Resort was excellent. Rooms large and clean, good bed. Staff helpful and friendly. Pools clean with great chairs always open not crowded. Food and service great. Large place be ready to walk and go up stairs. The problem is with Amerian Airlines and Dallas airport was terrible, dont use them if possible

Casa Zamna Secrets Hotel Villa is Incredible
Casa Zamna Villa is just purely stunning. From the service to the property itself. You will not be disappointed. I love how close it is to a lot of the new shops, restaurants and beach clubs. We felt safe to roam around outside the resort and enjoy the Tulum scenery.

Anniversary 17 years
Secrets Tulum Trip advisor for Secrets Blanca My wife and I frequent the Secrets resorts and we really like them! We recently visited Secrets Tulum on our vacation. And this one visit promises not to disappoint! We were at the resort for 7 nights and 8 days. As I said earlier we have stayed at most of the Secret resorts in Mexico and although the food is always delicious, Secrets Tulum is the best we have ever had at an all-inclusive resort. Bluewater Grill and Olio were our favorites. The foam party was so much fun we attended both times. I would like to personally like to thank Our concierge Laura for her extreme professionalism and insuring our stay was amazing, we never wanted for anything as Laura was always available and answered all questions. Sergio the pool waiter was amazing rates in our top 3 pool waiters in our 17 years of visiting Secrets. Luis at the Olio restaurant is another star employee. The Mexican night was better than most resorts , just a little loud so make sure you sit further away from the speakers if you want to visit guest at your table. Thank you Secrets Family! Beautiful location. Friendly & helpful staff. Stuff went “working for a tip” like most resorts, loved that. But food was below mediocre. (3 specialty restaurants, all were below average). The buffet at lunch was better. Also, buffet not open for dinner, so you HAVE to go to one of the speciality restaurants. Pillows flat. Entertainment subpar/nonexistent. To be adults only, the entertainment was compatible to a family resort (lip singing 90s rock, etc) overall, just not a very entertaining location. Music was “fist bump” music. All the pools close at 6 (sun doesn’t set until about 8) , the last shuttle from the beach is 5:00p (again, the sun doesn’t set until 8ish, why do I have to leave the beach by 5??) We ended up going to another beach club during our stay, and all the beach clubs on the strip had better food options & music than Secrets.

Amazing stay
Our concierge Fernando went above and beyond our expectations to ensure that we had an amazing time. He checked in with us daily and made himself available throughout the day. He and Andrea were able to accommodate all our requests including early check ins and late check outs, special meal requests, entertainment and more. Fernando is a great ambassador for the Secrets brand and is the reason why we will be back.
