We had a wonderful anniversary trip at Secrets Cap Cana. Our concierge, Israel, was very thoughtful and worked to ensure we enjoyed our stay. I was hurt on an off-site excursion and had to go to the hospital from the resort. He took the trip with us! I'm hoping to return to the resort to finish my vacation properly. I will be requesting Israel as my concierge, once again!

Amazing vacation, Leonardo was great.
Beautiful resort, amazing staff, especially our friendly and trustworthy butler Leonardo! He was awesome. The resort was clean and had plenty of fun things to do. Leonardo always kept us up-to-date on daily activities.

Exceeded Expectations!
Secrets Cap Cana was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The entire resort is spotlessly clean and truly looks like something out of a travel magazine. Every space felt well cared for and relaxing. One activity that is an absolute must-try is the silent disco — so much fun and one of the highlights of our trip! The activities team was fantastic, and Adeline deserves special recognition. She brought so much energy to everything she did, remembered guests’ names from day to day, and genuinely made you want to participate in the activities. Beyond that, she made everyone feel comfortable and welcome — like you’d been friends forever. After our first activity with her, we couldn’t wait to join the next one because she made every experience so fun, inclusive, and engaging. At the pool bar, Vanessa provided truly top-notch service. We went out of our way to sit in her section because she consistently went above and beyond. She remembered our food orders (exactly how we liked our burgers), surprised us with creative fruity drinks when we asked her to choose, and always made sure our glasses were never empty. Evenings at the lobby bar were a highlight thanks to Biotel. She made us feel like family and provided exceptional service every night. She knew our drink orders, checked on us often, and added so much positive energy — especially during the live music, when she danced, smiled, and made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. Overall, the customer service throughout the resort exceeded our expectations, but if you’re visiting, I highly recommend looking for Adeline, Vanessa, and Biotel — they truly elevate the entire experience. We were Preferred Club members and were very well taken care of, but honestly never felt the need to use the Preferred Club areas because the service everywhere was so outstanding. A special thank you as well to our butler, Alexis, who was great throughout our stay. He kept our favorite snacks stocked and was always available to help with anything we needed. Secrets Cap Cana delivered an unforgettable vacation, and we will 100% be back!
