    Great Location & Lots of Fun!

    I came on a solo trip, hoping to go somewhere with some luxury but also some party elements where I could meet other solo travelers and singles. This place definitely hit the mark! This resort is located at one of the best parts of the beach and is tons of fun! The rooms are nice, clean, and the Diamond Club experience makes everything better. Positives: The service was great. I had my own butlers and they assisted with everything from reservations to check-out. My room had a beautiful ocean view. All the party events were super fun. More importantly, while there were a good amount of couples and families, there were also a decent amount of groups of friends, making it was easy to make friends along the way. Negatives: The food, especially at the buffets, was mediocre. The entire hotel had a strong smell. It wasn’t necessarily bad, but it almost felt too perfume-y. Lastly, when I was in the big pool at the foam party, the entire pool smelled strongly like pee. I know some people urinate in the pool, but it was a really strong smell. Definitely a non-stop party and a ton of fun! I’d definitely come back if I’m still looking for that kind of fun in a couple years.

    Check in with Cesar was fast and easy. Answered all of our questions. The resort is clean and up to date. We came for a girls trip and have had a blast. We will definitely be back!

    A NIGHTMARE OF A STAY HERE

    What a JOKE of a resort. I honestly feel ripped off! You DO NOT get your $$ worth. There are workings everywhere around the resort constantly trying to SELL you upgrades for things/svc that should be STANDARD. The building is extremely outdated...The elevators ARE VERY SLOW & OFTEN OVER CROWDED & the FOOD IS HORRIBLE! Also, when dining in the buffet area, don't expect any form of acceptable service unless you're EXCESSICELY tipping because YOU WILL BE IGNORED! BE WISE & LOOK ELSEWHERE; TRUST ME!
