Great place to stay
Went to Secrets tides in Punta Cana and it was excellent. Our Butler Argeuris was great he helped with every request and was so attentive to our needs.

Great vacation!
The week we were there (10/20-27), hurricane Melissa was dumping rain in the Caribbean. It rained every day we were there. That did not take away from the beauty of the resort or the quality of the service. Aderli, UVC member services rep, had everything ready for us when we arrived. And our butler, Jonathan Melo, was the best butler we have ever had! He checked in with us every morning to see if everything was good in our room and to see if we needed anything. And then he did not hover over us. He was always there if we needed something but otherwise did not bother us. The service at the restaurants was great. We did not have to wait to be seated and the servers were on top of everything. And the food was great! Bar service was excellent as were the drinks. Overall I rate this at 5 and would go back next week if possible.

Fall getaway
This is our second time at Secrets Tides. It is a beautiful place and the service was excellent. We usually travel in October but this was the first time where the weather wasn't great, lots of rain due to Melissa. But the staff was always out there cleaning up and trying to get the water from walkways. We stayed in to eat alot because by husband wasn't feeling well, he was sick when we came. We would probably come here again sometime because the service and grounds are wonderful but we like to try a few different places.
