    Great resort that offers many options, but most importantly an outstanding staff.

    The staff at this hotel make it worth your stay. We stayed on the Secrets side so we would have access to everything, but be able to enjoy the quietness at night. Started with a great welcome from Xavier and he showed us all around. Eduardo in the Preferred Club makes mean drinks and his Carajillo was delicious. At the French restaurant we were greeted by Priscella and her manager, Lorenzo. Aladina did a great job serving us. Lorenzo helped set us up for a 7 course romantic dinner to celebrate our anniversary. We couldn't come close to finishing it. The pool service at Xhale pool was incredible. Greeted by Vincente and Enrique. They made sure we had everything we needed. Edwin and Roger made sure we were never thirsty. The entertainment team was great. Erik, manny, Ivan, Brown Sugar ( aka Angel) were a lot of fun. Husband had a great time playing darts with Jorge. We didn't spend anytime at the party pool, but it is there if you are interested. We are in our early 60's and were amazed at how many 20 and early 30 year olds we met. Had a fun and relaxing time and met many wonderful people.

    Outstanding Service

    The service throughout the resort was fantastic and all employees seem to genuinely care about our experience. I would certainly visit other Secret properties if the service compares to this resort.

    Vaction

    The staff is top notch. One the reasons people re-visit the hotel. The pool staff is awesome. The perfrered club and rosewater service are top notch. The staff in the hotel is very service oriented. From front desk to the maids are always willing to provide quilty service.

    Secrets Riviera 9/2025 amazing!

    This was our second trip here this year that’s how much we enjoyed our trip. If you go try a swim out room it was amazing. The food was delicious and the drinks we had no problem drinking our share. The preferred lounge was a great place to hang out for a while and there were enough activities for us including shows and karaoke. All workers were very polite and nice. A few stood out for us. Luis the Secrets pool activity person, Daniel and Adrian Secrets pool concierge, and Luis bartender in the preferred lounge. We will back as soon as we have a chance.

    A must stay

    Amazing getaway. Quick trip from airport that offers a great tropical atmosphere. The sunsets and sunrises were an extra benefit.
