    Secrets Playa Blanca

    Secrets Playa Blanca did not disappoint. Our butlers Belen and Demi as well as Anna from Market Cafe (for breakfast) went above and beyond with their services. We felt welcomed and at home. Secrets is the way to go.

    My Stay at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres in Cancun

    Overall my stay was great, staff were very helpful and the room had many amenities. My only negative comment is that there were not enough vegan/vegetarian food options except for the buffet at Market Cafe

    There is no Secret that Secrets has it all!

    A truly wonderful experience with family and friends in an amazing resort with impeccable service and atmosphere. Lots of options for dining, entertainment and drinks.

    2nd time to this resort, and it was amazing again! Can't wait to be back in February.

    We just returned from our 2nd stay at Secrets Playa Blanca and I didn’t think it could be more amazing, but it was! The resort is beautiful and laid out so well. We were preferred and enjoyed the quiet of the preferred pool. Never a problem finding chairs and very relaxing atmosphere, but excitement if you want it at the social pool during the day. Both times we stayed in Building 1 with Gustavo and Duran as our butlers, they are amazing! So wonderful to see their smiles all day! And honestly, they couldn’t do enough for us! Food is very good; the restaurants are beautiful, and the service is wonderful. Some of our favorites include: Seaside breakfast and lunch, the “Benedicts from the Farm” are fabulous. And we looked forward to seeing Sixto, Avel, Luis and Odette every day. Loved the fish tacos for lunch. Victor was wonderful at Portofino and the Lasagna Bolognese is as fabulous as you’ve heard! The bread and homemade butter at Oceana is to die for. We looked forward to seeing Juan or Waldemar. At Bordeaux, Varnelli was a wonderful server. I had the cauliflower chocolate soup, wasn’t sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. Pool: We spent most of our time at the preferred pool. Frankye and his team Elias and Josue tended to us as our pool concierges and they were just wonderful, we’ve become friends and looking forward to sharing stories and updates when we are back in February. And our servers at the pool Santiago and Jeffrie kept us hydrated . I was so happy to see Esmeralda was our housekeeping attendant, she took such good care of us last time and again this time! Spa is gorgeous. My husband and I enjoyed a great massage and the hydrotherapy. Worth incorporating into your stay. Everyone is so pleasant all the time. Looking forward to returning in February again!
