Me and my spouse have been here three times. The first & second time we really had great experiences. The third time however, has shown how much we have aged or the property has aged or both. As always, the water is beautiful and the beach is nice because you can go out far with no rocks no water shoes needed. However there is starting to be more trash on the beach, which is disheartening. If you like loud thumping music and a party vibe this is your place. However, if you like your door to your balcony to not be broken or if you like your TV to work, this might not be your place. Although all the servers and staff are very nice sometimes they’re not efficient and are slow. We tip well, every person, to get better service and they just seem understaffed right now. The first two times we were here the pool and beach area were clean and now there’s a lot of dishes lying around and trash. The shower in our room was great the first three days our last day no water ( no shower). We brush our teeth using the water in the refrigerator. As we were leaving to add insult to injury, we saw a roach in our room. We get it, nothing‘s perfect, things happen. To summarize. This experience was a 3 & our first two experiences were solid eights.

After paying over $700 extra for an upgrade to oceanview we have no water. The water has been off since 1 am. This is unacceptbale and unsanitary. This is a health and sanitary issue.

Brilliant hotel, very lively
Brilliant hotel, very lively. Lots to do both day and night. Strongly recommend upgrading to the diamond club. Shout out to Estaban and Gina who did great

Great service, excellent ocean view, fantastic food
Loved this place. The staff were incredible. highly recommend upgrading to Diamond Club to access the perks like the breakfasts at La Hacienda resto (delicious and excellent service from Sara and Jorge).
