We loved our stay at Secrets Bahia Mita! The service was top notch, especially Luis, Eduardo, and Erick at the pool! The entertainment team was amazing as well- Miriam, Wendy, Nora, and Irma! My husband and I loved the food and entertainment options. The views are spectacular! We also visited the fun waterpark which is part of attached Dreams resort. We had access to the delicious restaurants there as well.

Great resort with phenomenal staff
Rousse was our butler during our stay and from the time we checked in to the time she checked out she stayed in constant contact with us every single day. We messaged each other at least 4 times a day. She set up to have coffee delivered every morning at 7am sharp for my wife, she found Red Bull for me and had those stocked in our fridge for each day. She booked dinner reservations for us at the teppanyaki restaurant, she changed our private anniversary dinner time from 6:30 to 7:30 so we could enjoy the sunset during our dinner. She helped us book a fishing charter, she left us a beautiful gift in our room with chocolate covered strawberries and red wine and a lovely heart felt note. Every morning at 7am she would check to ensure coffee was delivered and give us the daily run down of the resorts activities so we never missed a single event. Her dedication to customer service was unmatched and her desire to want to make sure our Anniversary was special was unwavering. Over the 7 day stretch there was 66 text messages from her to us checking in on us to make sure we never needed or wanted anything. We booked a nice dinner at Portafino the Italian restaurant the last night we were there and she intercepted the standard desert order they hand out and had a very beautiful desert arrangement delivered to us that was customized to us saying Happy Anniversary on a huge wood cutting board. She went the extra mile for us and we could not have had the best anniversary week that we had without her. At the end of the week we gained a life long friend and now linked up on Facebook because she was that genuine and truly cared. She is great at her job and I recommend everyone request her you won’t be disappointed. She left messages like: Let me share a little information with you: Tonight’s Entertainment Line-Up 🎉 🐋 Whale Mapping Show Spa Fountain | 7:40 pm – 10:30 pm 🎤 Karaoke Night Main Plaza | 9:00 pm – 10:15 pm 💃 Moulin Rouge Show (Adults Only) At the Theater – Team will meet you at the Main Plaza for golf cart transfers 🚗 (In case of rain, the show will move to the Main Plaza – I’ll let you know in advance.) 9:30 pm – 10:15 pm 🎸 Live Rock Music Secrets Lobby | 8:00 pm – 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm – 11:00 pm 🕺 Disco Night (Adults Only) Desires Bar & Speak Easy | 11:00 pm – 1:00 am 🍽️ Restaurants: All open tonight! ☕ Coco Café and Room Service: Available 24/7 for your convenience! He knew what we wanted to drink as soon as we walked in the lounge. After day 2 he didn’t even have to ask what we wanted he just started pouring. A great memory and great customer service. Go see him there and say hi he is great! _________ 8th floor Roof Pool Preferred Club Area. Miguel was a hard working, on top of his game running around making sure no one’s doing was ever lower then 1/4 full. If your glass was about half full he was always asking you want me to start another round? People around us would say man he is so good I got here at noon and I was already buzzed by 2pm because I lost count of how many drinks I had. Typically you go to an all inclusive resort and the drinks are terrible and watered down and takes forever to get one. Not up there on the 8th floor that guy can move! Serves with a smile and very attentive. Go see him and say hi you won’t be disappointed! __________

We will go back again
Went through Costco. It was a well worth the trip. The food was good with the French restaurant being our favorite menu. The rooms were amazing and the service was excellent. Our butler Joaquin was very accommodating and was very helpful to have. If we had any issues or questions he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and easy. He communicated easy through WhatsApp. We did the preferred club and the 8th floor pool and service was amazing. Our favorite pool was the manatee because of the swim up bar and shade. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. They had a lot of activities and events that we didn’t really leave the property during our 5-6 days. There is so much more to share about this place but honestly, you should just go and find out for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

Loved every minute
Everything from this resort was lovely. From the food and drinks to the service to the pool I loved every minute. Luis and Leo were my favorites at the pool every day. Orlando and Mara at the himatsu bar made the best mojitos. I can’t wait to come back!
