Excellent experience. We needed to access the services of the doctor onsite during our visit and I couldn’t speak more highly of our experience from beginning to end. I only wish we could have the medical services we experienced at the resort available to us at home.

It's borderline criminal to consider this place a 5 Star Resort. On its best day, it's a 2-star. That said, the staff are wonderful people. Everyone is always trying their best. The food is terrible. The Preferred Club Lounge is a small, muggy nook in a check-in office. Will return to Huatulco. Will never return to this specific Secrets.

Beautiful Resort, Quality Service, Relaxing Getaway (most of time)
We were mostly satisfied with our experience at the resort. Our primary goal was a relaxing getaway—enjoying our swim-out pool, being well-catered to, and listening to the peaceful waves. The resort is beautiful, and the service quality is high. The atmosphere was mostly peaceful; however, it was occasionally disrupted by techno music during the day. The evenings, on the other hand, were quiet, warm, and lovely to spend on our patio. We have visited before, later in November, when the night quiet was often disrupted by the two outdoor nightclubs, so this was an improvement. The food was good, just don't go in expecting Michelin Star quality. We were fine with this, as we understand that a "5-star resort" rating often refers to the amenities provided rather than the quality of the dining experience itself. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would likely return.

Relax and Reset at Secrets Huatulco
Gorgeous view of the ocean, quiet, remote and relaxing, Sunrise and sunset show up in unexpected areas as resort is southward facing The rooms have comfortable beds, jacuzzi tub and rain shower. Something to consider is the toilet/bath areas are not super private, there is some frosted glass in the toilet area and a sliding wall that opens from bath to bedroom. Nice and clean resort, could use some updates. I would not recommend this resort for anyone with mobility issues, as there is a lot of walking with steep inclines from beach and to the spa and different restaurants. Lots of stairs.

Huatulco Rules! 🇲🇽
The best of my trip is always Entertainment, I did a lot of bocci ball and I’m the Huatulco’s Champion, Daniel is the supervisor and the best playing tennis and bocci ball, no better than me, of course. Ximena is a beautiful woman inside and out, and she is great in everything except for bocci ball, sorry Ximena but it’s true. Alejandro is the most LOCO but it’s the best captain of the bays, he is very knowledgeable, we love him. Amir is hot! The reason my husband and I continue to comeback is truly because of this fantastic staff. The waiters, waitresses, entertainment staff are amazing and sincerely kind and fun!
