    We have been to a number of Secrets Resorts in the past 20 years. Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres did not disappoint. The staff were amazing. So attentive to our needs. The quality and presentation of the food and beverages were absolutely top notch. Our butlers, Luis and Eduardo, made us feel as if we were their only responsibility. Demetrio, Mario, Victor, and Luis at the swim up bar were amazing!!! We went to celebrate a milestone birthday and relax. We were able to check off all boxes. Having been to Secrets before, we were expecting just the right blend of activity and relaxation. We were able to everything we wanted to do. We relaxed when we wanted to, and had plenty of opportunities to be as active as we wanted. I would absolutely go back.

    Excellent customer service, excellent restaurants, beautiful and exports grounds were stunning!

    Incredible stay at secrets Playa Blanca. The resort is stunning and very well maintained. The beach is pristine and absolutely beautiful. Staff Henry and Coni are amazing and very attentive. Incredible customer service. The restaurants were all amazing and excellent service. Buffet was well stocked and had great variety. Concierge staff, Eduardo, exceptional customer service from day and checked in on us throughout our week. I would recommend this resort 10/10

    Week in paradise- Can’t wait to go back!!!

    I honestly don’t know how someone writes a bad review about this hotel. The staff are incredible. The food is better than most all inclusives. The grounds are beautiful. Thank you to the following staff members: Jimena - check in/out- what a lovely person Victor- preferred pool - made everyone feel special Karin - somalier who I has so much knowledge about wine and spirits Peter - VIP marketing. A pleasure to deal with Alberto / Piedad - UVC. Very responsive Raoul - wine Cava. Made dining so much fun Ana - guest experiences. Appreciated all of your efforts!!!

    Great place for a business conference!

    We had a great stay. We went for a business conference and totally recommend it. We had Demi and Manny (our butler) and they were very accommodating. We also ate at the Habachi restaurant one night and Luis was an amazing chef. I would stay here again in a heart beat.
