Excellent experience with top notch service. Someone I would like to give two thumbs ups is Dannasha Wilson. She made sure my wife and I were well taken care of with our room service meals! She made sure our meals were brought to the room in a timely manner and she always had a warm attitude. She went above and beyond and we would like to give her a huge thanks!

Would absolutely not recommend this hotel. We're Hyatt Globalist members and very loyal to the brand but this was a huge disappointment. The facilities and rooms are dated and dirty. The food is awful - greasy, fried and impossible to find anything healthy. The staff were friendly and kind which was lovely. Otherwise, the only redeeming factor was the beautiful view of the water.

Had a great time. Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was really good, plenty of options. Highly recommend the resort.

For the price of $400-$600 a night…… I will look elsewhere before coming here. The staff is awesome. But they’re also understaffed The food qualities extremely poor. It’s really hard for me to recommend this place to anyone.

We went for a week of relaxation and to make up for the honeymoon we couldn't have in 2020. This was our 2nd time in Jamaica as well as our 2nd time staying with Secrets in the Preferred Club. It was just as enjoyable, even more so this time around because we spent the whole week at the resort. we had great vibes the whole time, the staff all make you feel as though you are home and they make you know they are there to take care of you. Shaonie at the marlin bar and Chris brown were great additions in our daily travels through the resort.
- AdvisoryStudent Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.
- AdvisoryFrom August 7 to November 2025, the lobby, lounge, and poolside restaurant LIVO will be refreshed. Upon completion, enjoy a revitalized lobby with the relocated Coco Café and LIVO’s new Mediterranean seafood menu. During renovations: • Temporary check-in/out arrangements will be provided. • All 9 other restaurants remain open. • Work hours are confined to daytime with temporary walls to reduce disruption. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to unveiling the upgrades!
