The resort staff was wonderful!! Preferred reservation was great as was our personal butlers Miguel and Camile fantastic and took care of all requests!! Celeste at the pool made sure we were taken care of as well! Went with family for a getaway!!

An Unforgettable Stay for Our Family of 16
We traveled to Secrets Playa Blanca Cancun as a family group of 16, with ages ranging from 19 to 58, and every single person had an amazing time. That alone says everything. There was truly something for everyone. From beach activities and pool games to spa services and pickleball, the resort offers a perfect balance of relaxation and fun. No one ever felt bored or left out. The food was fantastic across the board. Every meal felt like a true dining experience, and accommodating a group our size was handled seamlessly. A huge shoutout to Paula, the Food and Beverage Concierge, who went above and beyond to help our large group sit together each night for dinner. Pro tip for big groups: make your dinner time around 6:30 pm and everything flows beautifully. The staff is absolutely unbelievable. The entertainment crew brought so much energy and personality, making the days and nights even more fun. Our butlers and housekeepers were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm, always greeting us with smiles and making us feel at home. This resort exceeded expectations in every way, from service to food to activities. I would absolutely come back here without hesitation and would highly recommend it for couples, friends, or even large family groups looking for a memorable adults-only getaway.

Absolutely recommend!
By far the nicest all inclusive we have stayed in and one of the nicest places we have stayed in period. We visited for a wedding and stayed in the Preferred Club. Would recommend, the Preferred pool is nice. Our butlers, Hector and Martin, were incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. Don’t miss the spa, really delightful experience. Shoutout to Freddy on the beach and poolside.

Beautiful resort and location but……. Management and staff cater to overbearing guests to pacify and shut them up versus dealing with the issue. Don’t stay here if you are a smoker as you will be treated disparately. Specifically, upon arrival, I was shown the designated smoking areas and told I could smoke anywhere on the beach. Today, we rented a palapa on the beach and after a nearby guest complained about the smoking, we were asked by staff to move closer to the ocean, so my partner and I moved our chairs and items down beside the waters edge leaving the palapa we rented. A little while later, another staff member approached us and told us that the same guests complained again and we needed to walk down the beach to smoke, which we did. Not long after, another staff member approached us and told us we could not smoke on the beach. I have no issues following the rules but the rules seemed to change based on other guests complaints. The spa was lovely and service there was impeccable. For reference, we are staying in a preferred club ocean front corner suite.
