious. What really makes them stand out is the extraordinary service! Our butler, McCarthy was amazing!! Daniel and Tyler in the kitchen were so kind!! Kevin the bartender really made you feel welcomed and Jonathan and his friendliness and humor was great!
