Amazing Service!!
Marisol and Arturo were excellent Butlers. They jumped into action immediately after they were assigned to us. The tag team duo communicated very well and handled our every need and request. From personal requests on room details to spa treatments to cabanas and reservations they made sure we enjoyed our vacation to the fullest. To say we were treated like family is an understatement and they truly understood the assignment. Since arriving home we can't stop talking about them. Can't wait to plan our next visit.

Great Resort
Our beach attendant helped us with towels, umbrellas, and a table 4 of the 5 days we were on the beach. Good service. We had an AMAZING butler named Sandra who took care of everything we asked for. Ocean Front room view was amazing.

Hidden Gem
Our experience was incredible thanks to the amazing service from Jaime at The Elements and Alejandro from the beach team. Jaime delivered exceptional hospitality—gourmet buffet selections were always fresh, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully recommended. Alejandro was just as impressive, consistently attentive and warm, making us feel truly at home every day on the beach. Both went above and beyond to take care of every detail without us ever having to ask. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made our vacation unforgettable. We highly recommend visiting, and we sincerely appreciate the way they made us feel welcomed and valued. We will most definitely be back. See you soon Jaime and Alejandro!!

Absolute 5 star top notch resort
WOW. I don’t know where to start. I went with a group of ten people from Nov 15-22nd 2025. We had a BLAST!!! The staff were all amazing. A few people stuck out for sure. Those people being Kevin, Danny, Oskar, Nelly, Fernando(I think that’s his name. He was the one usually with Nelly), and Romina. They kept the vibes fun and energy great! The beach was beautiful and clean. The main pool is where all the fun is had. The food at the pool at “munchies” is great. The burgers , chicken fingers, and loaded nachos were my fav. Diamond club is NOT worth it in my opinion. The diamond Pool is quiet and unfortunately so was the rooftop pool and bar area. You have to pay for the alcohol up there. It’s too bad that they don’t open it up to be apart of the whole all inclusive experience because it’s beautiful up there. We just found no one used it so the vibes were off so we just partied at the main pool. Which was amazing and so fun. The rooms were stunning. All up to date. Comfortable bed. The room service is top notch. We called in the middle of the night for pizza multiple times and it was there within 30 mins. The buffet was okay. The booked restaurants were AMAZING. the best food I have ever eaten at an all inclusive resort and I have been to many. The steak house was my favorite. I’m still thinking about it…. The Asian and Italian were so delicious as well. 10/10 food. We all felt very safe at this resort. It was ever so slightly inconvenient always waiting for the elevators because it’s a high rise building but that’s truly my one and only complaint! I would stay here over and over again and recommend it to anyone looking for a fun time and delicious food. We loved that it was adults only. The foam pool parties were so much fun. Can’t wait to stay here again!! Also plus side it was only a 20 min bus ride from the airport. 5 stars!!!!
