    Great resort even if beach is not so good,,,

    This resort is an amazing place to unwind and enjoy great food and drinks. Only negative feedback was it seemed as though a lot of the bar staff seemed to expect tips with every drink or the next time you went up they sometimes served other guests that walked up after you. Seemed to really only happen at the Sugar Reef pool bar

    Perfect stay at Secrets Moxche

    A perfect place with amazing people - especially Jessica and Ramon, who helped us so much when we lost a ring. Every area is more beautiful than the next, the pools are absolutely stunning, the rooms are gorgeous, and the food is excellent. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

    Resort is nice

    Overall the resort is nice and never felt like i had to fight for space at the pools. The one main reason why I wont be back is the first come first serve for dinner. Everyone wants to eat at 7-8pm. This causes complete chaos at al restaurants because they need a reservation system. Twice we had to wait almost 3 hours to get into the restaurant of our choosing that night. We were eating at 10pm then going to bed on a full stomach. The entertainment at night was cheesy. Go the hidden nightclub as it was fun. Service overall was good. But I am not paying extra for the preferred club and have to wait hours for dinner.

    Good resort, bad reception staff

    Very bad concierge and reception staff. Despite having Guest of Honor award and Globalist benefits, I was denied a room upgrade. My complaints regarding noise in the room went unnoticed. They only care about selling you timeshare membership. The resort is good though, and the food at the restaurants was incredible.

    Amazing experience

    We had the loveliest time ever! the food was amazing and the rooms are gorgeous!! the entertainment team was amazing! Monica, Sergio, Cristian, Miguel, Jackie were totally awesome 💕 From early breakfast buffet to late night tacos we enjoyed all of it! Best pools we have seen so far.
