    Dear Royalton Management Team, I am writing to provide both recognition and serious concern following my recent stay at the Royalton Chic in Cancun. As a loyal Bonvoy/Mariott Titanium Elite member since 2015, I exclusively stay at Bonvoy-mirrored properties because of the service standards, the attention to detail, and the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, this visit left me with a significant issue I cannot ignore. First, the positive: I had two of the best butlers I have ever experienced at any Royalton property—Daniel and Steph. Their commitment, professionalism, and genuine care went far beyond expectations. As a people leader in the hospitality industry my entire career, I can confidently say they demonstrated exemplary service and represented your brand exceptionally well. I would also like to acknowledge Sergio in the Diamond Club. He consistently ensured my group was well looked after and stepped up whenever demand was high. Individuals like Daniel, Steph, and Sergio are the reason I continue to choose Royalton, and they deserve formal recognition.

    The best holiday ever

    Best holiday ever experienced (From somebody who travels 5x times a year). Jorge & Sara absolutely made the trip better. This has made me want to stay at Royalton hotels for the rest of my life. Made a review about a Steak we had been cold, hotel couldn't do more to try and make sure we had an unforgettable experience the next day. 6 Stars if I could

    The Twins’ 21st birthday party at Royalton Chic Cancun

    We had a wonderful time!! There were a few hiccups trying to check in but overall, we were happy. We had 3 groups in our party. We wanted to have rooms near each other. We even tried to Pre-select our rooms on the Royalton website before we left. They had that function disabled so we were unable to choose. When we arrived we were all on different floors. We waited until almost 7pm to get two rooms on the same floor. The food and service were pretty good, with the clear winner being the buffet (weird…) and Chopsticks. We loved the resort itself - beautiful clean beach and immaculately kept. We booked the Diamond Club level to get EVERYTHING included. We were annoyed to find out that the premium liquor is only in the tiny Diamond Club lounge and the Diamond Club pool bar. I feel like if you’re paying extra for high end amenities, you should have those anenities at all bars and restaurants. Service was pretty good, our best people being Stef, our butler. She was at our beck and call and did her best to make sure our time there was amazing. Luis, bartender at swim up bar; Gustavo, DC Pool bar; Anna, server at the evening events. The entertainment was average, we disliked the Queen / ABBA tribute completely. It was way too loud, out of tune and just didn’t work. The best entertainment was on the rooftop with the DJ & dancers. Loved the foam parties, random activities in the pools. Overall, great vacation with the family celebrating my twin boys’ 21st birthday.

    Awesome time at the Chic

    Had a great time at the Chic. Marisol and Arturo were great butlers!! Helped us with all our needs. Carlos on the beach was great and Alejandra was a great beach server. Deiago and the Vibe team kept the party hopping!!
