This resort is a standout in every sense, and I’m thrilled to share the highlights of our stay. Service that Goes Above and Beyond Market Cafe Team: Michelle Incomparable service from the moment we stepped onto the property. Michelle consistently anticipated our needs, offered thoughtful recommendations, and ensured every detail was perfect. Her warmth and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation. Gareko, Nicole, Pedro, and Jose Maz – Meticulous attention to detail, and friendly efficiency Pedro’s outstanding service coordination, and Jose Maz’s personable warmth made every breakfast and lunch memorable. Their teamwork created a seamless dining experience. Olio Restaurant Team – Luis Cano, Marcial, and Michelle delivered above-and-beyond service, with Luis Cano and Marcial providing impeccable hospitality and Michelle ensuring every guest felt valued. The dining experience at Olio was elevated by their genuine care and flawless execution. 12th Floor Pool Team – Roberto and Gabriel – The pool area was not just refreshing but also finely attended to. Roberto and Gabriel were consistently proactive, offering drinks, ensuring towels and seating were ready, and keeping an eye on every guest’s needs. When a gut instinct pays off - visit this place at least once in you lifetime
This was a trip for my cousins 40th Birthday. We had no idea what kind of hotel we were booking, it was purely a process of elimination & Thanks goodness it paid off!! As soon as you walk in it is cool and the staff are very attentive, making sure we were comfortable & had a lovely Margarita in our hands The bedroom was spotless with an abundance of drinks in the minibar, snacks on the table & toiletries in the shower The hotel restaurants were delicious some just needing a small waiting time to get a table which was no hassle, you just went to the bar and enjoyed a cocktail until it was ready The Pools were lovely. No fighting for sun loungers - plenty to go around. We were in the Preferred area which was on the 12th floor and consisted of approx 30 loungers with easy access to the infinity pool and the drink service around & actually IN the pool was brilliant. Direct access to the beach with staff waiting on you there aswell - the seaweed was pretty bad but that's Mother Nature!! The hotel team kept the sand part of it very clean

Summer Holiday
Had a fabulous 15 night stay at The Vine. Great food and service as well as excellent weather. Spotlessly clean The Vine is a lovely place to stay. All the staff are so friendly and cheerful but pecial mention must go to Manuel, our concierge, who looked after us brilliantly and was always available whenever needed as well as keeping us up to date with what was going on in the hotel with a daily Whatsapp message. Also Benjamin at the Preferred pool who always greeted us with a smile and a cheery word whilst finding us a sunbed before we went on our morning walk. Finally Cesar, a waiter with a great sense of humour who we looked forward to serving us in any of the restaurants. All the restaurants served an excellent variety of food and I was delighted to see that they insisted on gentlemen wearing long trousers at night in the indoor Italian and Steak restaurants. Too often places say this but don't enforce it. On a slightly negative note there is some work to do to spruce up the Preferred pool where a number of tiles are missing and coming away along the side overlooking the sea as well as some painting around the pool generally to improve the overall look of it. Whilst there, unfortunately, there was a lot of seaweed about, however there were efforts to try and clear this, but it seemed they were fighting a losing battle, so we didn't use the sea as much as we would have done had it been clear. Nevertheless we had a fantastic time and would like to thank everyone at The Vine for making our stay so enjoyable.

Amazing week, staff is unbelievable !
Secrets the vine in Cancun was amazing! We have been to several Secrets and this one is so unique, high rise condo style and in the middle of the hotel zone! The views are great and the staff is even better. Angel at the pool is the best butler ever. Roberto is a the best waiter at the pool, get the cabanas ! Food is awesome, the resort is super clean and looks amazing. We will be back! Bruce is also an amazing butler for the preferred side and De Dias is the best bartender !!
