An explosion of beauty, fun and flavors!
Secrets was the perfect getaway for me and my husband. The beauty was beyond our belief. Customer service, food, and entertainment were fabulous. We cannot wait to return.

Secrets has a dirty little secret the rooms are filthy. Black feet walking on the floor.most of the things in the room don't work . 2/3. Of the resort is for preferred guests only $75 per day extra most restaurants were off limits or closed. The bar tenders and servers were great. The lobby staff were busy up selling. The only channel in our room in English was Fox News but they have 3 porn channels . They were to busy putting fancy swirls on the plates to remember the food. Trying to be fancy and forgot about service.pics of a/c filters

Don't plan on visiting this resort during the off-season. Most restaurants were closed, and there was very little to do. We had booked a sunset cruise, but it was canceled on the day of the event without a clear reason. The resort itself is nice, but it's not really a vacation spot due to the limited activities and food options.

Very average. The hotel is very out of date, but that didn’t matter to me. Rooms are still nice. What really threw me off was the quality of the food, how little “authentic” options they had. The entire resort is very Americanized- which could totally be ok for some people but personally I was hoping for things I couldn’t get at home. All drinks were with artificial sweetener, there was no fresh fruit, coffee was just average. The staff was very nice but they were not accommodating at all, even as a preferred club member. This resort must really have a sales quota because you could not walk one place to another without somebody stopping you to try and sell you something. That literally made me dread walking places. The views are amazing. The pool and the beach were the best part. Only like one or two restaurants were open per day which was very misleading and hard to follow. Overall it was a very average stay and I would Not return myself
