Our sixth trip to Mexico, and somehow this place has managed to raise a bar we didn’t think could go any higher. We’re only on day 7 of 14, but this hotel has already blown past every expectation. We chose it after staying at another Secrets hotel in the hotel zone which we loved, yet the difference in standards and overall experience here is on a completely different level. As food lovers, we’ve basically been in a food coma since the moment we arrived. The staff deserve a special mention, genuinely the friendliest, most attentive people we’ve ever met on our travels. Helpful, warm, and consistently going above and beyond. It’s hard to imagine any hotel matching the level of service we’ve had here. We’re in room 9428, our friends are in 4114, and both rooms are spotless, spacious, modern and incredibly comfortable. Everything feels fresh and thoughtfully designed. We travel a lot, but this stay has genuinely made an impact on us. We can’t recommend this place enough, it’s gone beyond our expectations… Thank you for making us feel so welcome, and for the memories. This place is going to be difficult to top, if that’s even possible. Sarah & James.

10/10 Experience.
We traveled as a party of 6 (3 couples) to celebrate a milestone birthday. From the moment we arrived the service was exceptional. We were all preferred guests, and the access to preferred lounge and restaurant was a nice perk. Our butlers Miguel and Daniel went above and beyond to make our stay special, no ask was too much for them, they kept us up to date daily with resort information and activities. We cannot thank them enough for their help and professionalism. Spotlessly clean resort, spacious rooms and plenty of bed availability by the pools. Great choice of food/restaurants, we never went hungry!! 10/10 experience, would highly recommend and will most definitely return in the not too distant future.

Class-A All Inclusive Experience
This place is beautiful! All the pools, bars, variety of restaurants, the staff, butlers, bar tenders, every need is taken care of and they make you feel like royalty! My wife, myself, and another couple were there for 5 days, and it was obviously the top of the line in experiences for us all. We would whole heartedly recommend Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres to anyone looking for a Class-A All Inclusive Experience.

Wonderful!
Wonderful staff! Beautiful and clean room, resort and beach! And delicious food! What else can you ask for. Entertainment and night life was a bit underwhelming, but at the same time this resort is a place for relaxation, not partying.

Best resort ever!!!!
We had the best honeymoon at this resort! The resort itself was absolutely beautiful! Everything was clean and comfortable. Relaxation was in the air! There are things to do if you would like but it is also a place where you can fully relax all day too! All of the food was delicious and there were many options! All of the staff were absolutely spectacular! Our butlers Eduardo and Manuel were the best! They reached out multiple times a day via what’s app and also in person to make sure we had everything we needed! They helped make our stay so special! Eduardo even helped me find my brand new water bottle after I lost it during my stay! Lifesaver! Eric at the breakfast Buffett was the best waiter! We had great conversations and he made sure my husband’s coffee mug was never empty! Highly recommend requesting him! We loved seeing Oscar at the seaside restaurant for lunch! He made sure we got everything we wanted! We would highly recommend requesting Andres at Portofino, Enrique at the French restaurant, and Cesar at the coffee shop! They all stood out, provided great and quick service, and made us feel like the most important guests! Staff like these guys are what make this resort so special!! We had the best stay at this resort and we would love to come back again!
