Overall, we had a great experience. We had a balcony overlooking the pool and water. The buffet was excellent but all the restaurants offered something different for everyone in our group. There were several pools and private places. We were impressed at the number of beds available on the beach. We did go on the Hobi Cat one day and took the bike tour. We were not able to Kayak as the water was rough when we were available. Aqua aerobics was fantastic. We had a different person nearly everyday which made it fun mixing it up.

Great experience. I'd recommend!
My sister and I went to Secrets Moxche December 2025. We really enjoyed our stay. The resort is beautiful and spacious. We thought the food and service were great. The beach directly in front of the hotel is quiet and really pretty. We didn't see an seaweed on the beach at the hotel. The nightly live music was really good. On the beach down the way is a massage tent that isn't affiliated with the resort. It was 60 bucks per person for a full body massage. It was a really nice experience. Things we didn't like: The buildings are separated so if you aren't in the main building, you have to go to the first floor in your building, walk to the main building and then get back in the elevator. The elevators were very slow and one of them was broken while we were there. The pillows, in our opinion were quite uncomfortable. They were lumpy and hard. We didn't feel like the room was cold enough at night. The nightly entertainment started at 9:45pm, we felt like it should be at 8:45pm. We didn't get to enjoy it because it started so late. We were back in our room by 10pm each night. The pools were freezing! Overall our stay was relaxing and fantastic. We'd definitely go back, but next time in the warmer months.

Do not come here if a beach is important to you. They have many pools to make up for their awful beach. The food was amazing, except for the French restaurant. Maybe it was just an off night for them, but it was a big disappointment. Room was lovely, but very dark.

Family trip
We were wondered at this place, our friends recommended secrets moxche and we loved it. We enjoy every space and corner of the hotel, food, room and amazing facilities. We don't do many activities but I want to make a special mention to Cristian of the entertainment team, we actually spent an unforgettable vacation next to him, enjoying the kayak tour his aerobics class and always with a smile, we'll definitely return soon

Beautiful Experience
We had such a wonderful experience celebrating my friends wedding! Everything was beautiful being right on the beach and our room was so lovely! We highly recommend staying at this resort!
