Food was disappointing, but the staff, drinks, and overall experience made it a nice vacation. Being a preferred member really makes a difference at this resort.

Casa Zamna is a small quiet boutique hotel. Very relaxing with fabulous staff. The sargassum was so bad we couldn't swim in the ocean.. had it not been an issue it would have been perfect. The restaurants need more variety in their offerings, they had a static menu at the Rosewater and the Grill. We stayed for a week and had to go to the main resort to have food options. The options at the main resort were good, a favourite was Portofino.

Exceptional Stay at Secrets Tulum
From the moment we got there, the staff made us feel completely at home. They were so welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful, really well kept with a fantastic, warm vibe. Our room was perfect: spotless, comfortable, and they clearly thought of every little detail. But honestly, the staff were the real highlight. They were amazing. No request was too big, and their kindness paired with their professionalism was so refreshing. It's rare to find a team that consistently goes that extra mile. We had a wonderful time. The service was top notch, the facilities were great, and the whole place was so relaxing. We'd absolutely stay here again and would recommend Secrets Tulum to anyone.

Good family vacation with my adult children.
The main resort was beautiful!! Would recommend if you enjoy nature and relaxing. Plenty of pools bars and restaurants.
