Secrets Resort is the best!
Our experience was so wonderful. From Adrian and Antonio for breakfast at the Market Cafe, to Omar serving us drinks at the pool, to Manuel serving our great meals at Bordeaux, and Francisco making the special pasta and great service at Capers. Jose Maria at the Preferred club was great serving drinks to our big group. Alejandro, our Butler, took care of our every need. The service was absolutely Fantastic!

Fantastic stay!
We so enjoyed our stay. At the Market Cafe we had exceptional service from Adrian and Antonio. They could not have been more responsive and attention to detail. Loved our time with them. Omar at the pool is fantastic. Never missed an order and remembered us from day to day. Stupendous service all around from the front desk to the pool to each restaurant. Fantastic.

Beautiful
We had an absolutely amazing experience at Secrets Vallarta Bay, thanks to our incredible butler! Jose B From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. He truly listened to our needs and made every effort to ensure our stay was seamless and special. Although we had a small hiccup on the first day, he quickly stepped in and turned things around. His professionalism, care, and attention to detail made all the difference, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thanks to him, our trip became unforgettable. I would 100% recommend him to all my family and friends visiting Vallarta Bay his service is truly next-level. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
