9/10
Customer service here is excellent!! Rooms are VERY nice and clean, beds are so comfortable! Food could be better (more flavor) - the seafood & Asian restaurant is the best in my opinion. Keep in mind this is a new resort so be kind I’m sure they’re still trying to figure out what works well & what doesn’t. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!

Hidden Paradise at the tip of no where.
The bed did not make me miss my bed. It was a great stay. Well worth it. The staff were fantastic. Food options were several. The resort is clean and well maintained.

The perfect getaway
Amazing experience. I booked at the last minute. I was so happy that I was able to upgrade prior to arrival. The property is Exceptionally beautiful and clean. It has the perfect location away from the touristy areas. Baby Beach is so close it felt like it was part of the property. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We rented a car for one day just to see the rest of the island. Honestly for us that is all we needed. If you plan it well you can experience all the major sights in a day (except for the flamingos). The rest of our 6 day stay was spent at the beautiful resort.

Not ready to be open yet
The resort was honestly all over the place. The pool was beautiful and our room was clean, but everything else? A mess. From the start, staff seemed confused, nobody really knew where anything was, and luggage service was chaotic. We even overheard other guests saying their bags got lost & witnessed a few people whose luggage didn’t make it on the airport shuttle. They kept saying the resort was at full capacity, but it clearly wasn’t, it just felt understaffed. And that’s a problem, especially when guests are paying full prices for a resort that’s not fully operating or running professionally. The casino wasn’t even open yet. Restaurant service was super slow, especially for groups. There’s no room service at night even though it’s listed as available. They did have a wide variety of food, but not a variety of good-tasting food. Most of it was bland and lacked seasoning. I'd give it a 2/10 overall, and somehow it still took nearly two hours just to get seated & another hour or two to get your food, even when the place was clearly not full. With the resort being so far from everything else, you’re basically stuck with what they serve. You’d think they’d offer better quality, faster service, or at least 24/7 room service to make up for it. The one morning we did try room service, that even took 2hrs & no one came to collect food/plates even after requesting it be picked up. Communication between staff was frustrating, one person would say one thing, another would say something totally different. Some staff were nice, but plenty were not helpful at all. We also paid for an “ocean view” room and could barely see the water, just a tiny sliver. Shouldn’t have even be an up-charge. We had trouble getting towels in the room, the Wi-Fi barely worked the whole trip, and at one point our room key opened someone else’s door when we went to the wrong door on accident. Our own door wouldn’t lock one day, though they did fix that quickly. Still, huge security concerns. And good luck navigating the resort, because there’s barely any signage to help you get around. We expected a few kinks with it being new but bottom line is this place just wasn’t ready to be open. It needs better trained staff, more organization, and way better service. It’s atheistically pleasing but not worth the money right now.
