Amazing resort, drinks, food, rooms, atmosphere! The entertainment team is amazing. This was a wonderful resort for my husband and I to relax, have fun and spend the time away. We definitely recommend!

Impressions Stay
Just visited Secrets Moxche and stayed at Impressions. The experience was great and the entertainment staff was great. Aranza, Sergio, Jose, Jazmine, and Monica were all wonderful to interact with and we're very helpful. All in all it was a fantastic vacation!

Beware UVC members
Just got back from our 1 week stay at Secrets Moxche. We are very disappointed in our stay here. The room we were given had a mouldy smell to it so we were moved to the same spec of room and this was better. On arrival we weren’t greeted by anyone from the preferred member team and we also needed to get our room key updated so we could access the preferred member area. ( we weren’t shown around so found it ourselves on day 2). There was no option to pre book a table for evening meals and this led to lengthy queues for food. If you didn’t queue at 5.30 to get a seat at 6 pm you may not eat until after 7.30. On one evening the taco stand was the only option and that had a queue too. In the only preferred member restaurant the seating was limited with a 25 minute wait at breakfast. There was only an option to book a table at one of the restaurants, which didn’t help capacity. There were 4 weddings during the week with areas closed to facilitate the wedding party and discos into the night. This is not how a 5 star resort should operate, especially when resort guests didn’t have space because of this. We had our UVC “members update”meeting, which should have taken an hour but took nearly 3. It culminated in “a deal of the century” offer for us to upgrade our membership. As more money was required we turned it down and that bought the meeting to a very immediate end! Our “salesman” initially appeared interested in our experience at the resort but didn’t then follow through and introduce our personal concierge/butler who he said should have been assigned to help us from our arrival. He obviously was off to try and get a sale from the next person. (For our time we did receive “Monopoly money” which we exchanged for a free hour in the spa which was very good.) Please don’t think we can’t order a drink or look after ourselves, but if you are paying for the service, then you should receive it!?! Our fridge wasn’t topped up daily and room service varied throughout the week with sometimes a towel change, sometimes the bed was turned down and one day we had 4 shampoos instead of conditioner, shower gel and soap. Not tremendously important but shouldn’t be so, all the same. Overall the resort was tired in its appearance, couldn’t deal with the demand for evening food and didn’t offer the preferred guest experience. Staff were friendly and engaging all round so we don’t believe the resort itself to be at fault as much as the UVC experience which wasn’t seen through, almost as though it wasn’t something which should have been offered. We spoke with other members who also thought the same thing.

Incredible Experience
I had such a wonderful trip at Secrets Moxche! The staff, service, and environment made this an incredible experience from start to finish. Both of the shows we attended were produced seamlessly and made the experience even greater. All the staff were friendly and super accommodating-Shout out to Gabriela, Regina, Axel, and Miguel!! We will definitely be back :)

The entertainment staff made the entire trip!
Sergio and Ari on the entertainment team made our trip so memorable! We were sad to leave them! The shows were excellent and all the different pool options were great too! Try a B-sip! 😎
