The best resort and customer service ever!
We came here for our honeymoon and it was the best vacation we have ever been on thanks to Luis and Zayda our concierges. They went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our stay. They gave us a very sweet welcome gift the 1st day we were there. They made sure our visit was romantic and personal. We will definitely come back soon. They food was next level, the beach was clean and beautiful. The customer service was top notch. Our waiter Fredrico at Sea Side Grill for dinner was amazing, and so was Erick at Bordeaux, two of the best waiters we have ever had. Even the hostesses Estiban and Josaline were wonderful. It was a wonderful stay! Highly recommend.

One of our favorite all-inclusives ever!
Just finishing up our week long vacation at Secrets Maroma and we have loved every minute of it. We have heard many great things about this resort for years and it lived up to the hype. Beautiful beaches, amazing rooms and even better staff. We spent multiple days down at the beach beds and can’t say enough about how great the staff was there. Dario and Manuel took such great care of us and were so friendly and accommodating. Their extra work made our days so special. We went back to the beach our last day just to hang out with them again. Can’t thank Dario and Manuel enough!!! Will 100% be coming back to this resort someday!

Best Honeymoon🍯🌙🤍
We love Secrets Maroma Beach Rivera Cancun. This was our second time at this resort and we choose it for our honeymoon because we absolutely had the best time. The food and shows were phenomenal! I got a 50 min massage and it was wonderful! Guillermo was our concierge and he was amazing. Always so helpful and attentive. He sent us daily schedules so we could plan our day. It was our honeymoon and Guillermo had the most romantic surprise waiting for us one night. Roses on the bed and and bubble bath with champagne! The atmosphere was relaxing. The entire staff and entertainment team were awesome and made the days at the pool such a fun experience! We can’t wait to go back!

If you are looking for a hotel with exceptional hospitality, food and beach don’t look further this hotel is for you.
Secrets Maroma Beach – Stayed 30 Oct to 10 Nov 2025 This was truly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff’s hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived—warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. We had a pre-booked transfer with America Transfer and both journeys were perfect. One thing to note is that the road to the hotel is a bit bumpy and could be improved, but it doesn’t take away from the resort itself. On arrival, the hotel offers a “VIP $200” credit, which is tied to a timeshare scheme and not worth using. The beach was a major highlight for us. Neither my partner nor I are pool people, and this is easily the best beach I’ve seen in Mexico. Outside the seaweed season it was pristine, and even after a storm brought some seaweed, it was quickly cleaned. The hotel offers plenty of activities, including a Mexican-themed evening by the pool on Sundays, which we enjoyed twice. Compared to Iberostar Grand, which I stayed at previously, I prefer Secrets Maroma for its beach and Mexican cuisine. Excursions can be booked via Amstar, and a special shout-out to Salvador, who organised a great trip for us. Taxis to Playa del Carmen cost around 35 USD. The hotel also has a pharmacy, a gift shop, and a clothing shop for last-minute items, though prices are slightly inflated. Felipe, the House Concierge, was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and full of useful tips. The beach concierge team, especially Franco, were equally impressive. The Preferred Lounge staff, including Margarita and Juno, always remembered us and provided outstanding service. Housekeeping for our room was also exceptional. Regarding dining, the Preferred Lounge had slightly higher quality food and drinks than the World Café, though the evening à la carte restaurants were excellent. The Japanese restaurant deserves special mention for its delicious dishes and lovely staff. I personally preferred the main restaurant over the private chef’s table experience, which was more of a show than my style. However, my partner felt slightly unwell one day, likely from a jelly she had on an excursion the day before. It was unrelated to hotel food or drinks. When she requested just watermelon via room service, staff said it was unusual but kindly made an exception. Another small observation is that staff tended to address me more than my partner in conversations, which felt a little unusual at times. Overall, Secrets Maroma Beach is an exceptional resort. Stunning beach, incredible staff, excellent food, and a truly relaxing experience. We would absolutely return.
