Jun 12, 2025Secrets Riviera Cancun - loved it!
I loved this resort. We stayed on the secrets side which provides access to the breathless resort next door. The à la carte restaurants were great and the drinks were also good. We didn’t experience much of the nightlife or shows but there were day parties at the pools with live music and aerobics. The gym had everything you’d want and the spa was lovely. We booked golf for on e of the days and our concierge set up the whole day including transportation to the El Tinto golf course. All the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. I would stay here again!

Service staff is exceptional at this resort
This resort offers the best of all worlds. You have 3 pools to choose from. One is mild and chill, one is a mixture of chill and fun, and one is rowdy and a party atmosphere. Its great! The food is exceptional, the drinks are not watered down like you see at some all-inclusive resorts. The service staff are amazing! Look for Mar at the secrets pool, she is a gem! Look for Manuel at the Spoon restaurant for breakfast and ask for some Mexican candy shots! so yummy!! Watch out for Adrian the pool police. He will bust your butt for being away from the chair for to long. He was the only downer we experienced. The ocean front isn't as nice as we had hoped, there was a ton of seaweed. It wasn't kept up with and kinda had a stink to it. The rooms were cleaned twice a day which was a welcome surprise! overall it was a great experience.

Secrets Riviera Resort does a great job!!
Fantastic resort! There are 2 resorts (Secrets-upscale & quieter side & Breathless-more lively side) on the property. Only Secrets reservations were allowed on that side of the property. We enjoyed both of them at different times of our visit. The food and entertainment was excellent. Secrets pool area was beautiful and had live music at times during the day. Our room was super clean with a couples shower and hot tub on the balcony. Get the hydrotherapy treatment at the spa-WOW!

Our room was spacious and the swim out was nice. The entire property is very clean and well maintained. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Multiple/separate pool options based on mood/activity are great. A somewhat compact property but very well laid out (you don't have to hike to get where you want to go). Free photo shoot was fun and the pictures are amazing! We'll likely revisit at some point.

Our time here at Secrets Riviera Cancun never disappoints. The staff is always very friendly and attentive - Luis in the Preferred Club makes the most exquisite drinks. You can tell the whole entertainment staff really loves what they do. I would recommend this resort to anyone and everyone.
