I anticipated seeing the Ocean every morning unfortunately that was not the case. I had to walk out on the balcony, lean over, and glimpse the Ocean. I was disappointed. Overall, the RIU Palace experience was life changing. I would like to meet the RIU family. If they ever need to hire a family nurse. I would be happy for the opportunity. Jannie RN

Amazing!
I have no complaints! Everything was perfect. The service was top tier!! I have never been to a place and experience the type of service I've gotten at Riu Palace. The food was amazing. The resort was clean and well kept. The rooms were spacious, clean modern etc

RIu Palace Montego Bay-Definitely worth a return trip!
Just came back from the palace las week. The resort was great! Never had a bad meal at this resort. When you stay at the palace, you can eat at the Reggae buffet for all 3 meals, and only lunch at the Montego Bay. We enjoyed the foam party that they have from 3-5pm on Wednesdays. Great idea to have it in the middle of the week so people are less likely to miss it. HUGE shout out to server Janeel at the buffet. He was so professional, kind and can sing!!! He made our stay that much better!!! Shout out to all the hardworking staff at this resort. They work long hours, but are so professional and nice.The entertainment was more happening over at the Reggae though. When you first arrive, you are greeted with a welcome glass of champagne. Head over the to Reggae for their silent disco Monday nights at 930pm. That was so much fun! There is so much to do at each of the resorts, you will never be bored. Check out the jerk huts at the reggae and Montego Bay. Food is so delicious. The Palace is in between the other resorts, so it’s a few minutes walk from one resort to the other. At night, walk out from the lobby and walk over to other resorts and you’ll get to see the resort signs lit up beautifully. Our room was big. It overlooked the Riu Reggae, so make sure you book at least a. Courtyard view if you want a nice view. I’m not a fan of the jacuzzi tub in the middle of the room with the bathroom an open concept. Also, we got bumped from the internet pretty often, especially when we went to the other resorts. Overall, I would go back to this resort in a heartbeat! I’m happy that the food exceeded my expectations for a buffet. The chefs definitely deserve a raise! Way better than the Bahia Principe!

Reggae vibes with great food and service
The people who work at this hotel are wonderful..so friendly and helpful.The food was fantastic.One slight issue is the heavy bedroom doors that slam shut.When neighbours are coming in late or early it can wake you up.!!..Never mind. Food,service and location amazing.

Always a good time at Riu
This was one of the most chill/party resorts out there. My wife and I had a wonderful time and the staff was amazing. I will always recommend staying at Riu Palace. All it needs now is some updates to their rooms then everything would be 5/5.
