This was the best all inclusive resort with amazing staff and food. Our Butler Carlos made the trip perfect and easy for us! If we come again we will definitely request him!

Fabulous resort and staff
Fabulous resort, food and service were amazing. Beach is beautiful. Pools are beautiful. A special thanks to our conceirge Carlito who was amazing and Alfonso in vip services very helpful, funny and kind. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful but Carlito and Alfonso were the BEST and both went out of there way and were very curtious♥️ we will definitely return someday.

Relaxing vacation with great food, drinks, and amazing staff!
We had an amazing vacation! The resort is very luxurious, with everything thought of. The acitivities are fun, the staff is very friendly, the cocktails are great and the food is very tasty. Special thanks to our butler Enrique, who was ready to help us with absolutely anything and made our stay even more relaxing! Also thanks to Teofilo, a very kind waiter with amazing service and always putting a smile on our faces.

This is the spot if you’re into perfect weather and AMAZING service. We couldn’t believe how friendly, happy, and helpful every single person was throughout the entirety of our stay. We had the pleasure of having a butler, Carlos Javier. There is no finer example of accommodating than Carlos. He met and anticipated our every need. He witnessed our routine and assisted in every way accordingly. Even more importantly, he was a true friend. We just arrived home and genuinely miss his smile already. The snorkeling was great. The spa was amazing. And the theater shows were top notch. From dinners on the beach to a circus in the lobby, good times are abundant!

Incredible hotel with the best concierge Julio
Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional. The property is truly luxurious, and every detail is taken care of to perfection. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms are spacious. The view from the 5th floor is simply breathtaking. Breakfast and lunch are served buffet-style and both are outstanding—delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. Dinners are in à la carte restaurants; we visited all six, and every single meal was wonderful! The staff is friendly, kind, cheerful, and full of positive energy—they even sing and dance, which creates an unforgettable atmosphere. The beach looks like something out of a fairytale. What made our stay truly special was our concierge, Julio. He responded to all our questions and ensured that everything we wished for was taken care of perfectly. His dedication and warmth made a huge difference. We would absolutely return again!
