    Good time for the price.

    The staff is amazing and the food is good. Luiz from the entertainment team was the absolute best. The pool concierges were very attentive and always asking if we needed anything else. Eduardo from the preferred club is who you want making the drinks! He’s the best! Mar and urbano from the pool side servers will make sure you never go thirsty. Everyone was so good to us. The resort shares almost everything except one pool and a restaurant with the very lively breathless resort next door. If you like that sort of thing, then it’s going to be a great trip for you. We spent 90% of our time at secrets and only went to breathless for dinners. The beach is small and the water is not swimmable. We knew that going in so it wasn’t a deal breaker or anything underwhelming since we already knew what to expect.

    The beach is a disappointment. Secrets is excellent in all other areas, especially the staff. Will visit again. Luxury Collection was good value.

    Secrets Cancun Riviera Maya - a must go!

    We had an absolutely amazing time at Secrets Cancun Riviera. Upon our arrival, everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless, with perfect housekeeping every day. The spa was phenomenal, and the included hydrotherapy session was great. Most importantly, the pool and the bar were top notch. Daniel and Nedel were both top notch employees during our time at the pool, ensuring we had everything we needed to have a nice stay. The food was great, so many unique options and we were not disappointed. The magic show was probably our favorite activity, a must see.

    Exceeded our expectations

    Secrets Riviera Cancun exceeded our expectations. The staff were amazing. They took care of us the entire trip with a smile on their face. We never waited for a drink. It was nice to have access to the Breathless side and all of their restaurants and entertainment. It was even nicer to have the preferred access to the Secrets side and the VIP bar. Special shout out to Eduardo who was our favorite bartender. Loved watching him make our craft cocktails. Also make sure to eat most of your meals at Rosewater. You can thank me later
