We had a wonderful experience at Secrets, PV. The property, room and staff were all amazing. Particularly, our tower butler, Jose Beccera was so kind, responsive, helpful and all around fantastic!

Secrets Vallarta Bay Jose Becerra
We often return to Secrets Vallarta Bay not only due to its proximity to old town or being steps away from the beach but because of its commitment to consumer services. The resort along with its partnerships with UVC and Hyatt are unmatched by the commitment and pride that the staff itself brings together to make the whole experience possible and that keep us returning, with 14 visits to date and many more to come. Jose Becerra and his fellow team members at the preferred club, always went above and beyond to ensure that we always had everything our hearts desires. Jose was always a true professional ensuring everything we wanted and needed fitted seamlessly into our stay. We cannot say enough about the resort and the preferred club please take my word for it and join Jose at Secrets Vallarta Bay

Great service and location
Our experience at Secrets Vallarta Bay was wonderful. The staff do whatever they can to avoiding not being able to fulfill your requests. We received exceptional service at all restaurants and while at the pool, including special care and additional options to accommodate my food allergy (gluten). A special thanks to Aurillo and the pool concierges team who organized a special meal and small cake on my birthday! In addition to the top notch service, our room had a beautiful view and nice amenities. Lastly, the resort is close to the airport and downtown for shopping or walking the Malecón.

One of the best food experiences of any Secrets.
One of the best UVC food experiences to date. We were lucky enough to be approached by Alfonso from Bordeaux on Saturday at the pool. He told us about cellar experience with wine purchase. Then he also got us a chefs table experience. Simply amazing what Alfonso, Sigiferno, & Chef Miguel provided.
