Probably one of the most enjoyable resorts we have ever been to. We are originally scheduled to go to secret supply Esmeralda and it did not open on time and frankly I'm glad of that because we got to experience secrets tides. We were there for a total of 16 nights and it was absolutely wonderful. I highly highly recommend it. I know the following list is long but I would like to point out these people as being exceptional at the resort. Memorable Anniversary Escape: Luxury, Food, and Relaxation at Secrets Tides
We visited Secrets Tides Punta Cana the first week of June for our 15-year wedding Anniversary, and we ended up upgrading to the Preferred Club, which was absolutely worth it. Big shout out to Eliezer, our attentive and professional butler, who provided exceptional top-tier service. When we encountered a somewhat off-putting and odd odor in our room, he listened to our concerns promptly and arranged for us to move to a different room with the same stunning views, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. Williams, our housekeeper, also went above and beyond, making sure we always had plenty of bottled water, special snacks, and keeping our room beautifully clean with a thoughtful and attentive touch daily. The food across all the on-site specialty restaurants offered an impressive variety. I had some of the best Carnitas tacos of my life at El Patio, and my husband's favorite meal was the Mahi Mahi Fish Chef’s dish of the day at Tierra Restaurant—absolutely phenomenal. Every restaurant acknowledged his gluten dietary sensitivities, which made dining worry-free and added to our relaxing experience. We do wish there were a few more gluten-free "bread" options available; during our stay, they didn’t have the menu advertised gluten-free options at the Preferred Club food truck or the room service gluten-free pizza, but the issues with availability and options were overall very minimal. We also loved the Dominican coffee and appreciated that Coco Cafe was open 24 hours—a perfect spot for early-morning lattes or late-night coffee and snacks. We fully enjoyed our Secrets Spa service and would *highly* recommend —it was a truly luxurious and pampering experience. While the beach vendors were a bit persistent at times, it didn’t significantly impact our overall enjoyment of the beach area of the resort. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and more than accommodating. The resort itself is gorgeous, clean, and offers a perfect balance of relaxation and fun. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious, welcoming escape to celebrate a special occasion or enjoy some quality time away!

Excellent Family Vacation
Excellent hotel. Very good service and very nice and welcomong staff. I am impressed by the cleaness of the hotel. The food, the location, the pool, the entertainment,.... we loved everything!!! We want to thank our Buttler, Darlin, who helped us in all way. Special thanks for helping booking the pick up back to home as the flight company representative was not coming to the hotel. Thanks also to all the staff, bar tender, restaurant, ... who were very nice and welcomimg.

Prestine resort amazing staff
The resort is prestine, and extremely clean and very well maintened. The food quality is very good and great variaty. The rooms and very cozy and the bed is amazing so soft like a cloud. Our buttler Darlin gave us outstanding service and was always available for us and had great attention to details. The entire staff at this resort is friendly and always looking to help.

Junior swim up
Our hotel room was exceptional! The food was great and there's alot of variety! I would have loved to see more authentic dominican options but overall i was very impressed! We had preferred club which in my opinion was worth it due to the amount of amenities we used! Everyone was extremely friendly, Staff was very accommodating.😊
