    Fun and relaxing trip

    Jesyca has been very helpful with check-in and check out. We have had a good time with the activities and food. We always had plenty of water available and it was easy to request more. Having 3 pools there seemed to be loungers and cabanas-also on the beach.

    Married Anniversary

    Enjoy a day in the SPA , we celebrated our 30 years married with Mily and Monserrat was a wonderful and health hours with dedicate and professional massage and treatment . I recommend and enjoy the closing section . Sandos Spa team many thanks and Mily & Monserrat muchas gracias

    Italian restaurant

    Pedro is a server at the Italian restaurant and he offered us a service that was exceptional. He was polite, kind and friendly. He wouldn’t hover near the table, wouldn’t rush us and let us take our time. Overall amazing experience at this restaurant thank you Pedro!!

    Great surprise!! Excellent service!!

    This was an amazing experience!! Staff was marvelous. They almost read our mind! The hotel is clean and well kept. Excellent service !!! The hotel might not be the newest but the service was incomparable. The food was varied and room service was fast and efficient. They fulfilled all our needs and helped in everything we needed.
