We have been to many Secrets and have to say we were completely floored by Secrets Bahia Mita. The property is beautiful but what really made a difference was the exceptional level of service! Every employee we encountered was professional and willing to do whatever it took to make our stay special

We Loved Bahía Mita
Vivi & Ines make sure we were well taken care of during the entire trip. They let us know of resort events daily, and booked all restaurant reservations. They followed up with us every day. It was very personalized service. Would recommend!

We went in the off-season, so maybe that's why we experienced some differences here than other Secrets locations. Still a wonderful trip and staff is always top notch! Some of the restaurants would be closed for dinner and there is very, very little beachfront. Beautiful views from upper levels but if you're directionally challenged, you'll have issues finding your way around. Not a ton of evening entertainment, but the staff did a great job. Loved the zip line tour and our guides, Antonio and Noah. They made it extra fun! Food here is better than we've had at other Secrets. No mosquito problems, which was a plus for us.

Entertainment Team is the best!
The entertainment team was wonderful! A special thank you to Enrique for coming in early one day to teach us how to play pickleball. We saw Enrique 3 more times that day, doing many other activities, a man of many talents! Also a special thanks to Antonio and Noah, who gave my wife and I a private tour on the zip line and adventure course, the course was amazing but having Noah and Antonio to chat with the whole time made it even better!

Outstanding service at a truly luxurious resort!!
I recently spent a week at Secrets Bahia Mita with a sibling for a birthday surf trip. I have been to several other all inclusive properties in Mexico and the Caribbean, and this one is by far my favorite! The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with fabulous roof top pools, a wonderful spa, gorgeous landscaping, and so many nooks and crannies to explore and find your favorite spot. The service was outstanding. Every single team member we encountered was helpful, friendly, pleasant, and such a joy to be around. Some people who stand in our particular were Daniela in the spa (we did the water journey everyday we were there), Beto at the Beach Side Grill (I had the shrimp aguachile almost everyday because it was fabulous), Nora in the gym, and the entertainment manager Irma. The food was excellent at every restaurant and even the buffet (we of course found our favorites we went back for again and again.) And being right on a world class surf break was amazing. The property is quite large, so you end up doing a lot of walking, but it's worth it to have so many amenities and room to spread out. I would highly recommend Secrets Bahia Mita to anyone who enjoys true luxury, outstanding food and service, and a gorgeous setting on the Banderas Bay.
