This is one of the best resorts I have stayed at in Mexico. Already planning a return! From the staff, the location, food and the resort itself, could not ask for anything more. There are many choices for dinner, the nightly entertainment was great.....All the staff were very friendly, and the food was top notch. The location is perfect, they ferry to Cozumel was a 1/2 hour walk, and 5th Ave was not too far away (we walked to it) The market across the road from the resort had everything you needed, and there was a Starbucks there too! The beach was one of the best beaches we have seen. I would 100% recommend going there, as we're gonna be repeat customers.

Great time !
Just returned from our first time there. Would definitely go back for the beach and food. We are not pool people so the chair situation wasn't an issue for us. Small resort, easy to get around. Make reservations first thing , and take a pic so you have it with you. We had an issue our last night with timing - we had an 8pm reso at Palazzo and the host was quite adamant that it was for 7:30...and no tables were available. He was kind of rude , saying that we were late and gave the table to walk-ins after the 15 min grace period. I didnt have a copy of the reservation, had left the physical copy in the room and didn't feel like going back to check - because at that point what was he going to do ? Anyway - we figured we messed up the timing and went to the Grill where we had a great dinner. Sure enough, when we go back to the room we looked at the reso time and it was for 8pm. Service was great all around - but David in security at the beach made sure all was well and was great to talk with. Angel and Oscar at the Grill kept the savignon blanc chilled and topped up - great servers. Kathya the host was amazing - calmly moving guests to the tables and keeping track of timing. Manual and Jose at the pool bar were great , quick service and always smiling. We will be back !

A MUST STAY !!!
Dayna, Roberto - guest services managers are amazing. Our concierge in building 24 , Sucel is exceptional. The entire pool staff and pool manager are beyond great for everything and including entertainment to taking care of everyone’s needs. In Ventanas , Adriana the manager is simply the BEST. She should be in Pallazo running it still. Her experience and professionalism is like no other. Thank you to all the pool servers who are exceptional. Chef in Pallazo - Charlie - super talented and so glad he is back. Great dishes and ideas. He thinks out of the box for Italian cuisine. A terrific stay. Would highly recommend. New GM and an amazing assistant GM that are very customer related for all your needs. This Resort is definitely going in the right direction finally after many years.

Mari’s birthday trip
It was a great location to relax and just be together as a couple. We loved the 2 pools and the beach access. The restaurants were excellent. We enjoyed the evening entertainment. My wife enjoyed a massage and playing pickleball. Ricky was super helpful and friendly. Maid service was excellent. Check in is a bit slow and cumbersome. The Michael Jackson show was good….could have been a bit better. The Sat dinner show was better that last year. The mariachi band was amazing. We love that the resort is adult only. The evening tree lighting was very fun. The Christmas lights on the grounds were beautiful. Ground Transportation was good. It’s a long ride from the airport. We enjoyed meeting people and making new friends.
