Bliss in Tulum
We had a wonderful trip at Secrets Tulum. The staff was amazing and so accommodating. From check-in, our personal concierges, Andrea and Laura were attentive and communicative. We loved all the activities the resort had to offer and particularly loved getting to know Cristal on the entertainment team. The preferred club pool was amazing and Eduardo (Lalo) was exceptional. The food in the preferred club was spectacular. The resort is not on the beach but the pools at the resort are wonderful and the beach club is only a short ride away.

Love Secrets Tulum!
Excellent resort. Service was impeccable. Food could use some improvement. Easy quick check in. AVOID the gift shop. There is a 7/11, 300 yards away. One of the people in our party paid 35.00 for two bags of chips at the gift shop. When he realized how much he paid, they told him "no refunds". That said, I would definitely visit again!

The gist of the experience was that it was, it was average. Nothing special. We had a lot of things hinder our experienc
As for this resort, it's beautiful and mind-blowing and the people that work there work their butt off. However, there are many ways that can be improved. The Wi-Fi is extremely spotty, and if you're not from Mexico, that means your phone will not work at all. And that's scary when you're in a foreign country. The food it was good, the variety. Wasn't the communication for all the entertainment was lacking? So much they would say 70s, 80s, night, and it was just all Spanish music. They also had several events in a Barr called halftime that smelled like a toilet pipe, had broken. There was no communication about it. They didn't move the event anywhere else. Our drop off from the resort to the airport never showed up. We had to wait an hour. We were never serviced water or anything mind you. The lobby is outside, so it was relatively hot and then somebody else had to pay for a taxi for us to take us to the airport. We almost missed our flight. The taxi driver was not very good. And it felt a little nerve wracking, taking a taxi in a foreign land when you don't speak fluent spanish. This resort is again very beautiful. The workers work very hard. Just remember that it's advertised as a 5 star unlimited resort ultimate luxury, it's not. It's more of a 4 star resort. Also, all the alcohol that you're gonna get if you didn't get preferred club is going to be bare bones. Very, very, very, very cheap, so just remember that. If you're gonna go to this resort, do preferred club. It's going to save you cause that's how you get all the really good food and the really top.Shelf alcohol
