Senior couple, first week of October for birthday. Out of about a dozen all-inclusives in Cancun area, this was the most beautiful resort we have been to. Being high-rise, it was much less spread out and easier to get around to restaurants, pools, etc. Food was very good, buffet for breakfast or lunch had a gigantic selection. Only negative was no reservations for evening dinner, not even for upgrade class. Rooms very spacious and everything totally furnished. Upgrade lounge on floor 21 really nice with food, snacks and bar all day. 4 outdoor pools and one jacuzzi. Easy access to beach. Not enough day activities and evening show seemed to conflict with evening meal time. Room tv had many English tv shows, not everything Spanish. We had no pressure to listen about timeshares and our checkin and checkout was very quick and simple. Every employee was A+ in every eating venue and throughout the resort. Please remember to tip when you can, they really deserve those extra few dollars. xxx

We got back a week ago and booked a preferred club junior ocean view suite. The room was very nice, large, clean with great views. It had a spacious washroom and the only drawback was the lack of shower water pressure. Would recommend the preferred club option. The Vine provided exceptional customer service all around. Concierge Martin was attentive and very helpful the entire stay. The staff at the Market Cafe were great, hostess Michelle, server Caesar and manager Jose were exceptional. Special thanks to Benjamin, Juan, and Fernando who took care of us at the preferred pool, and Sebastian at Olio for making our romantic dinner unforgettable. We had a couples massage and hydrotherapy session at the spa and the service and experience was amazing. Food was delicious and there were lots of delicious options. Italian, Steakhouse and Asian restaurants were all very good, The Vine exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend it.

Bday Trip
The resort was not new but is very well-kept. Our room was preferred club junior suite on 27th floor. The view was spectacular, room was very spacious, everything worked well and housekeeping was super. Fridge was restock everyday. Food was good overall. Love the beach. This is my 4th time in Cancun and I had never seen the water being that nice and clear before. A few down sides included not having enough chairs down the beach, some of the staff was not being so nice. One lady at the cafe on Tuesday night 10/14 ignored us and other guests. We were trying to wait and see how long she would notice that there’re guests waiting but after counting the tips they got, she turned from this side to that side watching show that was going on and still completely ignored us waiting at the cafe counter until my husband asked her for help. On 10/16 afternoon on the beach, our umbrella fell toward the guest who was next to us, my husband tried to hold it and nobody from the staff came to help. The guy standing at the hotel stairways nearby didn’t even care to come assist. Overall, that was a nice bday trip. I would still recommend the place to my friends and family.

Amazing Service from Jeovanni!
Our time at Secrets The Vine was amazing. The food was great, especially for an all inclusive. And the service was wonderful, especially Jeovanni and Nicole at The Market. Jeovanni was amazing, he was the most memorable member of The Vine team. We sat with him for breakfast and lunch every single day of our stay. He made every meal memorable with his amazing service and attention to detail. He anticipated our needs before we even asked. And on our last day, he brought us a little treat to say goodbye. Thanks Secret The Vine for a great vacation.

Jeovanni is AMAZING!
Secrets the Vine was an overall great experience. This all inclusive adults only hotel is very welcoming and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. At the market cafe for breakfast and lunch we had the treat of getting Jeovanni as our waiter in training. We would have never thought he wasn’t a full waiter yet because his attention to detail was top tier. Jeovanni made our breakfast and lunch buffet experience the best! He remembered all our morning drinks and would be on top of checking on us through out the meals. On our final day he brought us a cute dessert to commemorate our trip. Thank you Jeovanni for making our trip so memorable!
