Excellent! I am a WOH member and have stayed at numerous Secrets, Dreams, and Breathlesses. This is one of my favorites. Room was great and kept up well. Food outstanding. Beautiful grounds. Very close to airport and the Malecón. The staff was incredible too. Shoutout to our butler José that went above and beyond to make our trip spectacular. Can’t wait to come back.

PROS: Excellent service. The proximity of this resort to the beach is phenomenal...just a few steps to the ocean. The ocean water was warm and very little seaweed. Enjoyed the complimentary Hobie Cat rides. The food at Bordeaux French restaurant was very good. CONS: Pool is not heated, and the music is very loud in the pool area.

Vallarta Bay just keeps getting better !
We loved our stay here and the improvements just keep making this place even better. Every single staff member was so friendly and professional and went out of there way to make our experience awesome. The staff in the Market Cafe including Humberto, Sergio, Edgar, Caesar and Benito were the absolute best bunch of service staff I may have ever come across. The pool staff is also really great especially Alfonso and Manuel.

Thanks for a great time!
Our family came for a wedding on the property. It was truly an amazing experience, and the fireworks at the end of the ceremony were really cool. For me what separated this resort from others I’ve visited is the personal butler service . Ours was Jose, he did an amazing job at being willing to do everything he could to make our stay the amazing experience it was.

Don't bother with Preferred Club here
We are UVC members and used a 1:1 VIP week here. We were fortunate to see two whales in mid Nov! Pedro at the breakfast buffet made me feel like a queen with his attentive service. Hostess Daniela was a ray of sunshine at the buffet and Oceana lunch. (Tu ingles es mas mejor que tu piensas!) And Hector at Ocean remembered our order and brough it muy rapido. Stayed 7 days and got to do Sip and Paint twice. Not much value for Preferred Club here, as there is no preferred beach or pool, and the Dreams and Secrets Preferred Clubs have no windows or air conditioning, nor do they have upgraded liquor options. If we were to return to this smaller resort, we'd be sure to go during the height of whale season.
