Nov 26, 2025Great resort located at the heart of the hotel zone
Great all inclusive hotel in a really good location. You have sea views as soon as you step out to the pool. It’s 10 minute walking distance to the strip if you want to go to bars/clubs or food/souvenir. The mall is very close by too! The hotel itself has plenty of entertainment. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this may not be for you. Possibly look to upgrade to diamond club as you get access to an additional pool so got more privacy and quiet time. You can also relax on the beach Sunbeds which keeps you away from the pool. Can watch the sea views and go for a swim. They provide plenty of entertainment throughout the day to keep everyone engaged and a few classes. The rooftop pool is really nice and provides stunning views but you have to pay for your drinks up there which should really be all inclusive. The lifts can be abit frustrating as the hotel can be used a lot to go to various restaurants, rooftop pool so you can be waiting abit for it, or it stops at various floors. The staff are really nice and do remember you. The room itself is quite spacious and comes with a balcony which your either looking at the lagoon or the sea. Costs more for sea views. Even though they have regular night entertainment, you cannot hear any noise. Theres a lot of stags/hens and birthday events going here and you can pay extra to have a more premium experience at the restaurants for that special occasion. The bed and pillows are really comfortable and shower is very spacious. The use of the app to book yourself into some of the restaurants is really useful. You can pretty much order room service for free anytime of the day/night. There’s plenty of sunbeds and areas to relax throughout the day. It’s definitely value for money especially with the costs of food and drinks outside the resort.

Vacation
Amazing resort and staff! We cannot thank Juan from the Diamond Club Lounge enough for his hospitality during our stay. Juan greeted everyone with a warm smile and truly enjoyed taking care of the guests. Jasmin was also wonderful and personable in both the Diamond Club Lounge and the Moonlight Lobby Bar. Hugo at the Diamond Club Pool was also personable and making sure guests were taken care of. Last but not least, Butlers Gina and Rosa were amazing with their attention to detail and communication. Both were beyond friendly and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We cannot wait to visit again to see all the amazing staff members and fun resort!

Amazing Butler
I stayed at the Royalton CHIC Cancun for my birthday! I selected Diamond Club and it came with a personal butler! Gilbert was AMAZING! Anything I requested (reservations, turn down service, special breakfast, transportation, etc), he made sure it was covered without any issues or complications! I was well taken care of and it made my birthday celebration just that much better! Thank you Gilbert for making my stay such a pleasant one. I will definitely be back because of you!

Great Cancun spot for adults
The hotel was nice, the pools are stunning, and the service was fantastic. Amazing access to the ocean and you have to have a couple “Miami Vice” drinks while you’re there!

Amazing
It was a great trip! Iran and Sandra were my butlers and they were fantastic. Really did everything to make my stay memorable. They were so helpful in making my reservations for dinner, even for our big groups. They helped us reserve cabanas for the day at the beach! The spa was amazing. Loved my massage and the hydrotherapy was incredible.
