Stayed here Oct 16- 2025 for 7 nights. This was our second stay at this resort, we returned as we were impressed with our first stay. Front desk staff made checking in easy. Everywhere on the resort was immaculate and clean including the rooms and corridors. The entertainment staff did a good job with all the shows. Food at the buffet was OK but a little repetitive. We were not impressed with the food at the Kulinarium or some of the dishes at the Milano. Service at all the restaurants was good. The beach is great and was cleaned all the time to keep the seaweed down although there was very little during our stay. No problem with getting loungers and shade on the beach or round the pool. We were a little disappointed with our stay this time due to the large groups of younger people making things very noisy. When we were there in May we found the clientele to be older. Some groups spoilt dinner in the buffet restaurant with noise and bad language. Hotel management did nothing to stop this. I am sure they would not be like this at a restaurant back home why here plenty of bars on site to party. Also found staff/management did nothing to enforce rules like people smoking round the swimming pool and dress in the restaurants. This hotel is turning into party central. For these reasons it is unlikely would return.

Oct 23, 2025Fit and Fun at Riu Latino with thanks to Dana!
I spent five beautiful days at Riu Latino for a fabulous intergenerational getaway to attend a wedding. Several of us got hooked on the yoga classes that Dana did at 11:00 a.m. which led us to follow her to the pool to do Aquafit at 1:00. Dana’s radiant smile and gentle approach made yoga lovely for all of us, and her playfulness brought tons of fun and energy to keep us all smiling in the pool.

One of the best family vacations!
Everything about this place was wonderful. The staff, the food, the entertainment, the pools, beach, and the rooms. Marco was an amazing fitness and Zumba instructor. Alex knew exactly what we wanted for our drink order every morning at the breakfast buffet. Sergio made a specialty drink poolside called the "Sergio Special" (delicious). Donna from the "red" entertainment team was spicy and fun! You will never be bored when the entertainment team is around. The whole entertainment team was simply amazing! The cleaning staff worked hard to maintain the beauty of the hotel and grounds. My husband absolutely loved the waterslides!! There were 9 of us in our family group and it was so nice to not have to make reservations. We had no issues getting a table with such a large group of us. Everyone at the hotel works very hard and always with a smile! Yes, there are mosquitoes, but hey, it's nature, so be prepared. I honestly can't wait to go back.

Swimming in the sea by the beach was not a pleasant experience, there was raw sewage floating everywhere! I was disgusted, a so called, 5 star Hotel. I'm HCIMA Qualified and was not happy. I felt ill for most of the holiday - some holiday? The Tui Rep was informed and nothing was done? The reception manager Raymundo .A was informed and nothing was done? an apology would be appreciated. Awesome all inclusive resort
This was the best all inclusive resort I've stayed at in Mexico. The food was amazing, the service was amazing, the property and rooms were beautiful. I only want to stay in Riu resorts from now on.
