Nov 23, 2025Wonderful resort! Will be back
This resort is beautiful! The beach is very natural with volcanic sand, rocks, and trees everywhere. There is hiking and activities available. We chose ATV tour, river tour, and zip lining. All excellent and reasonably priced. Beautiful plants and wildlife. Uber/taxi/resort transport is easy to get for town visits. The people on and off the resort are very friendly. Rooms were clean -out had a very open concept and a beautiful view of the gulf. The terrain has a lot of hills with resort entry, restaurants, and pools at the bottom and rooms at the top. However, resort transportation is available 24/7 to take you to your anywhere on the resort and the wit was always typically very short. Food was delicious and fresh. Smaller resort, so everything was sized down but service was excellent. Two pools. Skip coco beach, imo, unless you are looking souvenirs or just want o walk around. Vendors will ask you to buy but aren’t pushy if you say no. On-resort entertainment was good (8:30 every night). Crowd demographics were mixed - people from all over the world, majority were 30+, upscale laidback visit and celebrate culture -not overly wild partying, imo. Overall, wonderful resort, beautiful area and knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff! Based on this experience, we would recommend this resort for a more relaxed experience.

Clean beautiful property amazing staff but unfortunately the food is horrible, went off property to eat. Mold with mushrooms growing on the pool cabana, jacuzzi tub I upgraded my room for didn’t work. Front and slider don’t close tight so bugs get in your room. Alcohol brands were not good for being preferred. Definitely don’t t acknowledge members. NOT WORTH THE MONEY when the food is that bad.

Must go
This was our first trip to this location and we have 0 complaints. While the bungalows may be spaced out, a walk across the beach is always a fast option, the activities are very fun just make sure you sign up when you arrive and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating! Would highly recommend this place!

.•The Food is shocking • The Staff are there for the tip • the Club level surplus is a scam • No preferred guest area outside and the lounge inside is shocking with stale food up the wall. If you are a usual preferred guest you might be in for a rude awakening • Checkout was quick , only because they didn’t have the courtesy of asking how our stay was. •The only redeeming part of the the resort is the view , and the coffee shop, where the serve great cookies and good coffee
