The resort is located a little further away from the airport than we typically would like, considering getting around PV is very expensive, but the service and food was amazing here.

Amazing !!
We had the best staff - Roberto (4th floor bar) Nelli (4th floor bar) Julio & Victor (8th floor bar) Sheyla (pool concierge is amazing) Oscar G is als amazing. Efrien up at the 8th floor is great. My housekeeper Alajandra is great. The food was amazing at every restraunt. The chef Cesar at the Nabeola is absolutely amazing. We will definitely recommend this resort to everyone. The chicken salad samdwich is amazing. The pickle ball is great.

The best resort!
This resort is the best! Along with Sheyla and Efrain are the best and friendliest! Roberto and Luis are the best bartenders and for sure coco cafe chicken salad!

Excellent time and the staff went above and beyond
The experience overall was a joy. Great staff (that's an understatement - the entire staff should be rewarded for excellent customer service) is what stood out most.
