Dec 12, 2025Great staff with a beautiful location for a resort.
My husband and I just returned home from a 16 day vacation at Royalton Chic. It was our third trip to the property and when people at home say why would you go to the same resort I am quick to respond THE STAFF from mangers to waiting staff. We can’t say enough about the beautiful beach so safe as I walked each morning for an hour both ways. The idea of the Diamond club with butlers is a must. We had Samara and Esteban and they know how to make people feel wanted and comfortable. We met Johnny and Daniel who manage the reservations and try to keep people happy. Mabel was helpful when I needed some help translating English words into Spanish. She went over the top helping me. I enjoyed going to La Hacienda for some fruit each morning. I met Karen and Dorantes and they were so pleasant and kind. A young man named Jorge Trejo worked very hard and remembered my order each day.Each morning after my walk our beach butlers Carlos and Santiago found a nice shaded spot wth an umbrella. They were both so pleasant and worked very hard at their job. We would have a drink each afternoon and got to met Anna the waitress at the beach and Mr. Rabbit ( his nickname) would made great BBC’s. I did the kitchen tour and found that interesting and well presented. A chef named Julio made some good things for us to eat. All in all our experience was very positive and we look forward to our fourth return. The transportation is very smooth and only 30 minutes from the Cancun airport. We used Happy Shuttle and their vehicles are clean,cool and they are dependable. This company is very easy to find outside. We saw no seaweed this trip on the beach and the workers work very hard keeping it clean. I named a few people but in all areas the staff are very good and work hard taking pride n their job. Best vacation in Royalton Chic Cancun
We were here to celebrate my 40th birthday. We booked the ocean view with diamond club. We were assigned 2 butlers Diego and Luis. I just wanna say I was very impressed by the service we received. Diego and Luis were very attentive to us. They made sure all our needs during our stay were met. Great job boys! Another shoutout to Salvador from the buffet. He was very attentive to us during our breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We didn’t bother going to the restaurants as the buffet was perfect enough for us. Special mention to Hugo from the diamond club pool bar. I had one of the best drinks I ever had from here. Great job boys! We had a blast and amazing vacation. Thank you for taking care of us. We will definitely be back here. Amazing luxury property ❤️

Ask for Diego and Luis the best butler’s ever
Really a good experience, excellent service and amazing people. Since day 1 the attention was amazing. Everything clean and on point they even clean the room twice a day. Hugo at the pool bar didn’t let us dry was drink after drink always happy and smiling those drinks were sooooo good. Mr Salvador at the buffet was always there taking care of us we siding love a finger for anything because he has everything for us right there. Our butlers Luis and Diego elevate the experience to really high level. 100% recommend those 2.

You won’t regret a stay here.
We went for the diamond club which was worth every penny. Our butlers Sandra and Iran couldn’t do enough for us and made our stay extra special. We also felt Jasmin deserves a mention for great waitressing. However all the staff really made our stay so good so thanks to them all. Accommodation fantastic, location right on the most stunning beach. Food and drinks plentiful and of a high standard. Only complaints were the lifts being always super busy and we were on the 13th floor so wasted a lot of time, waiting for and in them. Toilet paper could be a better quality. That’s about it. Would love to return.

Great week!
We had an awesome time this week. Amazing room with an amazing view. Room was cleaned to perfection everyday. Food was fantastic. Only downside was a slight lack of clarity on restaurant availability and how far ahead we could make reservations. Specialty restaurants were awesome. Vespa pizza is amazing. The event staff (Frida & Lio) made our nights fun and interactive. We made a name for ourselves with karaoke! Only downside to the entire week was the cold hot tub!
