Secrets Cap Cana completely blew us away! From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and peaceful. We were surprised with an upgrade to an oceanfront bungalow. We spent every day relaxing on the beach, floating in turquoise water, rarely made it to the pool as the beach had literally everything we needed. The service was beyond anything we’ve experienced, every single person went above and beyond. It was hard for us to get used to as we are usually very independent but no one is pushy, and everyone learns your name, and truly makes you feel at home. Customer service to us is so important, and this was top tier. When we arrived they had several people checking in the preferred lounge and it was full, they never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Quickly got us comfortable seats, glasses of champagne and told us they would be back quickly, which they were Huge shoutout to our butler, Anibel! He was amazing, and made sure we wanted for nothing. He responded quickly, and anticipated our needs. Found us every morning on the beach to check in. The beach staff, wow! Vanessa, Jackson, and Xiomara were amazing!!! They hustled all day. They learned our names, anticipated needs. It was literally a dream! The beach had seaweed, we knew it when we were booking, but honestly once you pass the first 10 yards out in the water, it’s perfect! No reason for concern as we spent every day all day on the beach!

Review for Secrets Cap Cana – Butler Service (Carlos)
We had an incredible stay at Secrets Cap Cana, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to our butler, Carlos. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, welcoming, and greeted us every morning with a genuine smile. Throughout each day, we’d see him around the resort and he always made a point to check in on us, ask how our stay was going, and see if there was anything he could do to make it even better. I especially appreciated the daily text messages he sent with the activities schedule—it made planning our days effortless. He also helped us book our spa appointments and coordinated our arrival and departure, making everything completely seamless. Carlos truly elevated our vacation. His attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Secrets Cap Cana is lucky to have him, and we can’t thank him enough for making our trip so special.

This resort was beautiful inside and out. Very clean and well organized. Carlos the butler was world class excellent. He was very attentive and quick to respond. The pool boys Haydo, ice cube, and mini me also made us feel like family.

great vacation
Will be one of the best looking resorts you visit, service was spectacular, the biggest pool in the Caribbean, good food and nice entertainment and shows at night in a nice theatre, bars are everywhere with very good drinks.my concierge guy Angelo took care of all i asked for, i had a great time and thanks Secrets they never disappoint

5 star stay! We will be back!
This trip was for our 20 year anniversary. From the time we got out of our shuttle, we were greeted as “Family” and welcomed “home”. We were assigned a butler for our stay. His name was Pilier. He always greeted us with a smile and was super respectful and responsive. He even offered to meet us at the beach to discuss a question we had. Every dining experience was better than the next. Eddie and Albert at the Hibachi restaurant also particularly stood out as exceptional! These 3 individuals are all outstanding! 5 stars! We will be back!
