We just got back from Secrets Cap Cana. We are an active couple in our mid 50's from Toronto. This was our second trip to Secrets Cap Cana. The first was in Feb 2017. From the moment we stepped out of our private transfer, the service at Secrets was perfection. Every single person on the resort, no matter if it was their job or not was willing to help. Their motto is everything is possible on vacation. Juan made the check in process very smooth. He introduced us to our superb concierge Reinaldo. Reinaldo is friendly, kind, polite and goes above and beyond. Every morning he messaged us with the daily schedule and asked if there was anything we needed. He checked in on us daily at the beach, always making sure to find us. He spoiled us by sending Prosecco and snacks to our room. SCC, you are so lucky to have Reinaldo on your staff. We will definitely request him when we return. Reinaldo, you are the best. Francesca, the Food Service Manager, is amazing. We had one bad meal at Sea Side Grill (inedible steak). We told our concierge and Francesco followed up with us multiple times. It is so impressive to find such caring people who actually strive to improve. Nightly Entertainment - the head of entertainment - "L..." I spoke to her. She is so energetic and present. Always creating a fun environment. I love how the lobby bar became the center of everything. Beach Staff - Ruth, Erika, Ronald, Milagros, Francis and all the staff were amazing. Aqua Fit will the wonderful Minnie was so much fun. Room Service, Coco cafe, Housekeeping, Tray pick up - we were impressed daily. Bathrooms at the beach - it was so impressive how they are always being cleaned and attended to. The staff their work so hard and always with a smile. Food. The food is good. Some restaurants better than others. My biggest suggestion to the resort is to focus on quality not quantity, especially with the steak. It's all inclusive, we can order more and it creates less waste. The smaller filets at the other restaurants need a bit more flavor but were better. The steak at the beach bbq was the best. The timing between appetizers and mains should be a little longer. Bordeax, Oceana and Himitsu (Teppanyaki Table) were our favorites. Coco Cafe - it would be nice to see more vegetarian options. It would be nice to have some vegetarian salads and more vegetarian options at the beach including delicious french fries. Overall we had a fantastic trip and we will be returning! If you want luxury and fabulous service this is the place to go. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

secrets cap cana resort and spa
Went here with son and daughter in law and had a fantastic time excellent location beach was truly stunning, the entertainment catered for a wide variety of tastes and created a great atmosphere. The rooms were to a high standard and very clean housekeeping was excellent. The site and surrounding area was very well maintained. Noise levels were vey good at the time of our visit. Service and staff were very good (although evening restaurant waiters made you feel tipping was expected maybe i'm just tight). Amenities onsite were excellent. Airport a 20/30 minute taxi ride away and provided very good amenities.

We had a great time, the resort was excellent. Out personal Butler Anibal was wonderful, he helped make our stay perfect and was always there to help us with anything we needed or just stop by and say hello.

To whom This May Concern: Let me start out by saying what a wonderful vacation my wife and i had staying at Secret's Resort in Punta Cana. from the time we were met at the airport to the time we left to come home , we were treated like royalty. Upon arriving at the resort we were met by our butler ( Carlos Javier ) which brings me to the reason for this letter. Carlos was the best , we wanted for nothing, absolutely nothing, he was very attentive to our every need. every morning we would receive a good morning text from him with the day events. he checked on us constantly throughout the day and evening making sure we wanted for nothing.. My wife and i have travel all over to some of the best vacation properties and this was by far one of the best. It is our wish that Carlos Javier be acknowledge for his outstanding service going above and beyond in his duties, he is most definitely an asset to the resort . In Closing: Can't say enough about Carlos, we will most definitely return to Secrets Resort in the very near future. Literal Perfection
Just returned from the best vacation of my life. My husband and I celebrated our 25th and Carlos, our butler, couldn’t have made our stay any more special. From the moment we arrived, Carlos greeted us with the most infectious smile and gave us a very welcoming tour of the property, showing us all of the beautiful areas, restaurants, etc. He went above and beyond with special GF desserts delivered to the room, a cute sign on the door, rose petals sprinkled throughout with a beautiful card on our bed, room service breakfast, and a bottle of champagne. Carlos greeted us with a friendly text every morning and found us on the resort at least once a day… always calling us family and encouraging us to relax and to let him know if we needed anything 🥰 We met the best people - from all of the incredible staff (Carlos, Esperanza, Espinal (aka Jordy), and Miguel with his smoky drinks for my husband - just to name a few) to many other vacationers. We loved preferred! The pool is relaxing, drink service is top notch, Rosewater Grill was my absolute favorite restaurant for breakfast and lunch (and my husband loved their steak!), and the swim out room was really fun. The food was great at most locations and that’s saying something with being strict gluten free. They are so great about asking if you have allergies and I never once felt awkward for asking questions. I also never got sick which is seriously incredible. We did the relaxation couples massage and it was so worth it - highly recommend! We got professional pictures taken by Miguel (the photographer) and absolutely loveeee them!! Do it!! We haven’t had pictures taken of the two of us since our wedding. Worth every penny. I seriously can’t imagine being this happy with any other resort and can’t wait to go back again.
