    Great getaway

    Great property, staff, and overall experience. Excellent adult only resort. The property is big enough that you are not on top of others yet small enough to get around easily.

    Wonderful Experience

    This is so far our favorite Secrets resort. My husband and I went for our 18th anniversary. The service is excellent! The food was so good, especially the Italian restaurant! The resort never felt packed. We only had to wait a few minutes to get into dinner one night. We will definitely be back.

    Excellent experience

    What an enjoyable week. We’ve been to Secrets Maroma on day trips twice before while staying at UVC resorts, but had not stayed for an extended time. The location is second to none with probably the best beach in the whole area. Kelp, free, and well-maintained. The service, be it the pool, the lobby bar housekeeping, or the concierge was excellent. Good service makes this day that much more enjoyable. There were plenty of activities to participate in on site. In the evenings, there was always some form of entertainment to take in. The quality of food and the service to go with it is 5 Star no doubt. We ate at Portofino’s and Oceana twice. The food was just so good. We’re not buffet people so we didn’t partake in the World Café offerings. Breakfast if we had breakfast, was at the preferred club on the beach. My wife is coeliac and therefore gluten is a major problem on two occasions they cleaned out the deep fryer so she could have french fries. That’s going above and beyond. The gluten-free pizza at the little shack by the pool was phenomenal while her Pizza was in the woodfired oven. No other pizzas were in there with hers or in the prep area. That’s attention to detail. We’ve been going to UVC resorts in the Maya, Peninsula and Cancun for the last 17 years and this is in the top two or three. Highly recommend this day.

    Vacation vibes

    It was a beautiful resort and the staff was very nice and inviting.My concierge Felipe always went out of his way to make sure my stay was comfortable.The hospitality was 10/10!Would definitely recommend to anyone or come back myself.

    Lovely Resort!

    This was a very good choice, the service was so good, and the food was much better than many other places we have been to. When you go to Secrets you know that you are going to get the consistently great experience every time and that is what you count on. Now they have gotten even better by having the best employees. Couldn't have picked a better place.
