Shout out to all the entertainment team for making our stay so memorable. The pickleball sessions were professionally taught and incredibly well organized — a great experience for players of all levels. Thanks to Rafael and his Fitbodies instructor. Also loved yoga each morning with Janna from Fitbodies. A special thank you to Paty, Miguel and Manuel from Blue Water for always keeping our drinks full with such attentive service, and to Dario for his beautiful smile that made every day brighter. Excellent staff and a wonderful experience overall!

Our Christmas gift trip was delightful
My wife and I and friends arrived just before Christmas and we were all so impressed with the property. The staff were very friendly and helpful with all of our needs. The rooms were very nice and we impressed with the cleanliness of the entire property. Food throughout the resort was excellent and the selection of bars were excellent as well. Will definitely be looking forward to coming back to this resort in the future 😃

Dec 21, 2025Semi-Adult-Only hotel with ongoing renovations and improvements
I feel as though you have a lot of opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment, but you have to pay a little extra for premium service and access to restricted areas. The food was amazing, the staff was superb, but there seemed to constantly be construction going on and elevators down. Although it’s an adult-only hotel, it’s combined with a family hotel called “Dreams” and they do a decent job at keeping the two separate.

Wonderful time!
Was a wonderful stay at the hotel! Delicious food, wonderful staff, overall good time! Everyone is so hospitable! We stayed on the Secrets side and had access to rooftop pools with fantastic views!

Great winter getaway
Great vibes, huge resort! We loved Ismael in the bar, he was an artist, very attentive! Also loved Sheyla at the beach! The food was very good overall, special mentions to the Italian place (portofino) and French place (Bordeaux) and teppanyaki (Himitsu). Staff were very helpful overall. Also shout out to our butler Jessica, she helped us with lots including food, reservations, and tips. The hotel app was a little bit glitchy and it would be preferred if Himitsu didn't let children inside since it is adults only. Overall 4.5/5! Very fun trip!
