when we arrived in our room at 10;45pm we decided to order room service, after several attends and calling front desk twice for extra support, finally they answered the phone at 11;32pm, right after the menu has changed. In the arrival night we realize that the sink was clogged and hair dryer was not working. My wife called for a replacement of the hair dryer since we washed our hair, but no hair dryer available until next day according to front desk. In the morning called again for the hair dryer and to come unclogged the sink, they came to unclogged the sink but hair dryer until the afternoon. Our dirty dishes stayed outside our door for 2 days accumulating flyes and other insects, finally they removed dirty dishes after a request again. Please do not leave any money or jewelry out, cleaning crew stole cash from my wife purse, did not realized until the moment to pay something at the airport. We cant trust this place!

I was in room 111. The preferred beach room was absolutely amazing. I didn't want to leave my room it was so lovely. I felt like a VIP the whole time I was on the property and enjoyed the snacks in the preferred reception area too. Walking right out of the room and straight to the ocean was a real bonus. Next time I need to take in the spa!

Had a great Anniversary
We had great time all 7 days. Snorkeling at 10am every day, followed by beach volleyball was amazing. Thanks to Aaron and his team. (Paola, Williams, teme). We had great time in pool activities as well. Scuba diving is must which is right next to resorts.

The rooms were in disrepair and the resort seemed run down. They charged me a fortune for upgrading my room, even though I'm a member of their vacation club. I recommend Secret Moxche in Playa. It's more expensive but it was a much better value!

do not go to this resort
This was the worst vacation experience of our lives, and it completely ruined our 10-year anniversary. The food was consistently poor and far below Hyatt standards. We were misled into a “steak and lobster” dinner that was inedible, and when we voiced our disappointment, no resolution was offered. Our room flooded from a leaking air conditioner, soaking all of our clothes. Housekeeping took them to launder but told us they wouldn’t be returned until the exact time we had to leave for our ferry—adding even more stress. Despite multiple emails and pleas for help during our stay, we were ignored and left to fend for ourselves. We left unhappy, stressed, and deeply disappointed. This resort failed to deliver even basic hospitality, let alone a milestone celebration.
