  Fantastic stay at the Royalton Chic

  Arturo and Marisol were fantastic butlers and made our stay so enjoyable. The private dinners at the seafood restaurant were incredible. Juan in the prime lounge area was also fantastic. The only negative was the erratic elevators that took forever. Another big plus was the clean beaches, no seaweed. Yay.

  The Royalton Chic never disappoints.

  This was my fourth time visiting the Royalton Chic and it won't be my last. This trip started off with being introduced to our butlers, Caesar and Gilbert. Since this was our fourth time at the resort, we didn't need much of an overview of the resort. Unfortunately, because of our early flight our room was not ready but Cesar and Gilbert assured us that as soon as it was ready they would let us know. They didn't. Just let us know. They went above and beyond and came down to the diamond Club pool to not just notify us that the room was ready (but we we're enjoying the diamond Club pool too much at the time to leave the pool). So they asked for our luggage tags and made arrangements for our luggage to be taken to our room so that when we went up everything would already be there. I have to say The service we received from our butlers to the staff at both the diamond Club pool as well as the diamond Club lounge helped make our trip memorable and we will definitely be back within the next year.

  Second time here & great stay

  This was our second time staying at Royalton CHIC, and the main reason we came back was because of Kevin — our favourite poolside server. From the moment we arrived, he remembered us and made us feel genuinely welcomed, not just like another guest. His energy, kindness, and attention to detail truly made our trip unforgettable. Kevin goes above and beyond every single day. Whether it was keeping our drinks coming, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, or just making us laugh and feel taken care of, his service was consistently exceptional. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and that makes such a difference in the experience. Royalton CHIC is already an amazing resort, but staff like Kevin are what turn a great vacation into an unforgettable one. We will absolutely be back again — and Kevin is a huge part of why. If you’re poolside and Kevin is your server, you are in the best hands! I will say, we had a romantic dinner on the beach booked however the weather wasn’t the best. We weren’t told it was cancelled until we arrived for it so we missed out on that completely & didn’t have time to book a new reso for dinner. The elevators are HORRIBLE. They are incredibly slow

  The best 60th birthday ever

  Every thing was beautiful and I waspoiled by the best bulters and room service ever I will pass my experience l will pass it on to other family member and friends, will make sure they get Gina and Rosa , I really enjoyed them and there services. And the resort was beautiful and the food was delicious will come back again .

  Great location, good stay!

  Overall, we had a really great trip! Positives first: - hotel location was perfect if you want to venture around town and not. - the beach was absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. No seaweed in sight - food was overall solid! - staff were polite and helpful - size of the resort was great. No golf carting a mile and a half to the other side of the resort. Negatives: - the elevator situation was a constant nightmare. Every day one or more elevators were broken, they skipped floors when called and there was always a long line for the elevators - the bed in our room was awful. It felt so cheap, thin and was way too soft and unsupportive Our butlers were fantastic, but I don’t feel that we really utilized them much. I would say the diamond club perks are worth the additional cost though!
