  Diamond Club is totally worth the extra

  Everything was great with our stay. We really appreciated the attention to detail our butlers (Arturo & Marisol) had with our time there. They were always checking with us to make sure everything was perfect with our stay. Diamond is so worth it!!

  Best resort in Cancun!!

  Royalton Chic is a beautiful resort! The rooms are modern and very clean. My Butlers Diego and Luis were the best! They made sure to keep me up to date on daily events at the hotel and restaurant hours. I would even run into them at the resort and had some funny conversations with them. They really make you feel welcomed there. Ismael brought my breakfast every morning and never missed a thing. It was a lot of food too! Ricardo was in charge of the festivities and went above and beyond. He really went out of his way to make sure everything went as planned and happily handled last minute changes. Even noting changes in weather that might cause us issues with our events and he already had a back up plan in place. Everything went smoothly. For anyone traveling there from abroad, I felt very safe as the coast guard had a heavy presence there and carried some big weapons. I did avoid drinking their water and used bottled water to brush my teeth (just in case) even though they said their water is filtered but it was hard to avoid all the ice included in my drinks, even still, I never got sick. Some restaurants on the resort are better than others. I highly recommend Excite Sports Bar and Lounge, Hunter Steakhouse, and the Rooftop Cabana Lounge. There were some I didn’t get to try and some I wouldn’t try again (Vespa and Element Buffet) but you can be the judge on that. Their mango mojito drink was a favorite with all the ladies! Again, regarding safety, with the heavy presence of the National Guard, a lot of people are out walking around to the local stores. Many are high end retailers so you don’t have to pay for transportation. There is a Walmart close by and I had no issues using uber. Lastly, I just want to mention how incredibly kind and patient the staff is at Royalton Chic. Regardless of being tipped or not, their graciousness towards all guest personality types, no matter how strong the guest came across, was truly admirable to see. I highly recommend staying at this resort!

  Fun Party Vacation

  We had a fun vacation at Royalton CHIC! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Our butlers Arturo and Marisol were top notch. They messaged us everyday to see how we were doing and took care of our reservations. The spa service was exquisite and I liked that there were so many food options. The only critique I’d have of the hotel is that some of the facilities were showing wear and tear.

  Samara and Esteban was amazing

  We got the butler service and was assigned to samara and esteban i will say they made the whole trip so much easier from answering all questions ,booking our reservations,and even running some errands for us. The whole experience at royalton was amazing. So glad we chose this hotel. And because it was my bday they even decorated our room .

  Staff were incredible

  We had a wonderful trip to this hotel. Our favourite staff members were Carlos at the pool for outstanding service and also Cynthia our diamond club pool waitress. And a special thanks to our butlers Diego and Luis. We had a beautiful room and we enjoyed a beach cabana for my husbands birthday. Our favourite restaurant was Vespa Italian. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation with fun on a night.
