    Great location, food, service and drinks.

    Excellent service, great selection of food and drinks. Pools were always clean and food was always on point. Never had a bad service experience.

    Family holiday with a group of 12 people . We had a blast and would come back again forsure . Great place and service

    Great service and resort ! The pools were amazing and overall great resort , we stayed here for 5 days . Lots of great entertainment as well

    Beautiful Relaxing Vacation!

    We had a beautiful trip to Secrets and loved spending the week poolside which was made incredibly fun and relaxing thanks to Mario, Daniel and Dimples Pedro (Don’t be lazy, let’s go crazy!). Poolside bar staff were wonderful as well. We had breakfast each day at Rosewater and enjoyed stepping over to Breathless in the evenings. Silent Disco was a blast and we liked playing pool at the outdoor sports bar while the Jays game was showing on the tv screens. Every single person on staff was patient and helpful while I did my best practicing my broken Spanish. We are looking forward to our next visit! Go Blue Jays! -Kathy and Cory

    Excellent Stay

    Everything was amazing for our stay! We had excellent service from everyone. Yessenia and Jose at the Rosewater were great every day! We also had great service from Cruz and other waiters at the pool. Luis and Andres were super fun and attentive for pool activities. Everyone we interacted with as kind and helpful.

    Hotel Spring Break Policy - Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.

    Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
