Gorgeous beach and attentive staff keeping the guests hydrated all day. Ample delectable food choices for lunch right at poolside or ocean front restaurant, so we had no need to even venture inside once. Miguel our waiter when dining poolside seemed to anticipate our beverage needs before we did! Entertainment staff worked tirelessly and cheerfully all day and sometimes into the evening. Eliana and Theresa were over the top welcoming and encouraging with running fun and interesting activities. The restaurants were some of the best I’ve experienced at any resort. Not only was the food amazing but the service outstanding and the decor spectacular! Such an enjoyable vacation experience from start to finish!

Can't wait to go back.
Great location combined with next sister resort Dreams. The Oceano Seafood restaurant was my favorite because of the freshness of the Red Snapper. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing vacation
Beautiful Hotel, amazing food, activities and staff. Hotel has recently had alot of upgrades and is far nicer than it has been in the past. We found it to be very quiet, which is what we like. Can’t wait to go back! Absolutely no complaints!

The staff at the resort made the experience wonderful. Benito (Benny) at the Secrets breakfast and lunch buffet was fantastic. He remembered us and what we liked to drink and made recommendations to us for things to do. At the pool, Alfonzo, Omar and Mario helped us all week. They went above and beyond with their service, remembering our drinks, making sure we were always tended to by checking back multiple times each day and also bringing us some lovely lunch and snacks from the pool kitchen. The resort itself is rather tired, the pool chairs are not comfortable and need cushions. The drinks are OK many days running out of the top shelf liquor at the pool bar. There is no preferred section for pools or beach of which we knew but the preferred bar is a joke with two small tables and no tv etc in the room to relax, with such a minimal offering it should just be eliminated and repurposed to something else. The food was OK at best and doesn’t compare to the other Secrets, even Breathless and some higher end Dreams. The food at all the restaurants were so salty to the point it’s not edible. Buffet needs more options and change of menu each day choices were rather limited. The town is safe so we opted to go out for a few lunches and dinners due to this. There is essentially no entertainment compared to other resorts. Evening shows are OK however they’re shared w Dreams so some have children attend. The resort seems to cater to an older crowd, after 10pm the place is a ghost town. At the pool area there seems to be no way to monitor who is a guest and who is not as they don’t use wrist bands and people walk in from the beach and guests from dreams used the pools when I believe they’re not supposed to. One day someone from another resort was in our pool and didn’t have a guest pass, eventually they figured it out. As far as the beach is concerned there are areas with chairs to sit on. The water is very rough, you need to be a great swimmer to go in as well as get out as there is a large drop off where the waves hit and a decent undertow. When exiting the water best to try to get as close to shore and hop up to get out or you’ll get pulled back in. Not recommended for someone with limited mobility or knee issues. The weather was a 10/10 every day it was 87-92 no clouds full sun! Overall the people mentioned above made the trip great!

Relax and unwind here... you will love this place
Great smaller resort.... Excellent service and we enjoyed the variety of activities and food. The pools were nice, and Oceana restaurant has the best sunset view ever.... This was second time to stay here.
