Best concierge ever :)
We had a truly wonderful experience at Secrets Tulum Resort. This trip was especially meaningful for us as we were celebrating our 33rd proposal anniversary, making our stay very special and unforgettable. As UVC members for 13 years, we have stayed at many resorts, and I can confidently say that we had one of the best concierge experiences here. Quintana, our concierge, was absolutely amazing — kind, thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond and surprised us a couple of times, which made our celebration even more special. The spa experience was outstanding. Marco, the spa receptionist, was very kind and helpful. He spoke with his manager and arranged a great deal for us, which we truly appreciated. The spa manager was amazing and even gave us a thoughtful gift. I would also like to recognize Jonathan, who handled the hydrotherapy. He was very professional and put great effort into his work. Our massage therapists, Sugey and Leydi, were exceptional — truly the best. They were highly professional and did their job beautifully. The beach club deserves special mention — it was absolutely amazing and the best beach experience we have ever had. The beach line, sand, and water were all perfect. Everything was beautiful, and the staff at the beach club were wonderful, friendly, and attentive, making our time there even more enjoyable. Overall, Secrets Tulum Resort exceeded our expectations. The staff made us feel valued, celebrated, and truly cared for throughout our stay. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning.

Casa Zamna Beach Club
We enjoyed our recent stay at the Casa Zamna Beach Club. Its located on the beach front, about 20 minutes by shuttle from the main resort. The staff and service was excellent and our room (Tropical View) was well maintained and clean as are the common areas of the Beach Club. There are a couple of dining options at the Beach Club itself, which we found to be great. We also visited the main resort one evening and would recommend Jasmine there for dinner. The Beach Club has a good vibe and you're in walking distance of great nightlife and restaurants to explore. Overall a great experience and a high-quality hotel.

Secrets Tulum a secret hideaway
I loved Secrets Tulum! Michaela at the lobby bar was great. She was so attentive and memorized my favorite drink. Aldair my butler was amazing. He was there for whatever was needed. He started each day with ensuring my husband and I were ok. He attempted several times to do something special for my husbands birthday but forgot to turn the red light off. Israel & Manual at the Blue Water Grill which was my favorite restaurant we ate there 4 times during our stay. Jovanny was great at the preferred club , Adolfo at Portfino was kind and gave us wonderful service. The only thing I would change is the entertainment at night and the water was so cold so I barely was in the pool but I guess because it was off season it wasn’t that hot so that could have played a part. I would try Secrets Akumal on my next stay, Secrets Tulum offered to allow us to visit but I didn’t have the time. Als there was a lot of demand and sells all day. I think we have to remember that guests are in vacation they do not want to be hounded but have those options available when needed. But overall as a travel agent I would recommend to my guests for future bookings.

Beautiful Resort
The resort is beautiful all around. The rooms are very nice and large, although a little dark. They have lovely balconies with an outdoor bathtub, big sliding doors with a screen and a very comfortable bed. You can hear the birds in the trees that surround the hotel. I couldn't turn down my air con as it seemed locked, but duvet was comfy and warm. We did not need to make reservations at any of the restaurants and could just walk in. That was a nice change for a resort, so you could go and eat when you felt hungry. No waiting either. Staff are all very friendly and helpful, with the exception of one or two unhelpful women at front desk. Food is decent and my friends loved the meat options, but as a vegetarian I found the portions so small. You could always ask for a second order of your entree, but they should review the serving size of vegetarian entrees. Each restaurant has a vegetarian option, some better than others. Buffet has tons of really nice fresh fruits and fresh squeezed juices like green or beet or carrot plus tons of great food options. Weather was perfect and beach is beautiful. Taking the shuttle is a bit of a hassle but is an open air overland vehicle and takes you through some jungle vegetation and it was kind of fun. We always got a spot on the shuttle and they run fairly frequently. It only took us about 15 minutes to get to beach and we always got a spot on the shuttle and the beach as we were here when the resort was not very busy. We have heard horror stories that it can be a two hour ride each way during high seasons due to traffic down the only one single road that leads to the beach. The government is building a new road to address and turning this road for use by only pedestrians, bikes and scooters. That will be amazing and make the shopping and restaurants in the beach zone way better. Right now it is not possible to walk to beach as there are no sidewalks and no surface on side of road on where to walk. This is a lovely resort and it is really hard to find anything bad to say. Maybe keep in mind the issues mentioned above and a few small irritants live having no foreign exchange facility and the front desk or not able to change peso denominations etc. or forgetting to refill coffee pods once or twice, but really 99% of the staff go out of their way to be kind and helpful. It is very beautiful and I enjoyed my stay.
