Paradise trip that is worth every penny.
One of the best trips I have ever gone on. The result is perfect for couples and great for Adult group trips as well. Everyone can get sometime from the trip. If people want to sleep on the beach or next to the pool, it is great for that, but they also have activities everyday through the day for the people that want to do more things instead of just relaxing all day. Didn’t have a bad meal at any restaurant either. All of the staff were very friendly and always ready to help. We also went with the package that had a personal butler. Miguel was our butler and wow did he knock it out of the park. He helped set up reservations, booked our travel back to the airport, gave us activities to do everyday. If we needed anything, he would get it done. We were there for four days and that was the perfect amount of time. Enough time to relax, enjoy the food and drinks. After leaving, we were already looking at how we could book this vacation again next year that is how much we enjoyed it. Can’t recommend it enough!

Amazing Resort and Service
We had an amazing time at Secrets Cap Cana. We enjoyed a stay in a preferred swim out suite for our honeymoon and were spoiled in service and amenities. The spa and pools are amazing and very clean with amazing service on drinks and food throughout the day. Most amazing- our butler Phillippe. Everyday he checked in with us and helped us make reservations for spa treatments and any other services we wanted, he even set up a cute honeymoon bedroom surprise for us on day 2! Constantly checking in and making sure we had everything we needed for our amazing stay!

Quiet, relaxing, excellent service
Perfect place for a relaxing trip when you aren’t looking to be bothered or do much. We had the swim out that faced the ocean, and it is THE ROOM to get. I would pay the extra to be a member of the preferred club, you get extra food options, extra service, and a butler. Ours, Leo, was irreplaceable. He made the trip a breeze. He made us reservations every night and he responds immediately. We could see the other resorts when you walked along the beach, trust that Secrets is for sure the one if you want the most relaxation and quiet. They have plenty of staff around and all are willing to help with a good attitude. Lots of little activities to do throughout the day but aren’t too involved. They have shows every night and the talent is actually quite good. Seaweed wasn’t too bad at all and they keep it clean daily. They clean the rooms twice a day and they do a good job, but be careful, they use bleach and they bleached some of our clothes on accident.
