We stayed right after Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. Our room was spacious and clean, food as good, and service was top notch! If you go, visit with Angel at the main pool. He's fantastic and did such a great job!

Must Visit - Secrets Royal Beach
The entertainment team was truly the heart of our resort experience and played a huge role in making our vacation so special. From daytime activities to evening shows, their energy, creativity, and genuine passion were impossible to miss. Every interaction felt personal, and they made a real effort to include guests of all ages and personalities. A heartfelt shoutout to Mr. Fire, Chocolate, Jorgi, and Junior—each of them brought something unique and unforgettable to the experience, whether it was high-energy fun, laughter, or simply making us feel welcomed every single day. Their dedication and positive spirit set this entertainment team apart. We’re so grateful for the memories they helped create and can’t wait to return!

Phenomenal Honeymoon
We had a fabulous time!! Our concierge Ivelise was fantastic!! We did the preferred club option and it made everything so much better. We barely had anything negative on the whole trip, after staying six days, we didn’t want to come home! The pools were great and clean, the rooms and service was great and timely. Room service was great, the attention to detail and the details of preferred club were great. We will be going back!

Amazing Trip!
This was our second trip to secrets Royal Beach. We booked preferred, with a private pool. Our room overlooked the main pool. Each room had loungers and a hot tub on the patio area before the private pool. We had 3 rooms booked as we were traveling with 7 people. The ages of our group ranged from 19 to 67 years old. Everyone had a great time. Since we booked preferred, we had access to extra amenities. Our Butler was Ramses, he is absolutely amazing!! He went above and beyond and treated us like family. Ramses helped book all of our reservations at the restaurants, our spa treatments, and he made sure that we had all of the entertainment for the entire day, he even so kindly drove us to the resort next-door dreams to visit a restaurant. Ramses made sure our room was always stocked and even decorated for a families members birthday. The preferred booking gave us access to extra pools and amenities. The lazy river was a perk, it flowed into the preferred pool with a swim up bar. Along the lazy river is the drifters bar, where Daniela and Bolon took great care of us. They were absolutely perfect. We also were able to enjoy a preferred only Rum Tasting, which was hosted by Alex P. from the showtime bar and Chocolate from entertainment, we had an absolute blast with them! We had an amazing trip and cannot wait to go back!

Exceeded All Expectations!
We've traveled a lot. A lot! This trip was the best we've experienced in our 30+ years of travel. So many places fall short of what they promise, but Secrets nailed it all. Every detail. All of it. We're already talking about going back! I would consider us somewhat picky, and I'm telling you we can't think of anything they didn't do well.
- AdvisoryStudent Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.
