    Great place with great staff

    Went there for two weeks and it was great. Good staff, helpful and very pleasant. Big thanks to Thomas in the steak restaurant (black and white) super service, Miguel in the Don Roberto buffet really looked after us. Some of the carpets in some of the upstairs corridor areas were a little tired but overall the hotel is very good. Very clean and with lots of choices during the day. Always found a lounger and brolly and unlike further down the coast, there was very little seaweed on the beach. Will go back there in a heartbeat.

    Riu Palace Las Americas

    Fantastic holiday, loved the character of the hotel, food was great in every a la cart and the buffet. Beautiful beach and pool areas. Staff so friendly and helpful. Will definitely return and I’ve never returned to a hotel, always like the change. 5 star in every way 🤩

    Very happy return visitor!

    This was my sixth time staying at this resort. Reasons I like it? 1) It's only about a 20 minute ride in the shutttle from the airport. 2) The resort is compact. You don't have to walk a long way to get anywhere. 3) The ocean by the resort it very calm. I can get a drink and just stand in the ocean and chat. 4) The resort and rooms are always kept clean.5) The workers are always friendly and helpful.

    Amazing!

    Me and my husband stayed here for our honeymoon. It was our first time traveling to Cancun, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone gave us the best service and the view, the resort itself, everything was so beautiful and perfect.

    The BEST!

    This is our favorite resort! So many review that this resort is outdated- we love the victorian/vintage look. We have been to other RIU’s and this is still our favorite resort. The staff, service, cleanliness and food are 10/10. The staff are constantly cleaning. It is beautiful!!!
