This hotel was amazing, clean modern and everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. We celebrated our son’s 30th birthday and they could not do enough to make this day more special. The staff were genuinely happy and nothing was too much trouble for them. The bar staff were extremely helpful, especially when we were unsure what cocktail we would be trying out. We would absolutely recommend this hotel, we are frequent travellers and this hotel was one of the best yet!

Beautiful place beautiful people
This resort holds a special place in my heart. The breathtaking views is something I can’t unsee. The attention to detail in the grounds , restaurants and rooms make for a cozy and relaxing vibe. The staff was very attentive and warm. I’d like to mention a few that deserve recognition. Jesuri was our butler and made sure our trip was fun , smooth and without worries. He put together so many wonderful ideas for us and executed all of them. Memorable ! Alexis by the pool always made sure we had what we needed. Juan at the bar thanks for our signature drinks Amaury at el patio always brought the smiles and fun. We were in the preferred club and all speciality perks were fabulous. Thank you all for making this trip one we won’t forget.

Exemplary Service, Wonderful Team, Beautiful Beach and Resort - a MUST VISIT destination!
Besides our overseas adventures, this is our 12th all-inclusive resort and 6th to the Dominican (aiming to never do the same place twice. We feel like we are seasoned travelers. Upon arrival, which was very quick and efficient, we heard Welcome Home from so many of the Secrets Team – and now I know why, they really mean it. We were blown away with the exemplary service, great food, and this meticulous resort, and I am fussy! I felt I could eat off the floor, but I did not. Also, I love the laid-back schedule with no evening buffets and no registration required. You can show up at any of the fine dining restaurants at any time you wish. The food was so wonderful. We had a fun time watching our Blue Jays in the World Series at the Sports Bar, and the wings there were great! The team is happy, funny, attentive, and caring. Service really is everything, and consistency as well. Everyone, and I MEAN everyone greeted you with a big sincere smile and Hola or Buenos días, etc. Though I mentioned that I never go to the same place twice, Secrets and Secrets Tides will be top of mind when we book, and we will highly recommend it to friends and family.

Wonderful -Resort. Great Experience
Great Staff at Secrets Tides Punta Cana The best way to go is to a preferred club. Special thanks to Hedral Me Butler. He helped us from the moment we arrived at the hotel. Explained everything about the resort and helped us to have a special birthday celebration. Made special arrangements in the room for decorations and a reservation with details for the restaurant. The entertainment team also works hard to engage the guests and have a good time. Jefri and Alejando tried their best, so everybody enjoyed their shows to the maximum. The beach was clean, and the drink service was excellent. I loved that you don't have to rush to take a seat at the beach and the pool, like some other resorts in the Punta Cana Area. Preferred pool and preferred beach seating were delightful. The night activities were perfect. No geetho. If you are looking for a loud place with loud talking, this is not the place. It was perfect for me. Great combination of nightlife and entertainment. I love that you can enjoy a good night's sleep because this is no party resort. Food Quality was excellent. Especially at Tierra and Portofino restaurant

Great Stay at Secrets Tide
We had a great stay at the Secrets Tide. The resort was beautiful, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Everything exceeded our expectations and we would definitely return. All the staff were wonderful but would like to give a shout out to Bernardo and Victor who did the mixology class; Dayse, Sandy and Manuel at the Oceana preferred lunch; Felix preferred bar server; Frederick who did the wine tasting at Portofino; Angela and Edward at the preferred beach bar; Mayra, Alejandro and Teddy with the entertainment staff; Sandy and Felix at the El Patio restaurant; Yumeiby, Francisco, Keira and Rosmelin at the Desires Sports Bar and Miguela at the CocoCafe.
