Beautiful Hotel Very nice and clean I really enjoyed my stay at RIu kukulkan, from check in to check out, was smooth and easy , pick up to and from airport was no problem at all, good food I enjoyed the steakhouse and the buffet for breakfast I literally have no complaints thank u for my stay.

The room was nice. The open bathroom was well designed and the tub in the middle of the room was a little awkwardly placed but still a nice touch. The rain shower head had just the right amount of water pressure and got hot instantly. The resort itself did not have enough adult activities for us. They would benefit from more shows; a trivia night, comedy show, game room, mini casino or maybe some pool tables. They had a good select of restaurants but unfortunately they were not open for lunch at all - only the buffet which I didn’t really enjoy. The drinks there tended to have a sweetener aftertaste (like sweet & low or equal) - even the juice. A wide selection for breakfast included fresh fruit, fresh made omelets and pastries among many other things. Mimosas served as well. Pools were nice, attentive servers who were all so very nice and accommodating. Beach was beautiful as well.

Great Resort
Best all-inclusive I've ever stayed at. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I recommend the elite club. The staff remembers you and even remembers what you had to eat/drink previously. Seaweed was bad but the 4 pools were awesome. Only compliant (at no fault of this resort) is if you are promised transportation to/from airport, do your research. We only needed a ride at check out (when stayed in Isla Mejeurs prior) and when we inquired, we were told we had to book it a week in advance. I had sent an email to Riu 3 weeks prior to our arrival asking how we handled just the one way, and I NEVER got a response. We had to take a taxi, and the cost was ridiculous at $60.00 for less than 20-minute ride. Resort was beautiful and all restaurants were outstanding. With Elite you can make reservations, so you never have to wait. The staff went out of the way to help us celebrate 50 years of marriage. So much fun!!

Perfect for the Mature Adult that likes to let her hair down
From the day we walked on the property we loved the location, very clean and the service excellent thanks to Nacho and my girl Andria, can’t wait tell my next visit. However the food don’t get me wrong could be great but baby where the hot wings at….

Riu Kukulkan will NOT disappoint!
Spent 5 nights at the Riu Kukulkan. Folks…this is a great resort and we loved everything about it! Here’s my thoughts: Check in was seamless. Champagne was a nice touch! We booked an Elite room. I think it was worth it! 10th floor room, very spacious, eligible for restaurant reservations, beachfront cabanas, room service…just to name a few things. Restaurants were so good! Our favorite was probably the Mexican restaurant, but all of them were great! The breakfast buffet was very good. Omelettes were perfect! Pools were nice and not over crowded. If you like the activities…there’s a pool for that. If u like more chill and laid back…there’s a pool for that too! Loved the beach! Sat there everyday! (Favorite thing to see was the sunrise over the ocean!) This was our 3rd time visiting a Riu property and 1st time at this one. Will definitely return!
