    Best anniversary getaway in Cancun!

    This resort is absolutely beautiful. Restaurants are fabulous! The beach is clean has two beach bars. All the pools were heated. The room was clean. Everything worked a maid came every day turned down service came at night and cleaned up as well. We had food to the room. It was delicious tried most of the restaurants were pleased every single one. The spa was absolutely amazing. Had all the amenities that you could want. I will for sure be coming back.

    A Wonderful, All-Inclusive Cancun Getaway!

    We loved our recent trip to Secrets Playa Blanca! This location, close to the airport but on a private and secluded beach, exceeded our expectations. The new resort has a luxurious design filled with kind and attentive staff and high quality food and drinks. Our room was upgraded to an Oceanfront King suite at check-in and was quiet, large, and centrally located near the pools, restaurants, and beach. We can't wait to go back to Secrets Playa Blanca!

    Adore this Secrets!

    Came here with my husband for a winter getaway and we were blown away! We chose the preferred club to have a room closer to the ocean. We really appreciated having the preferred pool as well. The service here is INCREDIBLE. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. It is a newer resort so everything feels modern in the room and it’s well designed. Everyone is so friendly and made us feel like family. The food is top tier with many options. We really enjoyed the beach volleyball. I highly recommend this resort! The beach is beautiful soft sand and we had little to no seaweed in early December.

    Best Resort Experience Ever

    My wife and I chose Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres as the place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We spent two weeks there. Everything (setting, room, amenities, restaurants, staff) was outstanding. Given all that, several members of the staff went way out of their way to make our celebration special and memorable. Our butlers Ana and Leticia went over the top decorating our room on our special day. The Portofino restaurant (manager Daniel, waiter Jordi, and several other members of Daniel’s staff) hosted, for us, a private celebratory dinner in the restaurant’s beautiful wine cellar. On our final day at the resort, Daniel, Jordi, and the Portofino hosted us for another dinner where Daniel himself put on a great flaming show preparing the main course at our table. We spent a significant portion of our time lounging at the Preferred Club Pool. While all the attendant staff provided exceptional service, a special shout out to Francisco, Elias, Michael, Santiago, Rafael, and Jorge for making the poolside experience feel like a family backyard party. Bottom line: we’ll be back next year!
