Dec 09, 2025Great vacation @ Secrets Maroma Beach
We went to Secrets Maroma Beach for a short 5 night visit, which was out first time in a Mexican resort. We had a regular (non-preferred club) swim-out suite. The resort is awesome with a great layout, great pools, incredible beach, good food and drinks and the grounds are stunning. What also places this resort above the rest is the great staff staff. They are always friendly and attentive to every need. A special thank you to our concierge, Marco, who was fantastic. We have been to many adults-only all-inclusive resorts throughout the Caribbean and I can honestly say that Secrets Maroma Beach is the best we have ever experienced. Can't wait to go back!

Best resort!!!
Came here on our honeymoon 6 years ago and just went back for our 6 year anniversary. The staff are so friendly and wonderful! Shout out to our concierge Angel who went above and beyond to make sure our time at the resort was perfect! Food was great and the atmosphere was so relaxing. Would recommend to anyone! Talked to several people who have gone to other resorts in Cancun and agreed that this one is the best!! Looking forward to coming back!!!

Best vacation ever, gorgeous hotel and wonderful staff.
This was our second stay in Secrets Maroma and it was even better then last year. There are so many people that I would like to thank : our concierge Roger, manager Gabriela, Chef Juan, Joselin and waiters Fernando, Armando, Alejandro, Ariel and David from the Seaside Grill. Daniel and Victor from the Portofino. Alejandro and Salvatore from the Oceana. Raoul from La Terrazza. Omar, Hector, Leonardo, Marcielo, Fritz, Karla, Isabel and Alejandra from the animation team. Pool waiters Isamar, Eder and Dario. Pool bar tenders Angel and Erik. Abel and Nelson who kept our room in perfect condition. And finally manager Rodrigo Sanchez. What makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. We had a wonderful time talking to everyone working at Secrets Maroma. If you want at gorgeous hotel, excellent food, great shows and animation and very friendly, highly motivated staff : go to Secrets Maroma. Thank you so much for making our vacation perfect ! Winter sun in Mexico
This resort was outstanding, both the food and facilities were amazing. Aside from the resort the staff were incredible could not recommend the resort highly enough, even though we had we an issue in our bathroom.

Beautiful resort
Beautiful beach, employees were all friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the food, drinks and pool. Just starting to explore all inclusives but this resort might have to be a repeat. Everything was fantastic, can't even think of anything negative.
