    We had a good stay over there. The different activity and event are very fun. The different food spot give you access to a multitude of choices. The best is obviously the buffet; shouting for the big chef amancio and his servers. Gracias Nelson 🥂

    Anniversary Trip

    Royalton was great. The room was clean and spacious.. me and my husband was celebrating our Anniversary and we booked the Ocean View suite Diamond club. The suite came with two amazing butlers: Daniel and Stef. They made our stay amazing and assisted with whatever we needed.

    Couples Getaway

    Really enjoyed our stay at the Royalton, I’ll do my best to break it down to the basics. The Resort: The resort was always clean, people tidying at all times, the beach was clean, no seaweed or garbage. The Food: Inconsistent at times but generally good, the Italian was our favorite followed by the breakfast buffet which was excellent in our opinion. The ambience: Lots of fun, you can easily get into to the mix if you want, or hang out at the beach and chill, your choice. The Staff: Very friendly, helpful, Diego was awesome, remembered my name, got me involved in the fun activities! The only reason this wasn’t a five was slight pressure to join a vacation club, massages, it’s just something you don’t expect at the resort. They should consider no personal Bluetooth speakers at the pools, gets annoying when you have 5 people blaring 5 different songs. Diamond Club: This was worth it, better alcohol, lounge, and butlers that were helpful! Overall great experience, I’d recommend!

    Beautiful View - Would Stay Again

    My wife and I had a fantastic five day trip to Royalton chic in late October. There was a lot to love about this resort. Its well run and it was clear that all the staff here go the extra mile to make your stay as good as can be. We've been to approximately 10 other resorts in the Riviera Maya and so I'm using those as a comparison. The standouts at this resort include the view of the ocean from your room balcony, the gorgeous aqua clear water, the food, the service including having a concierge, the beach, the proximity to Cancun and the airport. The room is average but my wife really appreciated the double sinks in the large counter top, and the water pressure in the shower. It's a unique building being a 13 story high rise. We loved the nightly entertainment put on by Diego, Alexander and the team. We received remarkable service here from Cynthia and Alejandra on the beach, Jasmin at the Taboo Lounge, Gracialano, Jaime and Elvido at breakfast, Canela the omelet guy and we loved having Jennifer the concierge. In general we like to stay at a different resort each trip because its part of the adventure and keeps it fresh, however, this is one of only a couple resorts that we will definitely return to again.
