Jeison Calderon our concierge checked in with us everyday to share the spa packages that were available and the events that were going on that day! Also got our fish made up for us, that we caught that day! The staff are wonderful and willing to help with any and everything. The resort is lively and entertaining, but not overboard. Nice and relaxing but also many things to do if that's what you're looking for.

Alexis our Butler was outstanding! Excellent!
Our Butler Alexis made our trip for us! He was amazing! Outstanding! He took care of us from the minute that we arrived until our transportation took us back to the airport. We were in a Preferred Junior Suite and our Building Number 9 was perfect location to the preferred pool, preferred lounge, spa, fitness center and all of the restaurants and super quiet. I highly recommend Secrets Cap Cana and Butler Alexis

Perfect honeymoon
Wife and I had a wonderful time staying here. The staff were extremely welcoming, nice and tentative to all our needs. The property was beautiful and the room was perfect. Our concierge Barreto was fantastic and super helpful with anything we needed.

Beautiful resort with amazing staff
Beautiful resort with even friendlier workers. From the minute we arrived, we were well taken care of. Our butler, Philippe, was amazing. Checked in on us multiple times per day and handled every request and even did some extras for us ❤️ Room was beautiful with an ocean view, grounds well kept, and even got to see a glimpse of Christmas decorations being set up on our final day. This was only a quick, short trip for us that was perfect as a late anniversary trip. Also giving a shout out to the crew at the swim up pool bar- always took care of us. We will definitely be back and hopefully with some friends!

Not our first and definitely not our last visit to SCC
SCC has been amazing. This is our 8th visit and love to see the staff that are super attentive. Anibal our butler is amazing. Always goes above and beyond being available and arranging things for us. He will make dinner reservations which is helpful, he has been excellent with making special arrangements for food. He’s handled other reservations such as massages and Bali bed, picking the right spot for us. The beach staff are always checking in on us, Xiorama, Stephany, Carlos. Rosewater, excellent staff again, Esperanza, Francisco, Stefany are so sweet. Oceana and Seaside Grill, Race., Teofilio, and Rigoberto always providing excellent service both breakfast, lunch and dinners. Franklin, always stirring up the crepes at preferred pool and or making us excellent breakfast and dinners. Francy at the preferred bar, under pressure and always has a smile no matter the situation. Line can be deep with people and he always delivers with kindness and a smile, To all the staff, once again, you’re all amazing. We will be back again.
