  Glow- Bright like Diamond Recommendation

  A Glowing Recommendation for Samara and Estaban – Royalton Chic Words truly can’t express my sincere appreciation for Samara and Estaban. The service they provided—day in and day out—was nothing short of exceptional. Their professionalism was matched only by their warmth, and their attention to detail made it feel as though they were reading our minds from sunrise to sunset. Our stay at the Royalton Chic was elevated entirely because of them. We weren’t just satisfied—we were genuinely delighted. Their commitment, sincerity, and intuitive care transformed our vacation into an unforgettable experience. While we wholeheartedly recommend the Royalton Chic for its charm and amenities, it would be impossible not to highlight the true stars of our stay: Samara and Estaban.   Very disappointing

  I’ve travelled a lot, been to Cuba 12 times, I’m by no means picky or demanding but when I pay this kind of money I expect more. The room tasted and smelled like mold and so musky. The sunset view should just be called parking lot view. The room service took 45 minutes every time. Many hours of my trip were spend waiting for the elevators that took forever. One was always broken the others just are not enough to handle the amount of people the hotel holds. Literary 15-20 min to get to our room or to eat. Check in lady is so rude, just zero interest in helping or being nice. The beach is nice but the waves are so strong there is a red flag daily and it’s dangerous to go in the water. The building blocks the pools from the sun completely most of the day so they stay really cold. I would never recommend or book Chic again.

  I have been to the Royalton Chic Suites all-inclusive resort multiple times. Each of those times I had a fantastic trip. The amenities were great. They have nightly entertainment with live entertainment which are all fantastic. The pools and hot tub and the exclusive areas for Diamond Club members are all the best in my opinion that one can have. The staff and particularly my butlers, Marisol and Arturo with the nicest best people and most helpful that you could ever imagine. They have many restaurants there. All the food has been excellent. I particularly love the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets. My room was so wonderful, I had an Ocean view room with a balcony. Balcony. The room had a waterfall shower which is beyond belief. It was so wonderful. You can't go wrong. If you go to this Resort and when you get there tell them that Jimmy from Detroit sent you!!!!!!!! 😎👍👌

  Exceptional Staff, Incredible Vibes & One of the Best Adults-Only Resorts in Cancun

  This was my second stay at Royalton CHIC Cancun, and once again, it did not disappoint. I came here with my father for a much-needed getaway, and from start to finish we were taken incredible care of. A huge shout-out to Luis at the Sublime Swim-Up Bar for keeping the magic alive and making sure I stayed well hydrated by the pool — top-tier service with an even better attitude. Alexa from the Munchies Bar, who also works the cocktail cart, was fantastic and always a pleasure to see. Special recognition to Alejandro at the Mixology Cart — he went above and beyond crafting my special cocktails throughout the stay. Martin at the upstairs Taboo Lounge, along with another Luis, were always on point with service and made every visit there an experience. You also can’t forget the Vibe Team — Freda, Josseline, and Alexander to name a few— they truly made the trip. They kept everyone entertained, energized, and on their feet while still balancing relaxation and fun perfectly. This resort consistently delivers an amazing adults-only experience. The service, atmosphere, and people are what set Royalton CHIC apart. It’s hands-down one of the best adults-only resorts I’ve ever stayed at, and I will absolutely continue coming back year after year. Highly recommend to anyone considering Cancun!

  Trip December 2025

  It was our first trip to Mexico. Although Royalton Chic wasn’t our first hotel choice, we decided to give it a chance and did not regret it. We chose the basic option with no Diamond Club and were happy with what the hotel provided. The hotel is located right on the beach and provided pool chairs and towels. We had a room with a sunset view, which was absolutely mesmerizing. The room was large and clean, there were security guards around the hotel, a great buffet, and several restaurants available to us (Steakhouse—our favorite, Asian, Italian, and Mexican). PROS: The room was cleaned perfectly on a daily basis, for which I’m extremely thankful to the housekeeping staff. We didn’t want to travel outside the hotel during our stay, and the vibe team kept us entertained the entire time. They did a great job (especially Diego, I loved his energy during pool fitness time, and I could really tell the difference on days when he wasn’t working). The team organized many activities such as volleyball, fitness sessions, karaoke nights, and concerts. Some activities were a bit unusual (for example, the Silent Party), but people seemed to enjoy them. The Elements buffet had a wide selection of food: vegetables, fruits, meats, fish, and even pizza baked from scratch by the hotel staff. The chef also cooked meat and fish right in front of you, which was delicious. The servers were nice and helpful. CONS: Immediately after check-in, the hotel staff tried to sell us upgrades, which were expensive and unnecessary in my opinion. We politely declined, and I’m glad no one brought it up again during our stay. Restaurant reservations must be made through an app one day in advance, which was not a problem. However, we wanted to try the Asian restaurant, which was closed at the time. The app still let us make a reservation but said we have to go to restaurant on the 16th floor with an Asian menu. We booked for 7:30 pm, but when we arrived, we were told there were no available tables and that we would have to return at 9:30 pm. Unfortunately, the process was extremely confusing. We had to reschedule for another day, which was disappointing. Additionally, the portions from the Asian menu were quite small, and we didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for more sushi, so we ended up going to the buffet. Another downside was the long wait time at the restaurants. Dinner could take up to 1.5 hours, although the staff was extremely nice and the food was good, especially at the Steakhouse. Many reviews mention slow elevators. In my opinion, it was manageable, and people were always polite. In conclusion, I recommend this hotel. For the price we paid, it provided all the services we needed, especially for first-time visitors to Mexico. In the future, we will try other hotels to explore something new, but we would definitely return to Royalton Chic.
