Aug 25, 2025Beautiful and Relaxing Resort
This resort is beautifully but cozy. There were at least 5 pools, some semi-private surrounded by rock and foliage. The rooms were immaculate and the staff restocked every day. Each room has a tub on the balcony or a swim out pool, depending on your package. There are a variety of restaurants to choose from as well as a poolside bar (Japanese, French, Italian, Mexican, Mediterranean). The wait staff never let a glass get empty! If are big on the entertainment, it was average in my opinion but they did have a nightclub you could attend in the evenings that was a lot of fun. There were a few pool activities during the but not enough to be overwhelming. Great vacation, would definitely go back!

A Week in Paradise
My wife and I just returned from a spectacular 8-day stay at Secrets Moxché during the week of August 11, 2025. We were completely blown away by this resort, and it exceeded every expectation we had for a tropical getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, a true tropical oasis with lush greenery and a variety of incredible pools. The pools are a highlight, each with a different vibe, from lively to serene. Our room was beautiful, luxurious, and impeccably clean—a perfect retreat after a day in the sun. The restaurants were equally impressive, offering an amazing variety of delicious food and drinks, with service that was consistently top-notch. However, what truly sets this resort apart is its incredible staff. The service here is beyond compare; every person we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. A few individuals, in particular, made our trip unforgettable. The entertainment team was simply fantastic. Julio, Sergio, Jessica, Aranza, Monica, Venessa, and Daniella kept the energy high with fun activities and an infectious enthusiasm. We especially enjoyed playing pool volleyball with Sergio and Julio—their energy and good humor made every game a blast. Monica, thank you for the Spanish lessons, we clearly have a lot of work to do. : ) The poolside service was exceptional, thanks to Carlos, who made sure our spot was perfect from early morning until late afternoon. Sergio was also a lifesaver, always ready with cold water in the morning and a fresh drink in the afternoon. We've traveled extensively, but the level of service and personal care we experienced at Secrets Moxché stands out. The entire staff, from the front desk, restaurant folks and the housekeeping team, work tirelessly to ensure a magical vacation for all their guests. We are already looking forward to our Secrets trip.

Best resort in Mexico
We had an amazing experience at the resort, we really like it and definitely we are coming back in 3 months hahaha special shot out to Sergio, he is amazing playing ping pong, we really enjoyed to play beach volley with Aranza and Jessica and the rest of the team that we met Monica, Miguel, Daniela and Julio.
