    Secrets Riveria is our 2nd Home.

    We are always greeted by Sergio(UVC) and Marcos. Marcos always has beautiful flowers for me. We were taken straight to our room where Irma is there and has gone out of her way to get distilled water that my husband needs for his CPAP machine. The Rosewater is always a great experience from the friendly hostess Karla, the welcoming manager Silvio and the very quick & friendly waiters Alberto and Yesenia. Edgar the chef, had made wings for my husband that were not even on the menu when the pool waiters Cruz asked him to do that. At the pool our drinks were never empty thanks to Cruz, Umberto and David. They were always asking what else do you need. Luis & Pedro with Entertaiment kept us smiling with fun things to do. Claudia and Sergio with UVC stopped by to check and make sure we had what we needed on a daily basis. Daniel & Mario, the pool concierge made sure that we had dry towels, cleaned our sunglasses and made sure I had a lot of shade, yes it was hot. He even made a cool sand design for us and gave us a small cake saying time to relax. Marcos, Xavier, Luis, and Brian all bellhops came to ask if everything was fine and if we needed anything, they didn't even need to do that, but they did. We usually take one night to go to the wine cellar and Ramirez the sommelier never fails to pick the best wine to match the delicious meal we have. Our night would not be complete without stopping by the preferred club to get a final drink from Luis the bartender. He makes the best espresso martinis! Daniel our room concierge made sure our dinner reservations were made for us every night. Mar is a pool waitress who is usually there was out on vacation but made sure she came the first day we got there and brought us T-shirts she had made for us. We really feel truly blessed by this 2nd family of ours.

    The service. The rooms. everything.

    We had a fabulous vacation. This hotel would be nothing without the employees and service! We had an amazing beginning middle and end with Emilio! He was absolutely fabulous and helped us with every little thing above and beyond Jesus and Damian at the preferred bar are really star diamond employees from their amazing drinks to their ability to make us feel happy and at home whenever at the bar. They both truly went above and beyond Spicy Luis has to be the best entertainer! He's funny kind and willing to help with everything. Our experience wouldn't have been as memorable or fun without him The pool staff at secrets can also not be beat!! Mario, Daniel, Nedel and Mar were some of the most amazing staff we have ever come across at a resort pool! They were truly lovely everyday and provided consistent Smiles and amazing conversation throughout our stay. We truly felt at home and didn't want to leave our secrets family!! Last but certainly not least the staff at rosewater! EVERYONE there was truly phenomenal. There are too many to count but Yessenia, Karla and a man with salt and pepper hair were the real standouts. I wish i remembered his name :(. Greeted us everyday with a smile and so much love. We truly felt loved at this restaurant and at the resort My partner and I cried when leaving and everyone said goodbye with a hug. We loveddddd our stay. Thank you so much! I hope the staff truly gets the recognition they deserve with some extra rewards!! Thank you thank you!!

    Very nice experience!

    Great resort, very nice conditions and staff service! Food was very good, and the pools and bars were wonderful. Definitely recommend for a nice time!
