    Excellent Experience

    This was the best Jamaica experience so far! My husband and I enjoyed our stay! The room was nice and cozy! The pools were warm and great! The ocean was amazing! The atmosphere was amazing! Staff were very helpful! The only thing I would love to see an improvement on is the room insulation! We heard every guest in the halls which made it a little difficult to sleep! Other than that the absolute best thing was the buffet! We will definitely let everyone we know about Rui Reggae Resort!

    Had a great experience!!

    Overall my partner and I had an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend this resort to anyone. The entertainment was 10/10. They always had activities, shows and parties. The food was also good. They have a lot of variety so you’re sure to find something that you like. However, if you want the real deal Jamaican food, you have to eat off resort. The drinks were great not watered down at all and the service was also 10/10. Everyone was very kind. The only qualm I had was I found the room to be a bit underwhelming. I have ocd and noticed imperfections with our room. I can’t say if it was just our room in particular b.c we did ask for an early check in and this was the room they were able to give us early. Furthermore, everything else at this resort made up for me not loving the room. Would definitely be coming back again.

    Riu Reggae Resort

    I was a guest at Riu Reggae at the beginning of August for my cousin's birthday getaway girl's trip. There was a total of six people in our party. We all had a wonderful time!

    Good location.

    Arrival - No welcome drink, not even water. The welcoming at the hotel did not meet my expectations of a 5 star hotel. Complementary upgrade provided (Maybe because I complained about the greeting on arrival). Room - Clean Food - Good Entertainment- Good Location - Close to MBJ Airport. Shout out to the following staff - Shavaugh (Front Desk) excellent customer service. Answered all my check out queries. 5 ⭐️ service. Anne (House Keeper) - Jovial and friendly. The room was cleaned with a quote of the day left each which was nice. Nester (Bell staff) - Knowledgeable and helpful. Ramoy (Margarita Bar) - Drinks were made to perfection. Overall stay was pleasant.

    RIU WAS GREAT

    I really did enjoy my stay. Everything was great. Exceptional services. The staff was good, and I enjoyed the food. The steel band performance was my favorite part. I honestly think you should keep them. Excellent! My stay was worth it and I got the value for my money.
