Aug 30, 2025Great resort. Don't book with Sea Pro Divers
Great resort. Great service. Food was fantastic and everything was very clean. Great nightly entertainment. Avoid booking with Sea Pro Divers. Their excursion to Catalina Island was 13 hours of hell and felt like a refugee camp. If you want to snorkel or scuba, I would recommend another part of the island or a different island, otherwise 5/5 resort.

Secrets Tides — Excellent Resort - Highly Recommend
We love Secrets Tides Punta Cana. We have stayed at the resort before, and plan to return. The resort is absolutely beautiful. Our butler, Jonathan, checked on us everyday to make sure we were taken care of, and I would recommend him to anyone. We were at the preferred bar mainly — Frex, Aliouis, Juan, Jhonathan, Eduardo, Jordy, Josefa, Angela and Juliana took great care of us. The entertainment staff - Andre, Mayra, Jeffy and Franklin worked tirelessly and were always happy and smiling. You will not be disappointed if you stay at Secrets Tides.

Another Hyatt Secrets Exceptional Hotel
Another Hyatt Secret's Hotel that does not disappoint. Adults only with plenty to do or just sit around the many pools and take in the views and sun. Evening entertainment on every night and the restaurants are all very friendly and excellent. The rooms are luxury and want for nothing, even the room service and cleanliness is exceptional. The staff, no matter where are very friendly, polite and very helpful. Would we return, definitely.

Excellent 5⭐️5💎 All Inclusive Resort With Superb Ammenities
The entire staff at Secrets Tides Punta Cana is super and they just try so hard to make you feel like you’re so welcome in their country. They are all so eager to serve you and they always acknowledge your presence, even from far off in the distance. They sometimes will approach you at random times asking if everything with your vacation is ok and if there’s anything they can do to help make it any better. They are always smiling and often times even dancing (subtle music is always playing everywhere on the resort property). They are a very happy community of people. The resort amenities are fantastic (gym, spa, coffee cafe open 24/7, and more). Restaurant food is excellent. Room service food was absolutely amazing as well. We ordered it 4 times. The infinity pools and pool bars are just beautiful and the beach is fantastic. Both have waiters/waitresses to bring you food and/or drinks all day long. There is a lot of seaweed in the ocean and on the beach during the month of August, but that didn’t stop us from swimming for hours every day. The evening entertainment is really fun and the other guests, entertainment crew and bartenders are fun to party with as well. We got a great deal on the cheapcaribbean.com website including airfare and this resort for 1 week for $3,100.00 This is a 5 ⭐️ and 5 💎 resort with top notch service. Every guest in the resort receives all inclusive treatment. Highly recommend! Be aware: The blue shirt employees who don’t work directly for the resort will try to make an appointment to meet you at the beginning of your stay to get you to sit in on a 1.5 to 3 hr pitch on buying into a Hyatt vacation package/investment (sort of like a time share type of deal), but they won’t tell you exactly that up front. They will just tell you that they can, say….get you a free spa massage treatment, but they don’t tell you how. Then they pawn you off on the real sales pitch people. So walk away from that or just say no if you don’t care for it.

The properly is awesome and the food
The resort is amazing, the the grounds are well kept,the staff are very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make your stay great .
