Amazing Experience at Secrets Playa Blanca My stay at Secrets Playa Blanca exceeded my expectations in every way. The service throughout the resort was outstanding. The Food & Beverage team was incredibly efficient — a special thank you to Jordy, Endy, and Montse, as well as others whose names I can’t recall, but who did an exceptional job. Housekeeping was impeccable; everything was kept clean at all times, and they always responded promptly to my needs. The entertainment team puts on excellent shows. Although some reservations can be a bit difficult to secure — for example, the “Hat design” activity, which I wasn’t able to experience but would have loved — their dedication and energy truly stand out. I would also like to express my gratitude to my butlers, Eddy and Rafael, for always responding quickly to my requests and constantly ensuring that my stay was pleasant and comfortable. I’m sure we will be back soon. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great service experience and a touch of adventure — staying here truly feels like being at home. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

Fabulous Stay!
Fabulous Stay! Some highlights: Stunning architecture and interior design featuring fine craftsmanship, multiple layered textures in natural colors, and a Mexican aesthetic. The spa is prime example of this. Fantastic pools - 3 for everyone, additional options preferred club pool, swimout pool Beautiful beach, especially pretty at sunrise, turquoise waters, soft white sand, beach bar, seating with shade and service Comfortable room with splendid view Tasty food and drinks - favorites were Himitsu, El Patio, Bordeaux, and Coco Cafe Fun entertainment- especially the Alebrijes painting, the Cabaret show, and the fire show Lush landscaping and enchanting resort lighting One negative - mosquitoes. A key to the wonderful experience was the outstanding service. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Below are a few of the many stand outs. Martin and Cassandra, butlers, communicated well, followed through on all requests, and even decorated our room for a special occasion I am grateful for the relaxing massage from the talented, therapeutic Guadalupe. My sister spoke highly of her massage from Martha. Karla was the perfect guide to the fun hydrotherapy. Amiable Carlos transported me safely in a golf cart Israel and Eric gave outstanding service at Himitsu, even remembering my previous special request Jordi served the excellent dishes at El Patio with flare and care Diana was attentive and accommodating at Oceana Would love to go back again!

Highly recommend!
We had a phenomenal experience at this resort! Highly recommend :-) We stayed preferred and loved the extra amenities offered. The beach was amazing - pools were spotless.

Exceptional resort with outstanding food, service, and location!
Our stay at Secrets Playa Blanca started and ended with exceptional butler service. Duran and Gustavo were absolutely outstanding — the kind of butlers who elevate an entire vacation. They anticipated what we needed, handled every request instantly, and added personal touches that made our trip effortless. Truly two of the best we’ve ever had anywhere in Mexico. From there, the service only continued to impress. Coni, our pool server, kept us perfectly taken care of all day, and Jorge, the pool concierge, checked in constantly to make sure we never needed a thing. Joceline in the Preferred Club was warm, professional, and made every visit special. Dining was exceptional thanks to Eduardo, the food & beverage manager, who personally ensured everything was perfect. At Oceania, Daniel and Diana stood out with their friendliness and attention. Eric at Hamitsu and Eric at the Market also delivered fantastic service. And in sales, Efren and Fernando were friendly, professional, and helpful. They are excellent at what they do and groups will love this venue. This resort has a world-class team — they’re the reason we will absolutely return and recommend transient and group travelers!.
