An exceptional resort. Our room was quiet, clean and luxurious. The spa and hydrotherapy were fantastic. The fitness center was great - well equipped. Fantastic service from all staff who were truly friendly and welcoming. Food was next level delicious - Potofino, Bordeaux and Himitsu were favourites. The a la carte breakfast at SeaSide Grill is not to be missed. This is the best response from any resort we've ever been to regarding getting poolside loungers. There are a large number of pool concierge and they watch and take your room number and will assist you with finding a lounge chair. They WILL remove items if a lounge chair has been unused for more than an hour and other guests are looking for a place. And they do it in a very friendly manner. Thank you. I'm in favour of this.

Complete relaxation
Amazing hotel, amazing staff, unbelievably stylish rooms and the resort has a unique style that creates a relaxing environment that makes you never want to leave. Special mention to the waiters in the Mexican restaurant (which was so good we went 3 times in our 10 night stay) Elmer and Antonio! Amazing customer service and such nice guys. A memorable experience. Try a kiwi margarita - amazing

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. We want to give a very special thank you to Eddy and Rafa, who were always attentive and made sure everything went perfectly throughout our visit. Their service truly made a difference. I highly recommend waking up early to secure spots, as it can sometimes be a bit challenging to find availability later in the day. The habacchi table experiences was fantastic, and the food service was great overall. At times the temperature of the dishes wasn’t as warm as expected, but even so, this hotel is wonderful — and it has the potential to be absolutely incredible. We hope to return next year to celebrate our anniversary once again.

A beautiful resort, fantastic pools and beach but the quality of food / service is lacking and another gripe is they charge you (no matter what level you stay at) just to use a cabana, of which there was many and during our stay they were 95% unoccupied so someone is either incompetent or greedy
