    you get what you pay for. very fun and lively. however we expected 3 pool parties while we were there and only 1 of them was offered transportation if you wanted to go to others you had to get a taxi bc the RIU pool party wasn’t at this resort. thankfully there were still other parties held at our resort those days like a beach party and a neon party in the theater. there were shows and many different things to do throughout the day n night like bingo, games at the pool, volleyball, dance lessons, etc. food was mediocre some places were better than others - there’s no room service so food is not available 24/7. the RIU app was our best friend to help us find the events going on n times. if your room is in the main building only 1 level up, don’t expect to get any sleep at all … woke up all throughout the night from 2am-7am from people yelling in the halls and hearing the disco nightclub music. so if your not staying up late partying, you will not get sleep in this building and once u do sleep be expected to be woken up early. rooms were average but you’re not rly in ur rooms much. nice balcony, had a room w 2 beds and a two sink bathroom which was nice.

    Bad experience

    Outdated hotel . Safe wasn’t working when we arrived , no hot water the first day , elevators broken and not working . The restaurants are almost all buffet when you’re suppose to sit down and get served . Service is horrible as you had to ask 2-3 times for wine . For a RIU it’s pretty sad , never again

    Great Starter All-Inclusive

    If you have never visited an all inclusive and don't want to spend a lot of money, this resort is perfect. Compared to other resorts, this was more "bare bones" to me. The staff was nice and the food was just ok. There was less of a variety than other resorts I have been to. By the 5th breakfast, I waited until the airport to get something to eat.

    We had a good time in Punta Cana. Rooms need to be refreshed. The AC system requires maintenance. We did not have 1 day of hot water
